They overcharge you
I have had this for a while and in order to see your videos you have to have a subscription. I went ahead and got a subscription that was supposed to be 28.99 for 6 months and it charged me 57.99. I don’t want or need it tha bad and then to get ahold of anybody in customer service is a joke . Definitely not worth it !!!!!!

This camera was a great price! The subscription was like $29.99 a year, it wasn’t too if the line, but it did the job.
In the past couple years it’s went downhill! I can’t talk to people at my door. The delay and the quality just doesn’t work.
Then the past updates and new owner that took over have taken away all my cloud without warning, the camera logs me out almost daily, there is a pause for live feed that 80% of the time won’t load unless I log out and back in or reconnect entirely.
This camera was “OK” at its best, now, just go get a good brand. Pay the extra money for the good brand! Because I promise you, you’re paying twice as much with this company in the end!

Needs better packages
Having to pay $30 per camera has been a deterrent to keeping the cameras - I bought these cause the images were wonderful, but to have to pay full price PER camera is not conducive to continue when I can get cameras from other brands who have “multiple” camera packages - customer service to my questions in their “VIP” package indicated has been unresponsive for 2 months!! It’s a bummer cause, like I said, camera images are outstanding!!

This app was named AIWITT I woke up yesterday 4/20/26 to this name Kemo Pro and it’s not captioning the motions at my door like it use to. Very disappointed received no notification of the name was changing just look and the name has changed.

I’ve had this doorbell since 2024 and on April 17th ,2026 my doorbell went offline for no reason today is now April 21, 2026 I have a subscription and all I’ve talked to chat support and still not resolved

2/12/26 I contacted customer service due to my 2 year old equipment would not charge. I was advised to submit a request to have a replacement sent out. Today is 4/18/26 and I still have not had an update on my request. There is an option to check status and it has not updated. Customer service is not helpful
Awful app software
A 2 year old must’ve created this app. Why is it advertising multiple confusing types of subscriptions. I just bought the yearly subscription why do I now have to subscribe again for cloud storage?!

** AVOID BUYING THIS CAMERA NOW ** Bought July 2024. Can no longer view live footage. As of April 2026 the Aiwit app forces you to subscribe to a 3-day free trial then pay just to view a live stream from a camera you purchased that is on your own home network? No thanks. Removing and replacing with a camera I can view without paying.
It doesn’t allow you to use the device in two years
After two years of using the app it doesn’t allow me to access the camera unless I subscribe to the cloud.

Never have I heard of a company that sells a product and then ask for my money to unlock the product to use it. That’s like buying a whole game console and a game, and then getting a message that says, “to activate the game controller pay a $40 month subscription. Note a second controller requires a second subscription. Thanks for shopping with us.”

The doorbell worked fine at first, but after they updated at some point down the line the company locked all features and are forcing customers to pay for subscription, even though previously all features were available for free unless you wanted to pay extra storage. Now, even something as simple as clicking on the notification when it detects movement, you have to pay for. This is a violation of consumer rights and will have somebody look into this. I would not recommend this company.

Sometimes it captures things sometimes it works and out of no where it goes out and I have to work with it to see what’s going on it’s never consistent
Pay-Per-View Forced Access
This little camera was under $20 to purchase which was an excellent value for a description that was advertised as “Video Door Camera-NO SUBSCRIPTION NEEDED.” Worked as described for 6 months with a clear, colored view of person at my doorstep. Later came the annoying Ads, which I was able to tolerate. I would watch 2-3 of them to get quick view of person at my front door when door cam was rung. FF one year later and this camera has become useless! I can no longer view or, see anything without a PAID subscription. I purchased this door camera because it clearly “advertised” and said “No subscription needed.” Well with all the APP updates and a year of use without paying for a subscription camera becomes useless. I purchased a Wyze with my own memory chip and no subscription needed. Currently I don’t have to pay for anything to view who’s outside my door. Hopefully, it will stay that way since Apps are always updating with changes? If my Wyze camera becomes a pay-per-view camera! I will just go old school and start looking out my window or, use my strong voice and ask “Who is it?!?” Don’t be duped! Finally I can relieve my devices of this trash. Aiwit gets access to sell/use my information when I purchased and downloaded app! Greedy corporation’s need to stop abusing consumer’s ! I have paid for the camera to work the back door. It does not even record. Do not understand why I had to pay for services and it doesn’t even work.

Purchased a subscription. Camera hasn’t been working. The absolute worst customer service and still haven’t received a refund. Save yourself the time, money, and headache and AVOID THIS COMPANY.
Device Offline
Our house has two Bluetooth doorbells and one of the lighted camera devices. My experience with Aiwit is good at times but when something goes wrong you can forget about getting customer service. Our doorbells were working good enough that I purchased the storage for both doorbells. I don’t look at my phone constantly so if my device isn’t working properly I don’t always catch it right away. For over a month now I have emailed tech support for help with my device that was always offline. I can’t fix it and can’t get customer support to respond.
Weak-battery cameras!
While the app is just okay, the hardware it tries to support is just plain inferior and cheap. The image quality is good, but everything else concerning maintaining operation of their system is substandard, IMO. I am constantly recharging batteries! Additionally, while all four of my cameras were purchased on “the Big A,” that retailing giant will not allow any reviews of the hardware - that’s how iffy the cameras are and how plentiful the complaints have been. One can assume the merchant has not been forthcoming about the battery problem or willing to do anything about it. Something to think about! I’m looking to replace them with solar-powered units that offer 60 days of free on-board storage, without any annual fee per camera. Think about it!

Do not Aiwit Products
I have used the camera about three years. They keep lost connection. It needs to manually make the connection between App and Camera. The worst thing happened last week, the App didn’t work unless making a three-day free trial for a year full service, which costs about 30 USD per camera. Although It costs not much, but it feels be forced to do something.

So haven’t looked at my doorbell in a few days get back on, and I can’t even view my videos or the actual video on the doorbell without paying for a sub subscription ! They told no one they was doing this ! So I took it down and put it in the trash ! Shoot ring blink will let you see video for free !!! Do not buy this doorbell ! I am going to report them to the FTC ! They promise a free video doorbell , then they update it to make it where your doorbell is virtually useless unless you pay them again ! I’m also going to report them to the App Store for bait and switch!!! This company just wants people’s money ! They want you to buy the camera and then they want you to pay us monthly subscription just to even view video not old videos that happen but a live video! !

Purchased this camera over 2 years ago. About mid 2025 they suddenly started charging a subscription fee to review footage. I saw a very briefly advertised “free 3-day trial” in-app and when i went to purchase, I was charged the annual fee and apple won’t even issue me a refund. AND i can no longer find anything about the 3 day trial
