Fraudulent charges and no way to contact actual customer service
I wish I could give zero stars, I feel so scammed after getting this app with the initial purchase that was supposed to be an annual subscription one time payment but then it charges monthly on top of that without any way to cancel it as when I click on the cancel link in the app it will bring you to an error page, then the only way to reach the developer is an email that only sends bot/automated replies and no sign of actual human contact for customer service and no phone number for support. Do NOT get this app, It’s a complete scam.
Charged after 3 years
Cancelled my subscription in June 2023 (email confirmation) and was just charged. I have not logged into or opened this app since before June 2023. Not sure where to find a number for JustFit but will be disputing with cc company.
Rip off!!
If there were a zero, this is it! Do not do it!!! They have billed me multiple times since January and do a refund or 2 and then keep billing but you never get your money back and you never get taken care of!!! I have a photo where they bill me like 3 or 4 times in a row at once. And I have never used the app!!

Stop saying this app is free in your ads. $69.95 a year is NOT free! This app also comes up when you search for free exercise apps.
Waste of money beware
They ask you a couple of questions and then give you an exercise plan they want you to have. I am disabled and they gave me walk Pilates. I have been trying to contact them for three weeks and keep getting automatic responses. They took it upon themselves to cancel my subscription. I only wanted to have the la y workout plan done from bed because that’s something I can do. All the ads are lies. That’s not what you’re getting. They do not have a phone number to speak to them. First warning!!!! This is the wurst company I have ever dealt with. Refunds? No they will not give them and will not change your exercise plan. They say they don’t do it. So what is wrong with that??? Unless you are physically fit and have money to waste, stay away from them.

Fine workouts, but I can find the same workouts for free on YouTube or a thousand other fitness apps. Total waste of money and false advertising.

Liars
Why is it every ad? I see the most recent of which is the JustFit Pilates ad lie absolutely every one of them say they’re free free to print this free to print that free to join just fit 28 day program for free when absolutely none of it is free used to there were many a lawyer who would take on the tasks themselves of suing people and companies that blatantly lied. This world has gone downhill, had it to where honesty is not valued, but the Almighty dollar is valued. I believe if I am remembering right that is labeled as evil. The love of money is evil and y’all are lying because of your love of money. I will find what companies support lying and I will not support them and I will post things about them like this because dishonesty is wrong.
Won’t renew
The update eliminated the main reason I purchased this app. All the workouts of different types and lengths have disappeared. Now the app is pushing paid programs only. This app got me ip again starting with bed workouts after major traumatic injuries. All that has disappeared. I’m done.
You have to pay!
After a few days of using the app you cannot progress with the workouts with out having to pay for a subscription.
No Lazy workout
I purchased 3months subscription because I really wanted to do something about getting healthier and exercising, so when I seen the advertisement of the Lazy Workout game plan, I got so excited and thought this is definitely something I can do and commit to. But unfortunately after getting signed up there is no such plan on this app they just signed me up for a regular home Pilates plan. They did give me a refund however I would have rather been able to do the workout plan that was falsely advertised. Be aware of what you are purchasing. Hope this is actually posted and helps someone from making the same mistake I did. God bless and be blessed!!
Be very cautious
I canceled before my 7 day trial was up and they are still trying to take money out of my account. My trial period was up April 1 and still trying to take payments from my account
Waste of money and Apple won’t refund me
I downloaded this app and at some point I guess a subscription was signed up, even though the app was no longer on my phone. So I was forced to pay $40 for something I don’t use. Simply rating this app a one star because I was forced to pay for something. I never even used once because I couldn’t download any apps on my phone unless I paid the $40 smh and Apple won’t give me a refund for whatever reason so just wasted money because of this app. Since not paying the subscription was causing me to not be able to download new apps on my phone🙄

False Advertising
I thought this app would make workouts a game as advertised.
I purchased this because I thought it would work with my limitations
Entire workouts are based on being on all fours bending the entire time I can’t do either. I have to keep skipping workouts so this does not work total waste of money.
Lost access to my subscription
My subscription doesn’t show on my app and support is awful. They don’t seem to read the emails I send let alone fix the issue. I’m not entirely sure a real human is even responding based on the answers.

They had dance workouts, yoga, chair, bed, focusing on different body parts, and generic fat burn. They offered anywhere from 14-day to 28-day workouts. Some of them took under 10 minutes, others were under 20. It used to be great. Now I have four options and their “customized” option, which starts out too easy and gets too difficult and too long very quickly. I hope they put back all of the workout options soon.

For me, this app was a waste of money because I never even used it, and unlike the majority of apps where you either get something from the app itself or from Apple Pay telling you that you’re gonna have it renewed, there was nothing. Suddenly a $95 charge in my bank account.. For that much money, you may as well go get a gym membership.

I just went on today and they got rid of all the free workouts and my favorite workout that burned 305 calories .
Newest update ruined app
I have had this app for almost a year, loved it…until the newest update. Since the discovery tab has been changed to the boost tab, there are hardly any exercises on the app. The discovery tab had a lot of options of all different types of exercises and lengths of time for each exercise. My annual renewal is coming up soon, I will not be renewing if the app is only going to have a couple exercises besides the customized plan option. So disappointed.
Not worth the money
This app is great for people that ARE NOT BEGINNERS as long as you are okay with paying for monthly premiums for only specific plans, not all workouts available on the apps. The videos are all done via AI, miss continuity, and have very minimal verbal instructions.
Not Free
This App indicated it was “Free” I downloaded it and after the third day workout it doesn’t allow you to continue to others. It prompts you to buy the product. If it’s not free, then don’t advertise it as free.
Payment required…
Asks a bunch of questions and then launches you into a payment plan with a 7-day free trial. Waste of time. I’d prefer to see if the content works for me, before deciding to pay.
