First you removed Mystic Rush. Then it pops up, again, only the price went from 99 cents to $1.99, you reduced the coins from 500 to 300, and reduced the hours of free boosters from 12 hrs to 1 hr.

It took me too long to see that this app was 1) Charging me & NOT giving me the items & 2) Just adding charges without my even buying anything! These tactics , besides criminal are abusive, insulting & offensive.

The game sometimes deliberately does not reveal the elements that need to be destroyed in order to complete the level.
Hate the last update
This used to be fun. Now it looks cartoonish and constantly flashes telling me which jewels to match. Looking for a replacement game now, as this one is no longer enjoyable.
Can’t win without paying
Before a recent update, if you failed a level, you could accumulate five extra moves. After failing enough times, the game would let you use the accumulated moves, usually an extra 25, so that you could complete the level and move on. That feature is no longer available so you have to purchase extra moves or “boosts” to help complete the levels. Because that has been taken away, and it’s very hard to earn coins to buy moves or boosts without spending real money, I’ve stopped this as my daily play. And please don’t ask for an email or in app chat - I just explained why I’ve stopped playing. You removed a feature that made the game playable.
Just another money grab now
it used to be that after you failed a puzzle a few times, it would build up 5 extra moves at a time, and eventually it would let you use those accumulated extra moves to finish your puzzle.. but as of today they seem to have disabled that. So, now the game isn’t playable… unless you’re willing to spend a fortune in the store. BOOOO!
The ads are too long
Imagine playing the game and you were interrupted by ads every single couple of minutes. I guess they don’t worry too much about being deleted.

I was on 6000 plus game when I was frozen out. I uninstalled, reinstalled now it freezes EVERY TIME I try to get: get 3 free daily bonus, get 5 extra games and 1 free symbol before start of game. After 20 wins I only get 20, not 60 coins. I don’t really mind watching the ads but I have to reboot every time and no support.

This was a favorite game for a while but then the ads started being hard to get rid of. Wouldn’t let you x out until you kept hitting over and over. Too bad because it started out to be an easy 5.
