Can't adjust my lights
Nothing can connect. No path to troubleshoot. Wtf
Useless for security
Silently logging the user out makes your app useless for security. Do I want to be looking up a password when trying to get to the camera feed? Idiots.
Terrible app
This app is terrible.. every time I try to setup a smart plug, it spins and spins and spins to no avail. And if and when it goes beyond it can never find my WiFi network. Very frustrated with this app

Update deleted my devices
None of my devices appear anymore after update. After having to log back in, devices just disappeared. Frustrated.
Privacy Settings
I have ALL OF MY CAMERAS ON PRIVACY MODE AND JUST NOW ONE OF THEM TURNED BACK ON BY IT SELF!
EVEN THOUGH IT’S SET WHY ON PRIVACY AND I SEE IT ON APP SETTINGS THE CAMERA IS ON!
I HAD TO REMOVE IT I AM DEFINITELY GOING TO STOP USING
SINCE 2019 my daughter introduced me to this brand and now I am going to make sure that future cameras aren’t affiliated with this company!

No camera activity
Cannot view activity of a particular camera. This is a such a basic functionality. Can’t believe the app doesn’t support it.
Improve WiFi updating capabilities
For 7+ years or longer your customers have complained that they can’t update their Wi-Fi information easily, whether it be SSID or the password, without going to every single plug in their home and resetting it manually. You have ignored your customers.
