Будьте осторожны!!! Списывают деньги за подписку, подаешь запрос о возврате средств, они его отменяют и не удовлетворяют возврат. Подаешь повторно, также отказывают. Будьте аккуратны! Следите за подписками, чтобы не списывали автоматом

3 дня вел переписку об отмене подписки в итоге списали за месяц и специально заблокировал чтобы эти уроды больше не смогли

Половину фильмов не показывает, во многих фильмах нет звука. Причем он сначала был, решила пересмотреть серии уже звука нет. часто выбивает приложение на тв.

Приложение не работает! Чёрный экран и на телефоне и iPad. Оплату сняли сразу, хотя была обещана неделя бесплатно. Верните деньги или устраните проблему.

After removing Russian language news channels, what news TV channels in other languages were removed? If this was done against TV news channel in Hebrew language based in Israel it would be antisemitism.
Unsubscribe. Any discrimination based on national origin, language, race, nationality is illegal and should not be tolerated. There are plenty other sources streaming news in many different languages without discrimination of others.

One of the worst applications out there!!!
Constant disconnects and crashes. Every time it comes back from the background, like when you answer a call, it crashes. Can’t keep up with what has been watched and what hasn’t. Laters feature - unable to enter a landscape mode - plays a the video placed across the portrait mode and manages to place it up-side-down while at it! Developers are absolute trash! Did I mention constant freezes? Easier to watch something somewhere else then here and I have to pay for the service! What a disgrace!!!

This app doesn’t work properly no matter where you try to watch it, on iPad or iPhone. Shuts down every single time when the phone or iPad is not on. Also it doesn’t switch between episodes automatically so in order to go to another episode, you have to close the current on, go back and open whatever you need. It has no life stream as well. Additionally, with the current events in the world, the app (both on tv and iPad) took out all Russian channels and replaced them with channels on Ukrainian language which we personally didn’t ask for because neither members of my family speaks. I understand the intention behind it, however if you’re going to take out the most popular Russian channels, do it but at least ask people whether they want the others or not.

I bought a new TV and subscribed to this app so I can have Russian tv but the quality both on the TV and phone is HORRIBLE. Its very blurry definitely not HD. The app is not very user friendly. It exits the app if you open your drop down menu or turn up brightness. Very poor quality everything. It doesn’t have that many shows and movies on it either. And I doubt they will cancel my free trial period before I have to pay just to get money out of me. Yeah, I will stick to Netflix. Don’t suggest anyone downloading this app.

Misleading, no live stream, no channel 1
There is no channel 1 programs at all which you find out only after you subscribe. There is also no online live streaming which is misleading as they advertise like you can watch channels. So no, you can’t watch channels, just some shows and movies previously streamed on those channels.

I don’t know why no ТНТ И 1ый канал not in the app but THT is available on TV. Mostly using phone or tablet but not happy with it not adding THT to видеотека.

Ужасный апдейт меню. Теперь нужен бинокль чтобы что то прочитать на экране...Все хуже и хуже и сложнее...
Terrible customer service
They have lowered the annual subscription to 180 or 18/mo but if you are like me and purchased annual subscription couple of months back too bad, because they don’t do a recount for people who subscribed through Apple. I guess my biggest complaint is customer service which took over 2 weeks to reply to my inquiry with regards to this injustice and they weren’t even apologetic about this.
Recent version disaster
Hope you’re aware you’ve rolled out a poorly designed buggy update. It crashes all the time, streams multiple feeds from different channels at the same time, doesn’t pause correctly. The new grid is useless. You’ve ruined a solid and stable iOS app.
Less channels for the same price
They promised to add Perviy channel- no luck. Price the same. It’s horrible quality with need to reboot. Why to pay more for less? Just crazy

Some channels are missing
Some channels are not available (Первый канал, ТНТ) and you don’t know what’s available unless you purchase the service... In addiction, there is a quality issue on Apple TV app. After 4-5 times of using the app, 1/4 of the screen is black. Need to reboot the device every time to fix this issue. Not a great thing for $29 per month...

Живу в сша. Netflix в 4к идёт отлично. А картина тв Ели работает. Говорят якобы скорость плохая. Аж смешно. Интерфейс дешёвый и не качественный. Нормальных фильмов толком нет. Старые русские. Обновление редкое. Не стоит своих денег. Да и вообще ничего не стоит. Каждому своё.

Невозможно смотреть и пользоваться. Видео постоянно тормозит, останавливается, и в принципе плохого качества, очень размытое, не смотря на быстрый интернет дома, и на то, что все настройки были правильно указаны (страна, HD video, и и.д). Просто пустая трата времени, и досада, вместо того, чтобы получить удовольствие от просмотра русского телевидения. App не работает. Проще любимые фильмы смотреть на YouTube. А комментарии ниже от издателя app спрашивают про конкретные жалобы. Куда ещё конкретней? За вас может ещё и диагностику провести? Смех один.

The worst, most frustrating app
There are constant crashes and log-in issues. Once again, paid for subscription but unable to log in.
Bring back older version
Previous version was much more convenient and stable. No real time, poor navigation..

Зачем било менять серий - невероятно удобний интерфейс на єто фуфло ( извените за виражение), как можно после лучшего сделать хуже. Почему такие люди создают епп, которие не изучали дизайн. Просто дибилизм. Чем дальше - тем хуже. Ненормально :(
Посмотрите на старий интерфейс - Игоря Калехмана ( точно не помню имени) и переделайте. Ужасно, что за тупость. Програмирровать умеет - а в остальном тупие разработчики :(

Always lagging, very hard to watch something from archive, streaming wrong videos. About HD quality I am not even talking... I have very good internet, and still its hard to watch HD. And interface is not user-friendly.

В версии от GmbH видеотека кривая. Вы что то там фиксите minor bugs а бревна в глазу не видите.

Crashed, wrong messages, cannot get purchased account
Crashed during purchase. After that cannot restore the purchase from Apple ID however money were withdraw from my credit card. The error message says “wrong login. Contact support” - there is no support link,phone,email in the GUI

This app was good before the latest update.
However, now there are annoying ads that appear when watching tv programs.
When listening this app through headphones, even the lowest level of sound is too loud for me.

Time shift is broken. If I set my time zone, I cannot watch the shows recorded in Moscow time-it cuts me off by 8 hours
Program guide is broken. I need to choose a previous day to see today’s content.
The vendor seems to have forgotten about quality control. For $300 I pay annually, this app is a crap.
The app for Apple TV has the same exact issues.
