Outdated tech! AI has rendered this entire business model obsolete. Any ai agent can build better looking, more functional, easier to use form for a fraction of the price and a fraction of a cost. Their business model is to lure you into paying for premium options and hoping you forget to cancel your subscription. Buyer beware!
APP IS HORRIBLE
my business partner and I have been using your forms and the app for several years, and ever since it updated a few weeks ago it has been complete garbage. We have to constantly log out close all windows and then log back in and refresh to see new form submissions. It runs extremely slow now also. It’s getting to the point where if something isn’t fixed, we will sadly be looking for another service to switch to. We both have the app and it’s not even showing us the same information at the same time. Terrible.

Rough
I’ve had a lot of instances that the app just simply won’t open. Seems to happen right after I get a submission I have to open and exit it multiple times to get it to open and even then I’ve had to wait over a day before it will allow me to open it again.

i have had so many problems with the registration lists (registrations not showing up, people not being able to register, etc.)
but the WORST part about jotform is the customer service.. you reach out and someone answers (usually with an answer no where near what you were asking about) and then if you need to respond a different person reaches out, which usually backtracks the process. can you call in and speak to someone? nope. i've been begging my work to find a new business and i'm hoping they finally listen.
Update: the new mobile version took your ability away to put your list of registration forms in any order you want (alphabetical, newest, etc.) so it is now just in a random order. when i asked why this was taken away they said they would ask the developers and see if this feature should be added.

I’m over jotform.
I ended up going with another app for my tattoo inquiry forms. Their free version caps you with storage before you ever use up the 100 form submissions and then it simply won’t work anymore. Ridiculous they advertise the free version as being able to get 100 submissions when that’s far from the truth. And their first tier payment option is WAY too expensive for a form submission app. There should be a $10 version for people who get less than 100 submissions every month and dong need the $20+ version. The app I use now is free with no storage cap AND if I needed to pay it’s only $10 a month for their basic package. (It’s forms.app on here). Jotform got greedy and I’m done with it. If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not pay for this when you can get the same thing from other apps cheaper or for free with no limit on storage.

Never actually loads. It just hangs with the Jotform opening screen. It is useless because it never loads.

For how broken it I don’t know why they charge, they owe me money for wasting my time on a busted service. I spent 3 hours for this stupid program to delete itself. Not sure how this supposed to be used by business
Fraud
I have no clue what this service is. This is the second month that I have seen a charge on my credit card for this company. I disputed the charge and changed my credit card and still they are charging me. I tried finding a customer service number to call and all I get is some AI number. There doesn’t seem to be a live person to talk to.

this mobile app never opens on my phone. useless.
All or nothing options available
I was using the app for bookings for my exercise classes, the free starter plan worked well for up to 100 entries a month, which I used for nearly a year but I required more so I needed an upgrade. I was willing to pay but the jump from free to a bronze plan is so large and expensive it wasn’t worth it. I’ve moved over to Google Docs for free with zero issues.
It hangs when opening
The app constantly hangs when loading. If you have time to waste it is a decent app when it eventually loads. If you don’t have time (most of us don’t), it is extremely frustrating and generally not a useful real time tool to access Jotform.
