I’m switching to Camelcamelcamel.
It’s just as well, because Keepa has become unreliable. Last year around Thanksgiving, I discovered that multiple tracked items were on sale, which Keepa never notified me about. Who knows how many other price drops I’ve missed out on.

Waayyy too much of information
Why do people use Price Trackers? To know if the price they see is a good price. I opened the app to find an overwhelming amount of information.

I was charged for 5 months ($49.99). Haven’t used a single token as part of their API plan. I reached out to see if a refund could be issued and they said no. Not friendly and not understanding.
Incredibly slow
Incredibly slow and buggy. Really clunky to use. Feels like I’m using an app from 2010
Support and other options
A dotted line called “Desired Price” has appeared on my charts. I do not want to see this line in my app, and there are no visible options to disable or remove it. This feature is useless - it doesn’t reflect real prices or provide any analytical value.
I already sent you a message about this issue three or four days ago, but no one has replied. It’s also very difficult to find a direct way to contact support - there are no clear links or instructions for communication.
Please explain how to remove the “Desired Price” line and make your support contact information more accessible.

If I can give it negative stars, I would. I had been getting charged for the monthly subscription, and emailed them about cancelling it cause I wasn’t aware on how to do so, and when I emailed, I had not gotten an answer in weeks, and got charged again for that month. When I made a new email thread, they had finally answered me and said they weren’t able to process the refund cause one of goes through, they can’t give the money back. I told them it’s not my fault I got charged and showed them screenshots of me emailing them asking how to cancel, and they are claiming that they never received that email. After me getting back with them at least 3 more times, they just IGNORE MY EMAILS AND DONT ANSWER ME ANYMORE. THIS APP IS FRAUD AND IM LETTING YOU KNOW ASAP BEFORE IT HAPPENS TO YOU!!!

Horrible customer service and policies
Horrible customer service and zero cooperation from them on their end if there is any problem. System didn’t process original cancellation, so they charged the full yearly subscription and refused to give any refund based on policy regardless of it not being used at all and being an error on their end.
Not accurate
Usually not accurate. I was check prices on prime day and it didn’t show the correct price vs what was listed. Often times the tracked price is higher than the price you see on the live listing. Not sure what is causing this.
Poorly designed app
I keep getting stuck on certain pages and then I have to force the app closed and reopen
Foolishly Removing Features
As of Version 3.7.0 this terrible developer randomly removed the ability to individually delete a search inquiry; now, if you mistakenly search something, it's stuck! Stick to the website edition, not the app

really difficult to use
i’m an engineer that knows how to use many, many apps and other software. it is very difficult to do the most basic things with this app. i suspect the 99% use case is: let me see historic prices, then maybe set an alert. the UI is not easy to understand. i have never actually received a threshold alert, even when other similar apps give me one
Complicated, slow, buggy interface
I really don’t understand why this app has such a high rating. I have tried it a few times and it just is so horrible to use. Certain things work sometimes and just don’t work other times… like a bunch of products that I follow suddenly have a $100,000 goal price. Now I have to go in and manually change that for all of them. Also, the interface is horribly slow and complex. This comes from someone who used to design software interfaces.
Slow app in iOS 18
One of the slowest apps that I have ever used in iOS18. Several glitchy bugs as well, it was more frustrating than it was worth so I deleted it.
Limited functions
I haven’t found this app to be useful. There are limited price tracking functions. I also wanted to reset password and there was not an option for that. Then I wanted to delete my account but it won’t allow me that since I can’t remember my password (that I can’t reset).

What’s the point if I don’t get notified? Wherever I toggle the notification button it pops right back off.
Keepa app not updating after payment
I paid for Keepa but some how it did not update my app. It keeps asking me to pay, pay again. Please assist and thank you
Frustrating
That back button on the top of the screen need to either go away completely or made into a back button. So frustrating to be browsing and then hit that button out of habit just to be kicked out of the Amazon browser.
It should be a browser extension
This is a great program when used in a web browser as an extension, and they should update the iPad app to behave as an extension to safari, since iPadOS 15 fully supports that!

doesn’t work
i have missed multiple restocks and this app didn’t notify me. im not sure if im using it wrong or what, but all my notifications are on
App keeps crashing
I downloaded that app and while doing product research it crashes anytime I switch from the overview to another tab. I guess I’ll just have to use the version on my computer. It’s a bummer because I can’t do research while I’m out on the go.
Half works
Although it does show price history, it doesn’t show the current price. How is supposed to show a price drop if it doesn’t know the current price? Also, once you’re in the “interactive graph” there’s no way to back out of it. You have to close the app. 2 stars until this is fixed.
