jumia is an overall scam
it’s a shame jumia is still allowed to do business.
1- the false description of items is allowed on their platform.
2- the shipping time is ridiculous and never honored.
3- the return process is a nightmare, and usually ends up in refusal.
I learned that the hard way and now I’m stuck with a tv I don’t like with bad quality that didn’t match the online description (echolink 43” qled tv)
never again would i buy from this platform nor would I recommend anyone to even consider it.

لا علاقة اشتريت ميكرو في الوصف البائع ذكر انه يشتغل لمدة 8 ساعات متواصلة وبعد التوصل اتضح انه موديل قديم ولا يشتغل سوى 20 دقيقة او اقل تم إرجاع المنتج والان مرت قرابة 3 أسابيع دون جواب عند تواصلك مع الدعم يخبرونك انهم لم يستطيعوا فحص المنتج وارسلوه للبائع الذي لم يرد بعد رغم انتهاء المهلة المحددة للرد تخيل ان البائع أقوى من المنصة يرد متى شاء اما الموقع فيشير إلى ان المنتج تم تسليمه لي رغم أنني ارجعته واليوم ارسلو الي امايل يطالبونني بإرجاع المنتج هههه وهو عندهم منذ ثلاث أسابيع تخيل عبث هذا الموقع لهذا لا انصح بهذا الموقع المرجو الابتعاد وأخذ الحيطة والحذر لحسن الحظ لم يكن ثمن الميكرو مرتفع الخلاصة تجربة اكثر من سيئة.

I really don’t know what’s wrong with their riders, how can I be paying for home delivery and they would be asking me to come meet them at filling. Just like one I spoke to few minutes saying I should come meet him at a store that’s freaking far from my place. Jumia you guys should do better please

They have rude agents, who refuse to deliver what you bought, and they’ll send emails in the guise of them not being able to reach you, just because they want to keep it to themselves, and when you make reports to their customer care , they do nothin
I am being scammed by Jumia
It has been over 3 months since I made a refund request but did not receive my refund and I went to the pick up station at IYE plaza Warri for assistance and I was severely embarrassed please Jumia is a scam. I have been shopping with them for years until that day. They always deliver low quality products and this last one was something entirely different and yet I have not received my refund
