I only used this app for a month and deleted the app. I was charged $50 for a yearly Kinedu subscription renewal without receiving any notification or reminder. As soon as I noticed the pending charge, I contacted customer support the same minute and requested a refund since I was no longer using the app. Despite providing screenshots showing that I never received a renewal email, Kinedu refused to help and would not issue a refund. Been emailing them for 3 days back and forth. They claimed that they send notifications, I said I never received anything providing screenshots, then they said regardless we will not issue a refund, period. The lack of communication and unwillingness to work with customers was very disappointing and deceiving. TI would be cautious about signing up for a yearly subscription. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this app or its subscription service.

I’ve been charged even after deleting and canceling subscription! I want a refund!
Was charged without knowing
I downloaded this app to try it out for my baby. Well I did the 7-day trial and they said they would let you know when it expires to make sure you don’t get charged. I never got notified that the 7-day trial ended and they ended up charging me $79.99 for a subscription that I didn’t want. I would like to get that refunded as I was NOT notified and they took it right out of my bank account without confirming I wanted the subscription!

Sneaky charging platform
I have never subscribed for their service and one day I received $100 bill. I wouldn’t trust this application and I will follow and file claim regarding their sneaky business.
Glitchy
Incredibly glitchy and slow. Could not even fully access all of the parts of the app because it simply will not load. No idea how good the content is or the user interface because it just genuinely doesn’t open. Wish I could get that $80 back I just spent a few days ago
Awful
It’s not worthy. I got it case I need help with more activities for my 5 months old baby, which is super active all day and gets bored easily, but it’s not helpful at all. The”activities” bored even more my baby, and the tracking is kinda useless cause it glitches. I have a way better baby tracker that is for free. Don’t waste your money on this trash.
Videos lag constantly
Look, I do like the content of this app but it is very frustrating that I cannot watch these videos because the audio repeats only part of the video over and over. I have tried exiting the video and coming back, closing the app, clearing my open apps and even restarting my phone. This makes the app not worth it.
I also have a slight problem, I downloaded this for my 2 mo and my almost 2 yo. I would like to be able to go back on activities recommended for like a 12mo to make up what I might have missed for my older child. And I don’t think I could do that. I also was expecting a straight forward approach on activities to do with my child with many options to choose from but it’s only recommending about 6-8 things.

Great at first, super glitchy after a month
The app was super helpful for the first three weeks at tracking everything but then after three weeks got super glitchy with everything I was tracking. All of my data kept getting messed up and was incorrect. The app kept crashing out. I’d track feedings and pause and it would keep going but on the other breast if I paused outside the app. Was super slow to open after three weeks like it couldn’t handle the amount of data I was inputting. Not great.
Videos constantly freeze
Almost everytime I watch a video it glitches, the audio skips- even when I restart it. The daily tips that display when the app opens last about 1/16 of a second so I can never read it. Activities repeat constantly. The live classes are good though.

In ads, it was showing free price but then when you download it. You have to pay to use it. They had better to be honest in their advertisements

I downloaded to do the free trial, cancelled before the free trial was up and they still charged me $80. Buyer beware trying to do a free trial! I contacted in hopes for a refund.

I signed up for the 7-day free trial and, unfortunately, did not cancel within the time limit a common issue with trials like this. I submitted a refund request shortly after realizing this mistake, only two days after the trial ended, and it was refused. What’s most disappointing is that I never actually used the app and no longer even have it downloaded. Between caring for twin babies and working full time, I simply didn’t have the chance to explore it. Refusing a refund under these circumstances feels predatory and deeply disappointing-especially for an app whose target audience includes busy parents. This approach prioritizes profit over fairness and customer trust.
Don’t expect refunds!
I saw a ad for this app on Facebook and I have a newborn so I decided to give the app a try. There’s no option to try the app for free and they force you to select the highest plan to use for a free trial. After 2 days on the free trial I realized I didn’t have time for the app and overall ended up not liking it so I canceled my subscription through the app and deleted it off my phone. The next day after I canceled the subscription I was still charged $79.99 out of my account. I then contacted Apple two times and requested a refund and was denied those two times. I then when to Kinedu support page and talked with the AI bot. As soon as I requested a refund it started to talk in Spanish! That’s too stupid to make up and wish I was able to post a picture on here! After getting it start talking to me in English again it sent me the email to contact the apps support. I typed out a well written email explaining the situation and immediately after sending it I received a email notifying me that the email I use did not exist! I copy and pasted the email from the Ai chat bot so this app is now giving out false information. $80 down the drain and now I have to figure out how to provide the necessities for my baby this week! Ridiculous!!!
