TERRIBLE
The app is dysfunctional and the customer service inside the Pyeongtaek branches is TERRIBLE. I can set up Korean won time deposits but not US dollar time deposits or the gold account on the app, things that I’ve set up in person at branches in Bundang in the past. When I was in Seoul 20 years ago and in Bundang more recently, the customer service was amazingly excellent. Fast forward to 2026 and KB is staffed with lazy and incompetent personnel, at least in Pyeongtaek. The tellers on Sunday tell you to come back on weekdays, but then when you come in on Monday, it’s the same tellers who don’t know what to do and they tell you to come back some other time. If the app actually functioned properly, I wouldn’t have to deal with these incompetent fools. I could just do it all on the app. But the app is terrible too.

10번 뺑뺑이 돌아도 계좌하나 못만듬
말로만 들었지 경험해 보니 최악이네요. 입출금 계좌 하나 만들려고 했는데 추천 상품 가입 안하면 무한 뺑뺑이에 아무것도 할 수 없네요. 회원 가입도 광고로 도배하고 어플 기본 검증도 안하나 보네요.

Absolute Garbage Like The Bank
This app is absolutely trash. There are so many things to complain about in regards to this app and this bank, KB, but I will focus on the childish, poorly designed app that constantly gets locked and forces me to lose an hour of sleep and spend an hour of my time physically going to the bank to reset the app because they lock it. Just today, I wasted a trip to the bank where the worker not only failed to reset the app, wasting my time, but also forced me to change my PW, which has never been a necessary step in resetting the app, which means the staff don’t know how to do their jobs. It’s also very ignorant to just “assume” that foreigners have phones under their own names. This encounter is making me late for work and failed to solve the problem.
An update now causes the password screen to simultaneously shows two keys being typed at the same time, which is confusing and leads to uncertainty in the actual letters being typed in, but watch out! Three mistakes and the childish bank will lock the app and waste your time. The number pads are constantly mixed up, but watch out! You should find a different, better bank that doesn’t have a kindergartener in charge of the security program and UI interface.
I want a refund for all the times I have had to go to this dumb bank and fix this!!!

퇴직연금 메뉴는 왜 이따위인가?
퇴직연금 쪽은 계속 뭔가 바뀌는게 국민은행에서 관심은 많은거 같음. 근데 담당자가 쓰지는 않는거 같음. 퇴직연금 입금내역 찾다가 포기하고 리뷰쓰러 들어옴. 전체적으로 메뉴가 쓰지말라고 구성한거 같음. 국민은행은 퇴직연금을 다른회사에 가입해서 사용하는게 분명해보임.
