Downloaded app, copied all pics a friend shared and its nowhere to be found. Not buying something I cant view first. Poorly developed….

Wrong order
I ordered photo books for Christmas presents. When the books came they were the wrong photos, not sure whose books I received but they definitely weren’t the photos I sent in, I didn’t even know those people in the photos. I contacted customer support to fix the issue. Their response was to send them photos of the destroyed books and I could expect the new books by 6/1/26 to 8/1/26. Unacceptable! Why am I having to wait 6-8 months when they are the ones that messed up my order. I would never use them again after paying top dollar for photo books and they can’t even get it right and wanna make me wait 6-8 months for them to correct their mistakes.
Order status
My order was to be shipped 3 days after christmas and order status looks like on delivery day the order never left the building it was printed at.
Do NOT trust this company with your order.
I ordered 4 photo books. All of these on 12/10 as Christmas gifts. The timelines were all met for production days, shipping, etc as listed in the website. Iverified all of this prior to ordering. With the expected delivery day of 12/22 listed on my order. Late on 12/22 the order on the website flipped to delivered. But no the USPS shipping label had just then been requested with no packages delivered to USPS. On the morning of 12/24 at 1:00 in the morning I received notice that my expected delivery date was now 12/29. I immediately emailed requesting this issue be resolved and these be shipped priority overnight. Only to receive a thank you form email in return. This meant I was forced to spend Christmas Eve last minute gift shopping to replace these heartfelt highly anticipated personalized gifts. It is Christmas and no response, no delivery, and no attempts to resolve. There are many photo book options in the market. Trust me when I say this is NOT a company worth risking with your memories. Did not deserve even the 1 star I was required to give to warn other families.
Received someone else's book
I received my book today. It had the correct cover for my New York trip, but the content was for a trip to Spain and Portugal, and the pictures were of a couple we don't know. This was supposed to be my granddaughter's Christmas present so I am frustrated beyond belief.
Orders don’t arrive!
The app says the orders have been delivered but only 2 orders out of 4 have been received. There is no way to contact customer service. So giving a bad review is the only option!
Cheap pages
I was disappointed with the photo book I received from JourI Print. As soon as I opened the book and turned the first page, I immediately noticed how thin and fragile the pages were-one even bent right away and felt like it could easily tear. For the price, I expected much better quality. Unfortunately, the materials feel cheap and the book doesn’t seem durable at all. I would not recommend this product.
Order Issues
My order has been processing for longer than it says it should take, and I can’t get anyone at Customer Service to respond to me and then when I do the chat, it says it doesn’t have my order number. I don’t recommend ordering from this place.
Terrible Customer Service
My book just arrived and a picture was duplicated on one of the pages by Journi. I cannot get anyone to address the situation and get it corrected. They made the mistake and now I have to put up with it because there is no customer service.

App needs more debugging and final product disappointing
After days of working on my photo book, I got to the point of hitting the “buy” button and got an error message! It took 116 of my photos out of the draft and I had to go back and add them (those that I could remember) back in. Could you not check for user errors when I saved the draft?? Did you have to wait until I had put in days of work? Also, there were numerous annoying bugs. You can’t use an apostrophe anywhere in a paragraph (it inserts multiple annoying spaces), if you try to move a photo and it fails, the photo “sticks” and you have to get out of the app to get rid of it (I even had to restart my computer at one point). Sometimes when you try to edit a page and add more photos, it puts them on a separate page altogether. The date is always too big. I wanted my page titles to be larger than the dates, but you don’t have control over that. You are given layout options, but many times they weren’t exactly what I wanted. Since you can only move same-sized photos around, it limits your creativity. My final product arrived today. I was disappointed in the quality (one of the pages is dislodged from the book at the top!). The interface could be great if they performed better pre-release end user testing.

Buggy and not userfriendly
I have been using Journi Print on my laptop to see the pictures more clearly. The photos library is cumbersome, separated beween sources. Personal events dates on calendar keep on changing every time I want to edit the calendar even if they were saved !!!! Drives me crazy !
I wish I could edit the font of the added texts in the photo sections and the personal events added with a different color in the calendar. Haven’t tried the photos book yet.
