I lost my money
I paid for VIP access for a week, but in less than 12 hours I lost access to the content in the app, and I feel like I've been scammed; I've contacted chat support, but they never fix the issue or give me my money back.

I got the app because I found a story interesting. I didn’t realize until I got into it a little more that it was all AI generated characters. The facial expressions were cartoonish. The sound effect for a clinched fist just ridiculous. Every character in every story looked like the characters in the first story I saw. They just changed names, but it seemed strange to me. So I try to cancel my subscription after 2 days. I reach what I later came to believe was an AI online customer service agent. He was supposed to redirect me to someone or something that could cancel the subscription. So far no word back about my cancellation or the refund I requested. What a total waste of money and my time. The stories kind of run together and I did not enjoy if after the first story.

I have tried to cancel a subscription I did not intend to purchase! I does not show up in my settings subscription on my phone. Do this app has been picking my pocket for the last 3 months. SCAMMERS.
Would be more stars but
This app has begun releasing/making strictly ai verticals. This is not good for the entertainment field. Jobs are lost from actors to directors to all the behind the scenes people. And the ai created cartoons suck. From spoons that are in bowls then on the table being picked up to voices off from mouth to so much more. Nevermind the impact on the environment for the ai data center needs to create a full vertical.
Don’t buy!
I saw this on facebook, started watching a video. So I down loaded Joy Reels and paid the 19.99 for the week. Even after paying I still had to watch adds to see the video! Never finish that one and did not start another one. It’s a waste of money. Drama box and Drama wave are so much better

Horrible money sucking app that does not help you even after you email them multiple times. Don’t get conned like I did. They are still charging me and I can’t get the subscription cancelled no matter what I try. There instructions are fraudulent and all they care about is taking your money. Don’t use this app!!!!

Hard to cancel
I’ve tried to cancel my subscription several times and haven’t had any luck. Been charging me for about a year now.
Scam DONT TRUST
I got an advertisement showing a series was free for a limited time. It looked good, so I downloaded the app. It was NOT free. Customer service kept “transferring me” then nothing. Terrible. I don’t recommend. I will be submitting screenshots to BBB, trust pilot, and facebook advertising documenting their false advertising. That’s illegal!

Then you request again and complain that you didn't get a response then they say they will now connect you to a professional customer service person- again more of the same. I downloaded cause I saw all the adds for free 24 hour watching. Downloaded the app and never received it everything required coins. All there adds that you have to watch to get free coins don't even cover ONE episode like others.

It keeps telling me on Facebook it will allow you to try this for a whole day for free but when you download the app it doesn’t let you have anything for free. You have to buy every reel. Kind of disappointing and false advertisement.

Difficult to work with
I can’t seems to cancel my account. Violates Californians app laws stating that there needs to be a cancel button, and there has been no help from customer service.

NO WAY TO CANCEL!
Terrible app! Don’t let yourself be fooled by this scam app! If you have an iPhone, this app shows up in your purchases, but it doesn’t show up under subscriptions. When you go into the questions section, it doesn’t mention any thing about how to cancel your subscription auto renewal. There is no way to cancel and the customer service bot “Jack” offers does nothing but waste your time and leave you on hold. It tells you to wait for live customer service representative and you stay on hold indefinitely. This has happened to me multiple times (20+ minutes each time) No actual live representative ever gets on the chat.

This app is a rip off they have you pay 19.99 for weekly except they give you coins that run out before you get to watch the whole series and expect you to spend more money to finish the series I’m going to stick to the apps that give you the ability to watch whatever you want on the app found out VibeShort DramaBox ShortMax GoodShort has the same stories and I can watch as many as I want for 19.99 good luck with this app though 🤣🤦🏾♀️

Issue cancelling autorenewal
The customer service so far has been unhelpful in assisting in cancelling my subscription. I did my payment through PayPal and it’s been a nightmare cancelling the autorenewal since there is nowhere to do it. I’ve used the chat feature and sent emails and so far no response. I’ve searched the website and had no luck there either. Save yourself the headache and don’t sign up for this app.
Don’t fall for it
This app came across my Facebook page as an ad where you could try it for free for one day. All episodes unlocked and unlimited content for one day. That was a lie. You have about 10 free episodes and the rest are locked and they want an obscene amount of money just to finish a whole movie. Episodes are super short and 50 coins each. Don’t waste your time or money on this one.

Ways to get coins
The videos are great. But the way to earn coins is absolutely horrible…instead of being able to watch videos for coins opening up articles slow down the phone and makes it lag. Most of the time it doesn’t even work…this needs to be better.

I have no idea why it has so many starts but I see some with 5 stars are even bad reviews so I'm wondering if giving 5 stars is a way to get coins. All the other ones have weekly vip where you can watch everything for that $20 not this one. I got through oneeee movie before alllll of them were gone. Absolutely insane and predatory

Great content but impossible to watch more than an episode a day. Very hard to earn coin to watch more episodes each day.

Good luck canceling your account. They still pull money months later, do not answer back. There’s not cancel spot on the account and they keep charging me. Been a huge pain fighting this.
