Not intuitive, no English
The app is clunky, not intuitive, and has no way to switch to English. Also the rewards stuff requires a separate app. Not useful.
They say the app supports English
However, try as I might, I found no way to change to English. I can’t imagine why they would assert they support English, yet allow only Dutch!
Not helpful
This app doesn’t have their rewards card integrated into. There’s another app you have to download called Jumbo’s Extra but it is not available on iPhone. Also this app does not support English so have another phone/device handy with you that you can use to translate.
English speakers, don’t bother
The app claims both English and Dutch, but there is no option to change the language to English. To any English speaking expats, don’t bother to download, the app is really Dutch only.
