First of all, I played this game for more than 2 years. I know what’s going on with the game and all.
I spent almost $500 to get karts to compete with other club members and players. But this game is for iPad ONLY. Every single time I play on my phones, the buttons not working and drift sensations are not the same.

I was not able to play for 3 days due the connection issue since I have a stable connection
Absolutely ridiculous
I reported a west server outage along with many other people on Facebook and was just blown off and told to report the issues. I did and was told to restart my device and the game. I did all of that and things are still not fixed… almost like it’s a server issue, not a player issue. I’ve lost out on money now. I’m so done with this that I may just say screw it and delete the whole thing.

Finally was advised this was being taken to dev but it’s been days and I’m out money I was stupid enough to spend on your game. Lesson learned, I’m done. I will be adding a message for my in game friends that I’m out and then I’m deleting.

Loved it but then it stopped working
I loved the game even spent money on it but on my new iPhone 15 pro the game won’t connect, goes to verifying version loads about 50% and says check your network. Doesn’t matter if I’m on 5g or WiFi same error and it’s the only game with this issue, and cause I can’t get in I can’t get to the page to get my user information to contact support. Very disappointing

Why?
This game is basically menus upon menus upon menus and its interface is about as cluttered as one can imagine. There’s a side game with decent driving, but this game you’ll spend more time clearing red dots from notifications than actually racing. Why? The driving is fun but the game is made significantly less fun by the cluttered interface, nonstop notifications on the Home Screen, 300 different currencies, and unnecessary things like houses and fashion contests. Game companies are insane and greedy these days. They purposely make their games worse for money. Mario Kart and Disney Speedstorm are just better.

Since the stinger came out it’s literally impossible to win against them. Most of the P2W karts like rampaging lion, husky, loopy and STINGER! is impossible to fight against. Atleast give more angel wings or free and cheap karts that have amazing items! Don’t even mention the matchmaking, how are we a genius with cheap karts going to fight centurion people with their expensive 9 stars starlight treasure hunt kart?! Some teammates also not willing to contribute. Some disconnect or afk mid game when they know that they will lose either way or when fighting againts a strong opponent. I wish you can report players for not contributing in game and having them warned or strike for few days. Not just that the amount of people being harassed and verbal assault has increased! Especially sexual harassment! The fact that our reports doesn’t take into a consideration is ridiculous or not being viewed is crazy. I bet all this long review will only get a response from a robot or automated reply.
