Horrible business practices verging on a scam
Even if you turn off auto renew, they will continue to try to bill you every 10 days. An absolute scam of a nap because of their horrible business practices.
So silly
I don’t need this. I downloaded it to get 50 cents from a survey site. Anyway, I sign up and answer all the questions… for example I have no problems at all with any of the onboarding questions such as ED, Premature E, bladder problems, etc. It even asked how much pornography I watch, which doesn’t even make sense in terms of anything. Lo and behold the app states my pelvic floor is weak as the weakest and I need this stupid plan.
Men don’t need Kegels, it’s overhyped and stupid. No. They’re not required for normal sexual function. Most men never train them and function fine.
They’re just pelvic floor muscle exercises. Useful in very specific cases, not a universal fix for any of the stuff they claim.
This is a scam app. Stay away.

Thieves
I was trying to add up some features in a cart little did I know they immediately charged me with nothing that was approved yet. What makes it worse is their customer service. I emailed them they responded asking questions that i included in my original email. When i responded again with the answers they never replied again. Beware of this company very shady. Had to call my cc to get everything reversed.

Update 2 I have went to link numerous times now and no one responds to my emails -it’s fraud to charge someone 3 times when they have requested a refunded numerous times. How about responding to my numerous emails instead of me wasting more time filling out another form for your “team” to not respond. Or maybe I should seek legal counsel - please respond to my emails and refund the money I have asked for 3 months to be refunded.

Don’t get this.
I purchased this via an Instagram Ad. I’ve logged on with the email address I used to get this. I received an email acknowledging the purchase and indicating to download the app via the link provided. I did so and signed in. My purchase was not acknowledged so I followed the instructions to send them a message with my order confirmation. I did so and still have no response.
Cancelled subscription but still getting attempted charges to my card
I had canceled the subscription when I first started because this wasn’t an app that I would use, this was in Oct 2025. I thought that was it until I got an attempted $69 charge at the end of April 2026, which my bank had blocked. My card then got locked and I went through the process of canceling the subscription again and thought that was it and went through the headache of unlocking the card, which now doesn’t work with my Apple Pay.
Today, May 9, another attempt for $69 is made and now my card is locked again
I checked the app and it seems to be cancelled. It has an Activate Subscription button now instead of cancel
I hate all the extra problems that i am now having to have with my card.

Company makes it impossible to end your subscription. I “ended” my account in the app. I am still getting charged. If you click on the customer support option in the App Store it takes you to another self help ai website with no clear instructions on how to cancel your subscription.

Scam app that keeps asking me to resubscribe even though I’m already paying. The app doesn’t work properly and there’s absolutely no customer support available. Don’t waste your money - this is a complete rip-off. Requesting a refund immediately.

The app works ok, BUT!! There is no way to cancel the App! I have tried everything! Finally I have had to get a new credit card so that they would quit trying to charge me! Horrible customer service! Just another App that once you start it and pay, you can’t ever cancel it! There are other Apps to teach and coach you through Kegel exercises, choose a different one!!

So i purchased app with high hopes, besides subscription that i AGREED ON they slide in in small font somewhere special features and charge me another $40+ for that.. Total cost came to more than $70.. I contacted customer service, ask for MONEY BACK GUARANTEE, forget about it.. they pretty much say that its not quality for refund, i try to cancel subscription after being tricked they said that its also not qualify for refund .. Scam all around.. Run as far as you can !!

At first add says it’s free. After asks for subscription and as you add card it will charge not only for subscription but for other options as well. After customer support will tell you that it was made by you and their policy doesn’t give them option to refund money. For me it’s scam! Be aware don’t add any card for payment they will steal your money
What a waste of time and money
I should’ve known better. Any app that makes you pay before using any of it services is a complete scam. I got duped by the social media ads when it was showing legitimate exercises to work out the pelvic floor, but all it is is squeezing your Kegel muscle. Fortunately it was only $23 because I was offered a one time 60% off on my year subscription. Don’t be fooled. There are no exercises. I can tell you exactly what this app does squeeze Kegel muscle for three seconds then release over and over again. I just saved everyone money.

It’s twenty a month for breathing that you could do on your own. It gives you one exercise the first day and that’s it. Any more after that is incredibly expensive., if I were to add it up to actually get anything out of this app it’d be around 100 a month. This is so sad.

Not worth the price. It’s the same thing over and over. I’ve had it a couple of months and nothing revolutionary. Exercises are the same every week and they aren’t very good.

First, the base cost only covers a very limited amount of information. For any in-depth work you have to buy multiple additional features. The base app has technical problems and only partially works. Basically a worthless app. Get free information off the internet instead. WORTHLESS.

Joke app
It just Keep take money from my card monthly while it was not working at all from first time and I didn’t received any exercises, moreover they sent me wrong mail in my previous review. That is just stealing my money for nothing
