Doesn’t work
It seems that app is so buggy that it doesn’t work at all. Tried multiple times and it doesn’t even get past the first step.
Hard Pass 👎
Wildly inaccurate predictions (I just ran a 5K PR 3 mins faster than what the app predicted me to run), and then the classic “Subscribe for $89 to use this app!” No thanks. People are sick of subscriptions.
Poor work on the Bugs
Its seemed interesting at first, but couldn’t even get passed the prediction screen and I would have been happy to get some random just to use the app but it couldn’t. At this point I’m convinced a normal app like strava of the watch app from some brand are better indication without the extra hassle of anything.
Not working
Wanted to get hm prediction, connected the Strava but nothing. All it does is giving me to pay.
Buggy
So buggy it’s infuriating and impossible to use.
Bugginess
Can’t even get it to consistently log me in. Love the aesthetics but usability is terrible.
Not Much To See Here
This app has very little to no usefulness. They simply give you a goal and you do it. Then say it back up with “scientific data”. My advice to others is to not pay for this ridiculous app when I can do it myself on a Excel spreadsheet.
I want to like it but can’t.
I was hesitant to write a review 4 ish days into my free trial because I assumed the app was new and they were still working things out. It’s apparently 4 years old! My big problems are:
1. It’s so buggy. It’s like.. first 6 months of production buggy. Weeks I plan don’t show up. Runs I complete aren’t recorded in the weekly dashboard.
2. I have no idea how to use it lol. It’s not very intuitive and I like to think I’m fairly tech savvy usually. But there’s no FAQ, no tutorials, no nothing but a discord group no one’s active in. I get the premise of the app it’s literally USING it that’s confusing.
3. I also don’t really get the premise of the app. Basically they just tell you how many miles to run in a week to see the gains you want then you’re free to structure that how you want. But if you already know how to structure runs and how to pace don’t you also probably know how to scale mileage optimally?
4. You can’t plan runs in decimals. I run by percentage. So if I’m running 11 miles for the week, for example, Tuesday and Thursday are both 15% of my weekly mileage so I’ll run 1.65 both days. I round up for silly decimals but they don’t let you use decimals at all. Does no one in kaizen run an extra half mile ?
End of the day it’s just not at all worth a subscription.

Not much there
This doesn’t do much of what it advertises. Essentially just tracks your miles and predicts finishing times (which I am curious about the accuracy.) Got it thinking it would recommend workouts but in reality it is basically just a tracking app. Would not recommend spending money on it.
Unfortunate bugs
Love the concept but it’s hard to trust the app when it is presenting different mileage recommendations every other day and it can’t seem to add up my planned mileage correctly.
It went from recommending 55 miles this week to now saying I have 19 miles remaining after one 8 mile run.
It also reads that I have 7.5 unplanned miles despite having 52 miles planned.

Wild Predictions
The race predictor was telling me to go for a 2:40ish marathon (near my PB), after I was injured and hadn’t been running for months-seemed like a good way to get injured again! Cool design on the app though.
