What a joke
This place is nothing but a joke horrible place to work. They lowball all their employees and do not pay what they’re worth then they will fire you for the stupidest stuff. Do not work here and if you are a client and you provide jobs to them go somewhere else.
Poor service

Very confusing on boarding process
I-9 verification is so confusing I couldn’t figure it out. I did all the stuff to start on boarding and completed it and it’s just hung up. There are no next steps to complete and I can’t finish on boarding. I need help.

Incompetent employees
First the Dallas location did not get the attire correct for my assignment and we were later reprimanded for their incompetence. I then picked up the Aramark assignment through the Lewisville location I called Thursday May 21 to inquire about my pay and was notified that I would be paid on Monday. They did not mention there would be a delay due to the holiday or anything which caused me to miss my assignment and completely be removed from a month long assignment because I needed the money to uber the assignment also did not state weekly pay we when assignments are typically daily pay. Forth Worth is the only location that stays on top of their assignments.

I’m not even sure if my personal information is safe now!
Useless
Another useless app on my phone for jobs that don’t exist in my area. Seriously you’re telling me you want me to drive 60 miles for $18 an hour? I’d be driving to pay for the gas.
CAN’T SCREEN SHOT IN APP ANYMORE!
THE BRANCHES HERE IN THE TAMPA AREA CONSTANTLY MISUSE THE APP. SO THE FACT THAT YOU CANT SCREEN SHOT ANYMORE IS INSANE, VERY SNEAKY. AND UNFAIR. EVER SINCE PETE UNTI LEFT THERE HAVEN’T BEEN ANY JOBS IN THE AREA. ALL JOBS ARE IN BRANCH (FAVORTISM). WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THE APP?!?

Be careful
Be careful as this app doesn’t let you delete your profile completely unless you bug them for days. I had contacted their HR team and they mentioned that they can’t delete my profile and data as I know that isn’t true. My local jobstack office also mentioned that they can’t delete my profile after 12 months of inactivity to which bothered me. For those who are tidy about their personal info and data please be aware as they send you on a loop in order to delete your account. By law they have to upon request and every app on play store and apple play is supposed to legally allow you to delete your account.
There is never jobs available.
The app is always empty. There is never jobs available and you have to call their local office every day at 6am to get in the daily list. The list resets every day.

I can’t access this app and I need This app for work. It keeps saying doesn’t work in your country when it should. I have to use someone else phone to clock in.

It was a gay manger who terminated me 2years ago for no reason..
I told the gay manger; I had two assignments, and he/she terminated me foe trying to explain my situation and bc I didn’t like how he/she made sure to tell his/her staff to give me a hard time with my assignments also; they pick there family members nd close friends only and I don’t feel rightfully represented as employee through PeopleReady/ laborReady I Ben wit them foe ten years nd only had a problem with him/her!!

I live in Daytona beach fl. Your office manager hasn’t put a single listing on this app for 4 years. You have to deal with her personally. Only give work to her select group of individuals. This app is useless in central Florida

After years of not using this app STILL there are no jobs in my city offered on this app. Whoever created this app needs to let people know what city and state this app will work in. Also I cannot get rid of this account plus the security on this app is very very loose so anyone can get your information.
I would not
They will allow you to sign up for jobs, then the job gets cancelled and all you get is a notification, no reason at All. I signed up for 10 different jobs two of them was put on my schedule. Three days later, every job is gone, except for one that is in February. Do not count on this company or this app. It is a waste of time, and energy.

Why do you have to have a family member sine up for you in the i9 section
This made me mad that you need just to have the third party to apply for a job my own mother didn’t know what to do and I went to the physical place and they couldn’t even help me with anything.. this app really sucks why do you need a family member for something that you wouldn’t normally need them for.
Beware !
Bad management as she told me their customers are more important than our well being. They hire nothing but old people in San Antonio area and one of them dropped a table on my hand causing an injury and they suspended me instead. They care more about their customers than their employees. Don’t kill yourself over $100 dollars it’s not worth it. Especially not in San Antonio.
app doesn’t work & there’s no work
Each time I get a notification to complete my onboarding, I go into the app and then immediately get kicked out of the app after clicking “onboarding required”. So not only am I not able to finish the onboarding, but there aren’t even any jobs in my area. Waste of time!

It’s different for black people when working with people ready, they seem inferior as a whole company when it comes to black people.

DO NOT Recommend
The STL branch is unprofessional. Issues getting paid out. After completing job PeopleReady said I had to complete a background check before I was able to receive payment. AFTER I completed a ticketed job. Mind I had completed a background check several weeks prior. Jobs are regularly canceled. I could go on and on. I’ll leave it at this. There are better options as far as temporary job services go.

Account never activated
I downloaded the app and followed the instructions and my account was never activated. I went to the office in person and they took pictures of my license and social and said they would send it for approval. I got in contact with tech support via email and didn’t help. Here I am two weeks later still waiting but now worried that my personal information might get compromised.
Zero Stars if I could
This app makes it nearly impossible to start with the company. Glitches very bad doesn’t even allow me to finish the onboarding and the branch isn’t able to do anything about it. How do you expect to hire people for work when your app isn’t even functioning properly. My opinion “Stick with the traditional hiring process” customer support is horrible as well they don’t even resolve anything and barely speak English.
