Randomly won’t let us open the app. We’ve uninstalled and reinstalled, reset iPad, etc. can’t even access support.

Game keeps crashing
Everything was fine until three months ago and now Because of this bug I messed out of a lot of things I missed out getting the new hybrid and the hero shard for Gallimimus you owe me and many players the chance of getting that hybrid the one eye allosaurus and making their Gallimimus to a maxed out hero!

Calculations are super bad😡
Bro like a Dino with a high damage should not kill mines with two shot Becuase I had 2600 health and he did 2400 but instead it killed me! Please, just do your math correctly bro!
There a number of things that don’t make sense…
1.) why no undo button when you delete something on accident.
2.) capping adds out for a certain amount of hours (since most recent update)
3.) making us let the app track us (super unsafe especially for kids. I don’t want anything tracking my kids anything) I refuse to let the app track just for mindless commercials or app trailers.
4.) app crashes & you just missed out on winning fight/getting rewards/picking your best Dino’s for the app to crash then app taking those dinosaurs away for 10 hours plus if they are your strongest.
5.)when you have the don’t track me on, why is my kid getting weed commercials. Scary games that kill people, inappropriate medical information for any child to hear. But why there weed commercials & how to get it on a kids app?!?
Are you against us getting rewards to survive & move up in the game. A concerned parent & dino lover that just wants to watch the adds to get the rewards promised for the day. I’ve missed out on countless prizes & im considering deleting at level 73 & going. It’s just going to take me twice as long because you have some add block on now. This updated was horrible for prizes & not letting you complete challenges/game goals.

“Free” content and prizes show “No contest available” errors for playing videos, but works for other tasks. That’s fraud.
The game deleted my account
I had almost every Dinosaur but indoraptors and a few other things but I logged in one day, and all my stuff is gone it’s a great game, but it made me reset so if someone can help me get my account back I’d be happy and rewrite a review but till then I won’t give a good review.
Purchase
The support team refuses to help me get my account back, and just ignores my request when I make a new purchase and don’t receive my items that I bought.

I hate how long the video ads are to enter a fight and after the video ad ends the game has no sound please fix this bug!!!!!
Amazing
This game has no ads unless you choose to watch one, and the dinosaur fights are very realistic. I really like this game and I think anyone who is loves dinosaurs and is patient would also like this game. ദ്ദി・ᴗ・)
