Terrible app
This scooter app is absolutely terrible. If the scooter’s battery dies, you are not allowed to leave it where it stops. Instead, you are forced to carry it by hand all the way to a designated parking area. This wastes both your time and your money.
Even if you report the issue, they do not refund your payment. They just send meaningless, generic replies with no real solution.
I am deleting this app and will never use it again. Other scooter apps are much better - when the battery runs out, you can simply leave the scooter where it stops without being forced to carry it.
Unless you absolutely have no other option, do not use this app.

Ваши пользователи бросили несколько самокатов рядом с моей машиной и на дверце осталась вмятина. Ваши представители даже не удосужились помочь с поиском виновника. Сказали что это не их вина и все! Я не требую от вас денег, но ожидал хотя бы помощи в поиске тех кто пользовался вашими самокатами в это время. Таким образом оставляете плохое впечатление о вашей компании! Прошу выйти на связь ваших ответственных лиц, чтобы помогли найти виновника! Либо буду во всех соц сетях, пабликах и новостных сайтах писать про вас и ваше отношение к данной ситуации!
Failure at COP 30
There are thousands of people in Bell in Brazil from around the world wanting to use your E scooter, but it’s impossible to connect your phone from other countries to your scooter. My phone number is from the US and I just never got a confirmation code so that I could join the app. It will be great if you can fix this because many people would love to use it to get around
Worst app ever
Endless loadings, slow interface, worst not user friendly ui. Not even loading any transaction page, just showing pricing and map. Complete waste of time

Not working with US number
Trying to rent a scooter in Salvador, Brazil. This app is in the US App Store, accepts a US phone number, and pretends it sent a confirmation code to my number. The code however never arrives - so unfortunately no scooter for me. Give a clear message if you don’t accept US customers.
Speed and Technical problems
I try to rent one of those in the morning. It didn’t move at all. I stopped the scooter and it causes me the same amount of money as I took the full ride until destination. Scooters are soo slow. Would be great if you increase the speed a little bit at least to 25 -30 km/h.

USA phone number
The app will not allow an American number to be entered even though it has an option for it. As soon as u click +1 USA and start to enter your number it reverts back to thinking ur from a different country. FIX YOUR APP JET IF YOU WANT PEOPLE TO RENT YOUR SCOOTERS

If you visit Brazil from another country, you probably won’t be able to use this app. I installed the app and tried to run it and it wanted my phone number which was not Brazilian. Even though the pulldown menu seems to suggest global support, my American phone never received any authentication messages therefore I could not even run the app.. The customer support response responses: You just need to buy a Brazilian phone.

Awful support
I paid for 2 packages to so I could activate 2 scooters at a time. Turns out both packages merge into 1. So I had to pay minute by minute for the 2nd scooter anyways. Customer support responded and said they’d help and then started ignoring me. Awful customer service. Bad business practice. Scooters also had lots of issues of slowing down randomly.

I work and live on the main coastal bike lane and try to intervene when I see two people riding the scooters. They also try to overtake bikes without signaling and run into incoming traffic. Unable to receive code
The ride may be a good one but it lacks the ability of international travelers to use it in Brazil. The app does not recognize US mobile phones to sent the code. 🤦
Most of the scooters either don’t work or not found
Approaching the scooter as it is shown on the map, no scooter found at the location. It’s already second time happening, either someone locked it in his garage, but no any scooter in the location. Finding finally a scooter which shows full of energy, unlocking it and paying unlocking fee, it appears broken, beeps when you try to drive
No safety for pedestrians
I don’t think safety of pedestrians is part of this whole idea.
My son was hit by this jet scooter in Kazakhstan. So, I would like to terminate the renting in my country.

Cannot create account with other country telephone number
Not very smart, as a tourist in Georgia, I cannot create an account without having a local telephone number, I’m not gonna spend money on getting a local telephone number to be able to rent a scooter, the confirmation never gets sent. There’s no reaction from the app as to why it’s not proceeding to send you a confirmation, it’s not very well thought out, as a tourist that doesn’t have a local number. How am I supposed to rent this scooter? your website does not offer any assistance, hello are you listening?

I had a bit of trouble registering with my American +1 phone number. It's strange because when I entered my number, it suddenly switched to a different country with the same country code +1. I think it's important for the company to address this issue. If I select the United States, it should definitely stay in this country. After I entered +1 and my phone number starting with 3, it unexpectedly changes to a different country, which is frustrating because I never received the confirmation number to set up my account.
App doesn’t even load for me in Ukraine
Download app, but it never does anything. Always says there is a problem. I’m in Odessa Ukraine. Jet Scooters are everywhere.

На моем устройстве не работает приложение. Было установлено обновление на телефоне, но приложение отказывается работать.
Синий экран и просто обновление бесконечное, максимум куда доходили это до ввода телефона и на том всё, дальше просто грузит бесконечно.
Как это решить?
Как связаться с вами чтобы вы помогли решить эту проблему?

Poor customer service
Most jets are broken. I do not have problem with that, but the thing is I this application is not giving me that details.
I have booked a Jet by Hotel Uzbekistan. I was in hurry and took Jet. Then because it was broken I lost my time. The customer service is so poor, I was waiting the answer about 15 minutes. Do not recommend anybody using their services

Servers always down
80% of the time I have to make between 3 and 7 app restarts and wait up to a minute every time for it to load to start a ride. Same with ending a ride.
Doesn’t take payment method
The app states that payment methods include Visa and Mastercard, yet when I tried to use 2 different Visa cards, a Mastercard, and even an Amex, nothing worked. Made the app unusable. What’s the point if you don’t want to take my money!
