Region segmented makes it useless
Poor decision to region lock separate apps means I can't use my US phone to order

Bad Experience
As much as I love the spicy chicken here, the app sucked. Every time we put the order in something happens. Sometime it gets canceled, sometimes the store does not get the ticket. I have faced this multiple times. Rather use door dash to order from jollibee, that is more reliable.
Reward-less
The app tells me I can claim my reward using points but when I did it, it deducted the points but was invalid when I tried to use it. Now I lost 600 points and got nothing.
Ordering Issus
Not sure if the developers are seeing this or if anyone else has this issue. When I select any item that includes burger steak, it always gives me an alert saying, “Please make a selection for ‘Burgersteak’” when there is nothing to select. Please fix this problem.
Poor mobile app experience
App is poorly optimized and buggy. It should not take 30 seconds for the cart to load
Don’t use push notifications for marketing
I wish Apple would enforce its own guidelines. This app uses push notifications for marketing. App Store rules forbid that.

Put in my order. Clicked ASAP. It originally said it’d be ready in 5 minutes. Then it said it’d be ready in forty!? When I got there they said they hadn’t received the ticket yet even though the app said they had. What a friggin mess. Why do these stores encourage you to use these apps so much but then they are 10x worse than just using the drive thru like normal?!

I don’t why at check out it said my reward is not valid. Such a scam

App needs to add review your order step, reminding ordering location & cancel items function. Maybe copy McDonald’s app to learn how they do it.

Weird app needs fixing
It makes no sense how the 3 piece chicken is available but not the 4 piece.
