The fact i have to turn off my game center is extremely annoying, and when i turn it back on the entire app bricks completely, forcing me into the tutorial and locking me from joining rooms even as a master controller. when you expect bugs theyre typically when you're deep into using the app. why cant i not even JOIN a lobby Period??? do you guys not test stuff before you go? I Love just dance but there is very little reason to play besides recording score anymore, i might as well boot up my wii or just play on youtube. Bye.

at the end of finishing a song, the game just freezes and we’re not given our score nor the avatar that comes with. this has happened on separate occasions and with certain songs. i’ve tried replaying the song but after spending most of my coins it still doesn’t award me. i know it’s not my device because other song have worked except slumber party and cosmic party that have had most of my issues with. even if i play it on a seperate day, reinstall the app, or even update the app, i still have this issue. please fix the game and give me the rewards supposed to be given. thank you.
Uh-Oh! The song couldn’t start!
Can the creators please explain why we pay for a subscription just for the game to magically not work? When I first open it I had to deal with a black screen and no music, once I reopen the song stops like halfway through because of a random error. We tried changing our casting device, changing the browser we used, changing the device we casted on…and still nothing. Please fix the app because clearly this is an ongoing issue for a lot of users!

Not really a good game if you were playing at a party. Cause it only lets you play 1 song a day.

This is a scam! You cant cancel the app.! I’m being charged a ridiculous amount of money for this dumb app that I don’t want! I would give zero stars if I could!

They give you 100 coins every 24 hours I waited 24 hours super excited to do my next dance, once that time comes I spend my 100 coins to do a dance, but it ends up kicking me out of my room for internet connection, which happens you usually just refresh, but when I did it said I had spent all my coins and I could not do my dance, do not download this app if you are not willing to pay for there gamepasses, absolute scam
Steals coins
It stole my coins so I couldn’t play fun BTS songs. It stole my sister’s coins and it glitched and we couldn’t hear or see anything! What a disgrace! Do not recommend to those looking for fun.
IT DOES NOT CROMECAST
when I try everything it won’t Cromecast and can’t play the damn game I am going uninstall the game.
Game issue
It works for 2 games and then stops, and I’m upset because I paid 8.00 for a subscription for VIP for it to not work. It’ll let me play two songs, and then it won’t let me, connect at all to use my phone as a controller. I live just dance but this honestly ruined my experience with it. I was so happy to be able to play songs and I can’t even do that.
Does it work anymore
This app used to be amazing, but now it just doesn’t work. I have used this app for a while, but as of recently the app just doesn’t want to connect to a room. I tried to connect to a room, but when I did, it said “this room doesn’t exist,” even though I typed the code in and scanned the qr code.

Kinda irritating
I love just dance and it’s something I do probably daily amd once I found out tht I could stream just dance with my phone as the controller instead of doing it with YouTube I was very happy but the coins rlly make me mad bc it’s cool and I love it but with YouTube I didn’t have to do this. There is better ways to make money, like you could have ppl pay to have their fan made songs on here or you could have small artist psy to advertise their songs with a dance. I just feel like we can make money another way many ppl don’t like this
Unusable
Paid for the subscription and unable to use it. No way to make my phone my main account in the tv.
Disconnects Often
App disconnects, claiming lack of internet even when my internet is working fine. Instead of reimbursing the tokens, it’s gone and I have to wait 24 hours AGAIN for it refresh. I swear they do this on purpose so you have to buy tokens. Lame.
Doesn’t work w/ instructions
Just dance is not listed under privacy & security > camera. I have the latest iPhone and latest update.
connective issues
Every time i was trying to play it stated there was connective issues without even playing it took all my coins and i wasn’t able to play cause there servers were having connective issues would not reckoned followed all instructions yet was left with a horrible experience
Can’t Cast
Can’t cast to TV from iPhone to non-Apple TV, until support for that is added, this app ends up being too much of a hassle to actually play consistently

This app isn’t working and it took 100 coins and I didn’t get to play.
Won’t even let me join a game.
No matter how many times I press the join button it doesn’t work plus in order to play you must have coins. I have coins but it will not let me play.
Frustrated
I’m really upset at how this game uses coins to dance. I’d rather spend an upfront fee and own all the songs on the app just like I did on the Wii. I shouldn’t have to use coins every time I want to dance with friends. It’s frustrating! And why do I have to use coins to do the tutorial song?!
UPDATE THE IOS APP for IOS26
Please update this app to be compatible for IOS26… my mom hasn’t updated her phone, has IOS18 and the app is 100% compatible for her to use as a controller. I’ve updated my phone to IOS26 and the app is soooo glitchy for me??! Please please please update, I miss being able to play.
Money hungry.
You can’t even play unless you wait for your stupid coins to refill (every 24hrs) or you have to pay to get the whole game free. Then they only include recent just dance songs 2020 and up aside from like 4 songs. THE BEST SONGS WERE 2014-2016. Im not paying anything for songs i didn’t even grown up dancing to.
Takes unused coins away
It’s not a good app that get you to win 100 coins and the. Immediately takes them away before you even get to use them. Major failure!
too many bugs, black screen
Dancing used to be fun but it’s not. The app has way too many bugs and every time I try to select a song, I get a black screen. Ubisoft is doing nothing to fix it!
Does not download on really old devices

Subscribed for the holidays, but so many good songs no longer available. So disappointed. Also lags, sometimes other players aren’t able to join in
Annoying
This app is very annoying. I downloaded just dance now on my smart tv and paid for the year long premium subscription. The $ came out of my bank account but for some reason it isn’t registering on the tv app. So then I downloaded this one on my phone thinking I could connect to the tv and login here, but the app is worse. It won’t let me try to do ANYTHING without completing a “first dance” it won’t let me login to my account or check settings or anything else and I can’t do a “first dance” because the tv app says I’m out of coins and that I need to buy the premium subscription (which I did)
Stuck on onboarding flow
Every single time I open the app I’m forced into “your first dance” and there’s no way to exit that flow. I’ve tried so many different things to force it to stop. So far the app has been useless for me
ISSUE
I like the game overall but the coin thing is so annoying. You can only play one song per day? Or you have to pay which I don’t like, please fix this!
The waiting
The fact the I have to wait 24 hours to play another game and that when I pay for the song I have to pay for it again is absolutely insane. Why should I have to pay for VIP just to play songs. And I can’t even get more coins that easily. I was excited to play Just dance this summer but now I’m not thanks a lot.

All the songs cost coins and I accidentally turned off my phone and it made me left the song so coins not well spent. Also add more K-pop or make a K-pop just dance for all devices for FREE
