Auto added Starter Plus that can’t be changed
When I choose my flight within the app, the Starter Plus will be automatically added, and it says “if you wish to change it, you can click on the Change Fare button.”, but when I click on it, it leads me to an empty page with zero option to choose from. Not like the web version where you can choose to opt in or out the Starter Plus. Side note: the website also sucks! It constantly gives me error messages when browsing through different dates, every time I change the date, it would ask me to validate myself, and then an error message will pop up and then I’ll need to start over again. Extremely frustrating! Whoever did the QA of the app and the website needs to be fired for real.

The options come up blank whenever I select the “to” airport and won’t let me select or input anything. Can I not book through the app?

Absolutely garbage airline! Do not fly if you want to make to your flight and have a right to use a bathroom

Every time I clicked a trip on my trip tab the app would said “Something has gone wrong. Refresh”. Tried multiple times and each time it has the same error message. It is really embarrassing to put out an app that doesn’t work like Cebu Pacific.
Worst gate agent ever!
Really unimpressed. The jetstar gate agent would not let me have an electric toothbrush in my checked bag. Because it had a battery in it. She just had to exert every little bit of power she could. Makes me hate everything about this airline.
THE WORST
This is unequivocally the worst Airways app I have ever used. As a frequent traveler, I find its existence utterly pointless. The app redirects you to their website, only to boot you out just before completing your booking, resulting in an unjustified additional charge of at least 20 USD

Why does the website fly to and from South Korea but the app does not have the option?
