FIX THE LOADING
Been using this for work for almost 3 years for the love of god why does my route list load so SLOW it’s BLACK AND WHITE TEXT there’s no images, no video I have 5 bars of 5g & I can’t load the stop to start the damn timer it’s absolutely ridiculous.
Good for scheduling, THATS IT
This app has progressively been getting worse since our company started using it. I used to use this app for everything. Billing. Scheduling. Notes. Documentation. But now I can’t trust it to do hardly any of those things. I wrote paragraphs of notes. Just for my admin to later ask in the day why none are posted. If you have even the SLIGHTEST network hiccup any notes will be lost and deleted. The fact that this app is DEPENDENT on network for everything. And not just to sync is wild. I will be looking for new software. This ain’t it.
Withhold Money
We have been using Jobber for years. We are a large construction company. We just took a large payment in Jobber and we recieved a message from their team informing us that they are withholding our funds until we provide additional red tape paperwork for them….. if you needed additional paperwork you should have asked us to fill it out when signing up for jobber payments. Now you are withholding time sensitive funds for some Ai script you wrote that doesn’t take our use case or history into account.

All around the first time I used Jobber I was very dissatisfied. The reason why is because within after paying the max $400 a month payment to have employees onto my software. I got an email the next day from their operational risk team saying that I somehow violate their policy and they close my business profile without even telling me how or why
I don’t recommend for lawn care
Quick books is better. This is too expensive and the app doesn’t run well.
Bad rating.
Why does this app require you reduce your app ratings to 17+ in your settings. So strange
Deceptive Payments
Jobber does not appropriately represent the speeds of their cars payments and they make it seem like Instant Payouts is a native feature, not something given to you randomly based on AI metrics.
GREEDY GREEDY GREEDY
Jobber stopped allowing third party merchants for CC processing. SO THEY CAN CHARGE US MORE OR CAUSE US AN INCONVENIENCE. TRUE SIGN OF THE SELL OUT.

Some benefits as it’s better than absolutely nothing, but still not a very good provider and would recommend looking into other apps/services.

No offline support
Has to query for the schedule every time the app opens. No offline cacheing of any kind?? Timers are on visits, and visits need internet, so can't start or stop a timer without internet. Can't even clock in without internet.
Clocking out doesn't stop the running timer or complete the active visit. If you forget and clock out without stopping the timer, you'll come back the next day to find it's been running the whole time.

Can’t sign in
Getting an error message popping up when trying to sign in. Have the latest version of iOS.
Jobber paymentsmisleading
Waited 7 days and still nothing. Called on day 6 and was told it takes 5 business days, information they conveniently leave out when they’re selling you on the feature. So which is it?
And to the devs we see you cherrypicking which reviews to respond to. Respond to the happy customers, ignore the valid complaints. Very brave.

Payment processing is awful
App works great but payment processing is horrible, I was told when signing up it took 2 days to receive payments, they’re now holding $12000 of my money and I won’t see it for 7 or more days. They flagged the payment and I spent an entire day waiting n the phone with them getting them to unflag it, I’m now having to pull money from my personal accounts to cover business expenses as well as paying late fees on payments for my business. If you just need a system for estimates it works great but I would not recommend taking any payments through them.
