this is suppose to be an app to make your life and not waste as much time it’s suppose to help you, well it’s nothing like that this app messed up my policies and now I’m having to deal with this and have to stress out about it, they were no help even tho it was the apps fault and now I need to solve this problem. So if you want to stress about your insurance policy even more then use it I guess. App at fault and not resolving issue.
False claims
This app gave me pricings twice as high as I was seeing doing my own research and gathering quotes on my end. Definitely recommend just individually looking at different car insurances for quotes, yes it takes a bit of time but you’ll be assured to get the best rate for the coverages you require
Their app is a complete failure
Wasted 3 hours giving them everything they asked for and the app kept rejecting. I called and am told oh everything was approved! Such a waste of time! Their chat with an agent feature is also a joke! You’re actually talking to AI and not a human! Don’t waste your time, just go straight to the insurance company and bypass “Jerry”!
Great service
Was a great service until i accidentally back into another car then the rates went through the roof no accident forgiveness whatsoever travelers insurance is horrible
Customer Support
They literally take days to actually help you, i asked about getting a quote for a non owner policy a day ago and they continuously kept connecting me with new agents and those agents would say “gonna read back at the conversation to get caught up” and then never reply just to connect to someone else and they do the same thing and then finally someone helps just to tell me that their carriers don’t offer it
Click-bait
Told me on the website that I had 10 quotes that matched my car and all I needed to do was download the app. So I do that, wasting time inputting my information, only for the app to only show ONE quote that was substantially more than I currently pay. Complete waste of my time, don’t fall for the fake reviews.
