Got banned off of live for absolutely no reason wasn’t showing my face wasn’t saying anything inappropriate was just simply chatting with friends and got permanently banned when ive seen other do unspeakable things i tried to contact support and ive never even got a response back

The app freezes

App is always freezing and taking long to load messages

I used to use this app 10 years ago. I had a lot of fun on it. I haven’t been on it in a long time. Downloaded the app again. So far the first 20 people that have messaged me are scammers. I don’t know why this app still exists.

To many bots

App keeps freezing when started and never loads on latest iphone ios and yes kik all is updated. Kik software sucks for years now.

It keep acting up, it won’t let me login or make a new one

App has always been glitchy and had the occasional ad or two. Not a big deal. However now it’s FULL of ads that cause it to glitch out or become unresponsive.
There was an in app prompt for a “free beta version” of their “ad free” version. Well, despite the screenshots I have showing it was marketed as a “free beta” they charged me anyway in full. Apple Store says no refund. Developer said to contact Apple Store for refund and said it’s Apple’s problem not theirs.
This has always been a questionable app but I honestly thought they were actively improving the user experience. Turns out they are just defrauding people now.
Stay away.

This app is the most unsafe for teenagers with no safeguards to protect them. There are no parental controls and grooming starts within a few moments of opening an account. This app should be shut down immediately. Lives are being ruined. People have died. People have been imprisoned and there are no safeguards for anyone. Any parent reading this should uninstall the app immediately. Our children are being put in danger.

You literally cannot use it unless you purchase an annual plan or an ad-free plan.

I use to use this app from time to time but now it’s got a mountain of problems, chunks of ads, thinks take months to load or don’t even load at all, the app crashes consistently, logging in is a hassle recently because it can’t verify anything and that’s just a few off the top of my head.

Since the new update on my phone it won’t let me log in. It just keeps closing the app. Hmmmm

App keeps crashing whenever you login or open the app

App is so slow . When you go to open you gotta wait forever for it to load your conversations, it’s ridiculous.

Too many ads, interrupts conversations. Log in issues. Crashing issues. How does this still exist?

I can’t recall how many times kik users delete their account (rage & fake trust farming) when talking wasting your time and energy like Reddit what damn thing in y’all’s app possesses people to block and delete their account when in mid conversation? y’all need to IP/Hardware ban people who delete their accounts mid conversation or just delete this app all together y’all are trash devs bro.

It seems as of last update. It does not update or load on the main page and one clicked on group it just says connecting.

Kinda sucked anyway but now why is it trying to make people pay for it to be ad free like there is no x to go away from it. Lets you pay monthly or pay yearly

To many bots Crazy how this app has fallen

I get notifications when chat is muted. Please fix ASAP !!!

For the last week I’ve been getting notifications from the depths of hell no matter if they’re muted or not this app is extremely buggy and the live streaming services will get you spammed with 1000 bots if you click on them and how the app loads up sometimes you click it by accident and if that happens good luck nothing you will do will prevent the wave of bots that will storm your dms real people yiu don’t have to worry about but bots it’s like the devs just allow it to happen this app use to be great it’s a trash can on top of a trash can pretending to be a dumpster which is a sad thing as I remember this apps “golden age” no bugs active as all get out and now there are dead accounts that have been dead for hundreds of days and yet they still linger around not deleted same with chats that have long since died all the deveoploers of this app care about is money and naked women the ads are a joke too i straight up get porn ads on here and the rare yet wanted game ad for Ice survival or whatever it’s called

This app is flooded with bots and catfish. It’s freezes up often. It fails to load completely often. You can’t administer administration options to rooms often. Reporting bots, catfish a frauds is pointless, as there’s zero oversight. It’s basic a free for all, be here at your own risk.

This app refuses to function and also has a disgusting porn problem.

They closed down Whisper eliminating all user data. Then they closed down Amino with no announcements leaving millions of users without their data or their own content. Avoid Medialab if you can. This applies to Kik, Genius, Imgur and DatPiff.

App doesn’t actually give you a month when you pay for the subscription. Constant lag problems with the app. Randomly starts to lag and act up

Hate it. Every time I open the app, the lag it takes to load always has me joining streams I don’t want. Why is the refresh rate so bad on it. Came from android and it wasn’t like that at all.
