I canceled and was still billed. That’s unacceptable. I don’t trust this company with my payment info. Stay away

Honestly i was really hopeful in getting this app for my grandson but at first it was $10.73 for the trail they said they were going to notify me but never did then charged me $14.99 to then charged me $60. Come to find out everything you practically touch they charge you a whole different price ranging from $15 to $60. The worksheets they advertised THEY CHARGE YOU the puzzle pieces THEY CHARGE YOU. And they dont ask you to authorize the charge they just charge you immediately. They put alot of effort in their ads to scam you and pay influencers to scam you without your knowledge and their customer service sucks even more as they wont issue any refund for their fraudulent service DO NOT GET THIS APP !!!

I did a trial of the Keiki App for about $11.00. Then I was automatically a member and began paying a monthly charge of $39.99 without my knowledge. Supposedly I received an email, but I get so much trash mail that I spend all my time deleting email and have little time left for reading. This has led me to checking email only now and then. I have paid $599.99 to Keiki and never used it. On my credit card statement there is nothing that lets you know that the charge is for the Keiki App. This should be made illegal.
I didn’t even show the App to my grandson. I’m sure he would be amused for a short bit, but I did not find it to be intuitive or educational.
I’m angry and hope there will be a lot of people who read this so I can prevent others from this scam.

Confusing prices
The games and learning activities are fun and keeps the kids entertained while learning. What I wasn’t happy about is the overprice for this app. It’s ridiculous to pay $70 a month for this app. It’s a children’s app not a ballet class.They try to trick you into how payments actually work. Unless you don’t mind paying these ridiculous prices, I highly do not recommend this app at all.

I got the app because there was a promotion which made it $10 bucks as soon as I logged on I saw worksheets and clicked to see them and got charged $49.99, it was not clear that I would be charged for the worksheets nor did it ask for confirmation of purchase the only reason I realized I got charged was because of a notification banner on my phone. I reached out to customer service and they said their policy is not to return add-on purchases. Seems like you will be charged for everything without you even realizing. On top of that I downloaded the worksheets since they wont refund it and it isnt even age appropriate for my child. What a horrible policy was willing to give the monthly subscription a try but not anymore, wont be taking anymore of my money what a scam

I’m extremely disappointed with Keiki Learning Games for Kids and how they handle their subscriptions.
First off, they advertise a free trial and claim they will notify you before it ends-but that never happened in my case. I received no reminder at all, and my account was automatically charged without any warning. That already feels misleading.
To make things worse, the purchase was actually made by my child, which is something many parents worry about with apps like this. I reached out to request a refund as soon as I noticed the charge, explaining the situation clearly. Despite that, they refused to issue a refund.
I only kept the app during the free trial because I trusted that I’d be notified before being charged, as they stated. That didn’t happen, and now I’m stuck paying for something I didn’t intend to continue.
Overall, this feels like a lack of transparency and poor customer service. Parents should be very cautious with this app, especially when it comes to subscriptions and in-app purchases.

Bad Costumer Service
I purchased the membership because of a misleading ad that I saw that led me to believe that this would include physical worksheets and supplies sent to me by mail not just an online app. When I reached out to Customer Service for a full refund, we went back-and-forth multiple times (with them stating that refunds were not part of their policy) and I had to threaten to report them to the FTC before I could get a refund. I was even willing to be a customer once my babies got older and introduced to screens and even then they didn’t give me a refund and now they just lost a customer for life because of how hard it was to deal with them and get a simple refund.
