Glitchy
Incredibly glitchy and slow. Could not even fully access all of the parts of the app because it simply will not load. No idea how good the content is or the user interface because it just genuinely doesn’t open. Wish I could get that $80 back I just spent a few days ago

It’s not worthy. I got it case I need help with more activities for my 5 months old baby, which is super active all day and gets bored easily, but it’s not helpful at all. The”activities” bored even more my baby, and the tracking is kinda useless cause it glitches. I have a way better baby tracker that is for free. Don’t waste your money on this trash.
Videos lag constantly
Look, I do like the content of this app but it is very frustrating that I cannot watch these videos because the audio repeats only part of the video over and over. I have tried exiting the video and coming back, closing the app, clearing my open apps and even restarting my phone. This makes the app not worth it.
I also have a slight problem, I downloaded this for my 2 mo and my almost 2 yo. I would like to be able to go back on activities recommended for like a 12mo to make up what I might have missed for my older child. And I don’t think I could do that. I also was expecting a straight forward approach on activities to do with my child with many options to choose from but it’s only recommending about 6-8 things.

Great at first, super glitchy after a month
The app was super helpful for the first three weeks at tracking everything but then after three weeks got super glitchy with everything I was tracking. All of my data kept getting messed up and was incorrect. The app kept crashing out. I’d track feedings and pause and it would keep going but on the other breast if I paused outside the app. Was super slow to open after three weeks like it couldn’t handle the amount of data I was inputting. Not great.
Videos constantly freeze
Almost everytime I watch a video it glitches, the audio skips- even when I restart it. The daily tips that display when the app opens last about 1/16 of a second so I can never read it. Activities repeat constantly. The live classes are good though.

In ads, it was showing free price but then when you download it. You have to pay to use it. They had better to be honest in their advertisements

I purchased a yearly Kinedu subscription. A couple months later, I have been unable to login and access the app. None of the prompts work and when I submitted a customer service ticket, I never heard back.

Don’t get this app. It’s not really as expected and then they charged me $86 even though the app isn’t in my phone and won’t give me my money back.

What’s most disappointing is that I never actually used the app and no longer even have it downloaded. Between caring for twin babies and working full time, I simply didn’t have the chance to explore it. Refusing a refund under these circumstances feels predatory and deeply disappointing-especially for an app whose target audience includes busy parents. This approach prioritizes profit over fairness and customer trust.
Don’t expect refunds!
I saw a ad for this app on Facebook and I have a newborn so I decided to give the app a try. There’s no option to try the app for free and they force you to select the highest plan to use for a free trial. After 2 days on the free trial I realized I didn’t have time for the app and overall ended up not liking it so I canceled my subscription through the app and deleted it off my phone. The next day after I canceled the subscription I was still charged $79.99 out of my account. I then contacted Apple two times and requested a refund and was denied those two times. I then when to Kinedu support page and talked with the AI bot. As soon as I requested a refund it started to talk in Spanish! That’s too stupid to make up and wish I was able to post a picture on here! After getting it start talking to me in English again it sent me the email to contact the apps support. I typed out a well written email explaining the situation and immediately after sending it I received a email notifying me that the email I use did not exist! I copy and pasted the email from the Ai chat bot so this app is now giving out false information. $80 down the drain and now I have to figure out how to provide the necessities for my baby this week! Ridiculous!!!
Just here to take your money
Tried the trial and wasn’t interested. Really only looked for ten minutes. Didn’t open the app again. Refuse to refund almost 100 dollars for something I’ve never used.

Total Trap
I accepted the free trial and I didn’t get charged, which was awesome. It had lots of activities and exercises which helped but once the free trial ended, I can’t even mark any milestones or access any new exercises or activities without having to pay they’re all blocked unless you pay
**3 MAJOR THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE DOWNLOADING** READ
1. I downloaded the app and before even getting into it my phone started acting up and being insanely slow. I get into the app and start making my account and it says I need a subscription to continue but I can get a 7 day free trial. Cool. So I do the free trial. The whole time I’m in the app it is INSANELY slow to the point where I can’t even turn my phone off, get out of the app, or anything. Eventually I do and I refresh but it’s still being super slow. I even restarted my phone and uninstalled and reinstalled the app and the app is still barely working for me (by working I mean I can open the app and maybe scroll down after a whole minute of waiting for it to actually scroll) I know it’s not my phone because once it was uninstalled Emmy phone was working fine then when I downloaded it again the problems started back up.

And I KNOW I got it because in my subscription tab on the App Store it literally says I have it. So what is the point of the “free trial” if it doesn’t allow me to do NOT A SINGLE THING on the app?

Scam - no support response after 8 days
I recently did a trial and was not able to make use of the app but was charged a full year after the trial ended. I’ve been contacting support to get a prorated refund as I’m not using the app and NO RESPONSE despite a 72 hr SLA per their automated email response. Disappointing and with a newborn who has time to chase.

SCAM - problems with app
I signed up for a free trial then decided to cancel it - but because the app had a glitch that didn’t allow me to login, I had to send an email to cancel. Their response was that they cannot refund my $59.99 because they tried to reset my password for me instead of canceling the trial like I asked. So the app doesn’t even work and they won’t send your money back.

They make you sign up with your credit card for a “free trial.” You are told they will notify you prior to being charged but they don’t. This app preys on tired caregivers hoping they will forget the purchase. It’s disgusting.

Horrible - Not User Friendly
This app is not useful. It does not provide activities like it says it will just a dissertation of words to use or videos to watch. The content is confusing in which it’s presented & does not consider the audience. As a parent of a newborn you don’t have time to search through all of the articles. The information & activities should be upfront and clear.

Not very flexible
Accidentally signed up for a free trial and didn’t realize and got charged and now I’m out $80 that I can’t even get back because it’s not eligible for a refund. What a waste.
Misleading
Forces you to create an account and to share data with Nestlé “according to their privacy policy” which apparently is different than Kinedu’s privacy policy. After reluctantly accepting that term, the login flow forces you to accept a 7 day free trial of a paid plan, despite it telling you there’s a free plan available before creating an account.

Gimmick to get you to subscribe
Unfortunately, I am not pleased. I had high hopes for this app and was excited to find it. However, there is nothing offered if you don’t pay for the subscription. Everything you click on you’re taking to an ad to subscribe.

Completely Misleading
The advertisement on instagram advertised that there would be "free" and helpful tips but you can't even use the "free trial" before agreeing to the subscription.
Free promo is a trap
Promo was for free trial until the 21st. Cancelled on the 20th. Charged the full yearly price on the 20th. App will not refund me my money. Why you ask? Most likely because they know they have to trap people to make money instead of earning it thru an app that provides value. Poor business practice!!!

Quite literally thought that there would be some free aspect to it like some activities but no, you can do an assessment and what not but anything after that you don’t even get like all the results of said assessment after that all activities you have to pay for the membership development should not come at a cost.
