تجربه سيئه جداً المطاعم نصها سيئه وتعامل خدمة العملاء في التطبيق لف ودوران مايعطوك اجابه قاطعه لحل المشكله سبحان الله اول مانزلت التطبيق اول شهر عندما واجهتني مشكله عوضوني المبلغ وبعدها انسو الموضوع لا تعويض ولا تبديل ولاتجاوب ولا يحزنون ، يعني في البداية يعطوك (الطُعم)

I am writing this to warn everyone: DO NOT USE KEETA. This is hands down the worst food delivery experience I have ever had. They charged my account, never delivered my food, and I never got my money back. This is unacceptable and people need to know.
And I’m not alone. Here’s what other customers are saying:
🚨 They take your money and cancel your order - orders get placed, money is deducted from your bank, and then Keeta cancels without warning - leaving you with no food and a fight to get your money back. 
🚨 Refunds are a nightmare - they are completely unresponsive to complaints about orders never received, refuse to refund your money, and hide behind regulatory compliance as an excuse. 
🚨 Drivers steal your food - there are reports of delivery drivers taking the food for themselves and refusing to hand it over. 
🚨 Customer service is useless - the customer service team closes your tickets without providing any resolution and simply doesn’t respond to messages.  Their responses are robotic and careless - no real help whatsoever. 
🚨 Fake discounts and misleading promotions - Keeta lures customers with fake, tempting discount vouchers that simply don’t work when you try to use them, no matter how carefully you follow the terms. 
🚨 Hours of waiting, then nothing - orders have been left undelivered for over 2.5 hours before being cancelled, with no compensation and no explanation. 
🚨 Wrong address, cold food, missing items - missing or incorrect items are common, and compensation is routinely refused or replaced with tiny, expiring vouchers worth almost nothing. 
🚨 You can’t even cancel in time - the cancel option disappears within seconds of placing an order, trapping you with no way out even if you notice a mistake immediately. 
This company should not be operating. They collect your money upfront with no cash-on-delivery option, then leave you hungry with no food and no refund. Share this so no one else gets scammed. Zero stars. Reported.

Delaying
The app works well, but customer support is very poor and difficult to contact. There is no option to cancel an order if it is delayed beyond the promised delivery time. They lack a food heater, so about 85% of the food will arrive cold.
STOLE MY MONEY
I got a completely inedible order, i did not pay for that and NEVER received what I paid for. After speaking to customer service for a half hour, specifically “Mohamed”, they denied my refund request. They kept asking why dont I just eat that, are you serious?.. I HAVE NEVER experienced this with other food delivery services/applications. Please be careful, they will take your money and not give it back. Do NOT recommend

I bought boba from tiger boba and the delivery guy left it in the reception instead of delivering to my door step. When I complaints Sara was not taken seriously. The boba was never nor refunded the transaction nor solved the problem Worst customer service.

Bad Policies
Stick to Talabat or other services. Ran into an easily solvable issue not seen across competitors and it was unresolved with lots of unnecessary complications. Deleted the app and don't regret it.

The old management was amazing, nowadays they only scam you even if item is missing they won’t refund you. Guys run from this app 🤮
Horrible customer service,
Keeta strategy is to waste time and not resolve any issues. My account and app has been deleted, I advise people not to use Keeta because if you have an issue it will not be resolved.
Order not received
I did not receive my order even though I selected hand-to-me delivery. The driver marked it as delivered, took a photo, and then disappeared. I checked immediately and there was nothing at my door. Customer support refused to help despite all the evidence I provided. Very disappointing and unprofessional service.

How do I give 0 stars
Placed an order. Received 6 different calls from 6 different numbers asking for the location. Got yelled at. Didn't get my food. Fantastic experience.
Scammers
First of all, customer service is the worst second, they give you vouchers and remove them while you’re ordering and when you cancel the order, it’s just load it up and nothing changes. It doesn’t get canceled. This is the worst app I want to be using it just go to Ninja app

مناديبهم نصابين و تطبيقهم خربان مرتين قد طلبت منهم وبعد ما اخذو الفلوس راحو ألغو الطلب وجلسو اسبوع على ما ترجع لي فلوسي وفي الاخر ما رجعت لي كاملها كان ناقص منها كم ريال و مره ثانيه تطبيقهم حط موقع مختلف عن موقعي موقع أنا ما اعرف عنه ولا قد حطيته ولا قد رحته ولا اعرف عنه اي شيء ابداً في الأخير كلمت المندوب قلتله الغي الطلب راح قال لي ما اقدر الغي الطلب أنا ابغيه أنا رحت عشان ألغيه لقيتها كتب تم إكمال الطلبية وانا ما استلمت شي دقيقه يعني هم معطيين صلاحية للمندوب انه يكمل الطلبية ويقفلها على انه تم التسليم لكن ما يقدر يلغيها و لما كلمتهم وفهمتهم اللي صار محد رد علي كلهم جلسو يسلكولي ولا احد مهتم بالميتين ريال اللي أخذوها وفي تطبيق هنقرستيشن يعطيك دقيقه من التأكد من الموقع حتى يسحب المبلغ لكن كيتا اول ما تدخل البطاقه يسحب حتى قبل يقولك المطعم وافق على طلبك او لا
Bad Customer Service! Nobody willing to help with issues.
Very bad customer service, I’ve ordered from this place for a whole year and I’ve had a handful of complaints from restaurants and never have I ever received a refund for spoiled food or missing items. They always hit you up with the message saying we’re sorry, but you’re not eligible for a refund. This is literally ridiculous. I do not recommend very bad customer service. I’d rather order from other apps. There are plenty of other apps that have better service than they do.

مع العلم اني كنت عميل مميز عندهم وعملت العشرات من الطلبات ولكن لما وصلني طلب من احد المطاعم في وجبة كامله ناقصة والوجبة الثانية فيها الكثير من النواقص لما يتعاونو معي ابدا مع العلم اني حاول اتواصل معهم اكثر من مرة وعوملت معاملة المحتال.

Horrible support
My whole experience with their staff support is horrid. Water droplets were literally dropped into the food which I can't consume, and the order was 2 hours delayed, and when I asked for a full refund I just get a Đ10 coupon compensation. The coupons/offers isn't worth using this app that hires staff with 0 human sympathy

Worst customer service
The app is alright and they do decent offers but the customer service is a disaster. I would rather stick to the other competitors whom provide much more superior service that the so-called Keeta!
