App stopped working after a forced subscription upgrade. I was forced to upgrade to pay a higher price using the same Facebook account I used earlier, but the app stopped recognizing my downloads and playlists from before. I am unable to use the app now and forced to delete it.

Worst app even by all means... Does not work in car play.. there is option to Like track - add to favorite , but no menu to access all favorites.. what a worst app UX ... paid for Pro and i am irritated lot using this app for a month

App doesn’t sync with subscription on App Store. I paid for yearly subscription and I reinstalled app it shows that I don’t have active subscription. I tried logging again and reinstall and nothing worked. There is no option to sync with Apple from app. Better to stay with Apple Music.

Biased app

They keep removing more and more songs anyway.

It logged me off and when I try to login the code is not sent to my email id. waste update.

It was good before but now they literally have a time limit to listen to music. You can’t listen to music after like 5-10 mins unless you have their “pro”. Utterly shameful move by JioSaavn.

Don’t Subscribe- you cannot unsubscribe until 1 payment occurs
Very disappointed ☹️, don’t subscribe for their 30 day trial, once in you will not find unsubscribe option until 1st payment occurs.

Unable to cancel Subscription
This seems like a scam, I've been trying to cancel to my subscription for over a month and this app just makes it so hard to cancel. They are still charging $5.99 every month after I deleted my account.

I signed up for PRO which allows you to listen on multiple devices (2) at same time. They change it to one device at a time w/o any notification.

I was getting double charged by saavan one for monthly and another yearly but am not seeing yearly subscription in my account after canceling my monthly. I was tired find the contact of customer service to resolve my issue. It would be great if you improve the customer service specially when you are charging us.

Disappointed with some features or lack of them
Just did a one year subscription and very disappointed. 1. app does not remain in memory. Once I close and open the app the sound track would start from the beginning. 2. When I use my account on phone and web songs currently being played on not synced. 3. Audio quality is not good. 4. I have cleaned all my old liked play list and did a sync on the downloads and they entire lost of liked songs that I have cleaned got added back to the list and got downloaded to my phone. I used jiosaavan for almost 5 years in the past and then moved to different music subscriptions. Wanted to give it another try after almost 2 years and I regret doing it instantly.
Playback error... unusable app... waste of $

I downloaded again only to see only pro can play any songs and others can’t even play anything. Unless get pro it is total waste of space
No real support
While the app is very good, it’s only one star when it comes to support. In fact, you can’t even find a live person to chat or talk! No email for support issues! What kind of business are they running. I paid for Pro last mid-December, and it already stopped my streaming in six months!! Hello! Who do I talk to? Is this some kind of scam or what? I think I will report to Consumers Rights both in Texas and Federal agencies. Any advice? Thanks

Missing playlists
I have been a paying subscriber for years and have collected many songs over the years, but this year couple of my full playlists with old Rafi and Lata and other singers are empty. I have reached out to support multiple times. They responded couple of times but won’t respond any more. These are my most favorite playlists so I’m really disappointed. Customer service is not that great.
The app is extremely glitchy
It’s the worst of the music apps out there. Regret the pro subscription. Most music says unavailable, super unreliable. I hate it.

By far this is the worst aap I ever purchase. Songs will deleted from my playlist by it self and now I can not find this songs. Do not waste ur money on this aap.
Bait and Switch Application
This is my 2nd year of JioSaavn Pro subscription. Before that I had used it for about an year with ads for free. During the free phase and 1st year of subscription song selection was great. Now as soon as my subscription renewed for the 2nd year most of the good songs (Hindi &Tamil) are not available. Movies like Aradhana, Silsila, Sharmilee, Hare Rama Hare Krishna (old hits from 1970 and 1980) are no longer available in search. Hits of singers like Kishore Kumar, KJ Yesudas that are now in JioSaavn are not those artist’s very best. Interestingly, some of hits that I have mentioned are now available in Amazon Music !! Is JS going down and unable to pay licensing fees for these really good albums? I am canceling my subscription when my current subscription runs out!!
Scam
Double charged for JioSaavn annual subscription ($39.99 by Apple app store and $38.99 by JioSaavn). Had to submit disputes to my credit card company for both charges. No response from JioSaavn's "customer service team". Doubt that team even exists. Been a loyal customer for over 8 years. This ain't cool.
No more latest albums/songs
Saavn is unable to achieve license to offer latest albums and songs. Good examples are Rocky aur Rani and Zara Harke Zara Bachke. Other platforms offer everything. Waste of money on JioSaavn. Don’t buy subscription plan with JioSaavn. Their help desk is also USELESS.
Where are songs?
I have taken Pro subscription and used to have access on most of songs. Recently I can’t see many of old hits songs from Kishore Kumar. Recent Movies songs like Zara hat ke bach ke, Rocky aur Rani ki Prem Kahani etc. All I see useless songs of singles from new singers. What is the point of paying money if i can’t access my favorite songs and albums? I did contact customer support and sent them logs, until today I have not got response. Please fix it

I cannot log in. Have been pro member for a few years but the app has bugs that needs to be fixed. Sometimes despite being logged in with pro account, advertisement will start playing and the playlists just randomly disappear.

Lost thousands of songs
Suddenly lost all old songs in first month of paying for the subscription. It is a fraudulent practice as there is no explanation as to why all songs are gone.
Lost many songs from my playlists
A lot of the songs I saved on my playlists ( Hindi oldies) have disappeared and I cannot find these songs to add them back. Their database seems to be shrinking slowly but surely. I am very disappointed and am considering cancelling my subscription this month.
What happened?
Looks like several people have the same issue, old songs are gone. Yet no response from the JioSaavn team. Very disappointed being a premium user. Hope you fix this soon.

We have Savaan since it’s early days. We even signed for Pro.
But now we have decided to cancel it. My son emailed them before our term was expiring and asked them to cancel our subscription. Still they charged our Credit Card for the year 2023.
When we contacted them they said we don’t do refund. They were not supposed to charge us in the first place but still they charged and now denying to refund us.

Songs have disappeared
I have Saavn Pro but all songs in my playlist (especially old Hindi songs) have disappeared suddenly! Lost over 200 songs in my playlist. I’m not renewing my subscription ever again. Moved to Spotify now.
