I don’t understand what’s suspicious when my bank account is in my name that I use and get cashback with making transactions . Seems they just don’t want to pay once you start making a good amount of money on there. I have reported them for fraud/scam. They need to be shut down. Reading other reviews a lot of others are experiencing the same exact thing. How is it that too many people are being banned for suspicious activity smh only suspicious activity is Joko not wanting to pay people their money that is due to them !! This app is a complete waste of time

Wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone they suspend your account without reason because they don’t wanna payout when I did exactly what the app was for/recommended.

If I could give this app 0 stars I would !! I went to cash out the money on my account and they banned my account out of no where instead of paying me for what I earned
DISSATISFIED
Honestly I’m not happy, I’ve not been able to login to my account, I contacted support they said they’ve fixed it yet it hasn’t been fixed, it takes days before they respond and when they do they close the chat immediately before you respond, I bought gift cards and still haven’t received them, and I told a lot of my friends about it, saying positive things about joko… I just hope they don’t get the same bad experience

I got signup bonus and a referral bonus which I guess is nice for free. But I am seeing no benefits beyond this.
It's alright
It does track and offer cashback but there isn't any instant transfer option. Everything takes 7 business days. Don't download this app thinking you will get anything now, u will be waiting.
Gift cards
I have tried multiple times to purchase gift cards with multiple different payment methods and I continue to get an error message stating that my card was not charged. I have contacted the support that is available multiple times via the chat they offer. I have yet to have it resolved. There is also no other way to contact help. If they can fix this issue with the gift cards this app will be Amazing.
