If anyone thinks the advertisement for this game is how the game is going to be you will be sadly disappointed. Do not get this game based on the advertisements, it is a horrible game.

My motto is immediately delete the game when it is nothing like the ad. Whats worse is the ads have some actor yelling about how a tower defense game is so fun. Then the developers responding that parts of the game are like that when you complain which is a TOTAL LIE. Ads are now even making fun of those other lying ads. That game is so over. Time to shut it down.

My family has been playing for well over a year. Our alliance leaders phone, my brother, had his phone break while on a vacation and was unable to login due to that situation. Our guild has been established by family members and no one knew that there was a FEATURE that would REMOVE alliance leadership forcibly to a new person within the guild. It has been less than 8 days and this happened.
An R3 person has taken our R5 alliance leadership position. All of our money, our hard work, everything is being held hostage by a random account. We reported the issue to the game admins and they said they would not do anything and it was up to the players to manage themselves.
TLDR : don’t play the game for fun. If you want to establish something, I guess don’t? You can’t play for fun and keep the things you built if ANY life events occur.
Update: support said it is our fault this happened. Apparently, after day 3 of inactivity the leadership position is offered to everyone. After day 5 it is offered to EVERYONE in the alliance. My brother was on vacation with his PREGNANT wife to announce their new addition. No one knew this was happening.

Extremely rude players. Report them and nothing happens. A few alliances dominate the game. It’s not fun. Some people pay hundreds of thousands of dollars to be on top. Powerful alliances take up all the resources and prevent other alliances from growing. Overall not a fun game to play. Don’t waste your time or money, unless you want to be bullied and ripped off.

No good. Customer support will not help you if the game glitches. I did not receive any of my top up gear and they will not make it right and I’m a steady paying customer. About $100 in so far. This one time I have an issue and they call me a liar. WOW

They workaround the refund policies. They ban you from chat for no reason but don’t provide the exact phrase that causes this calling it privacy policy!! The ad is different for the game.
Worst customer experience I've ever experienced
I spent a week trying to perform the "monumental" task of trying to update my contact email. Apparently, at Kingshot, this requires more security than a bank vault. After waiting 24+ hours between every reply, I was sent to a website to provide lengthy documentation of account ownership, including purchase screenshots. I've had TSA pat downs less thorough than this. Fine, I thought as I provided everything required, at least I'll be done. Wrong. Their response? They demanded receipts for specific dates where I didn't even make a purchase. It's a literal Catch-22: they won't provide help unless I provide proof of transactions that never happened. When I pointed out the flaw in that request, they went silent. If you enjoy being gaslit by a support bot (or a human acting like a very bad boy) this is the app for you. For everyone else: Run. If you value your time and sanity, stay far away. The app might function, but the support team is a black hole of logic.

Not as advertised
If you downloaded this game expecting it to play like it is shown in the adds, you will be disappointed. It’s like all those other games that want you to buy all the perks. After about three days your town is vulnerable and you get smashed by all the higher level players farming you like a crop. You don’t even get to interact of actually fight. You just get a message that all your troops are dead and all your stuff was looted. Pretty much no fun!

Yet another fake game from a template
Same template as foundation, age of origins, last furry, etc. Endless tapping in building upgrades with no real gameplay. Please start making games from this template! And stop with the fake ads. The playable ads are more fun than the actual game.
Quit adding new events to keep whales or big spenders happy
I cannot do the newest event because the Elysian Banquet freezes my iPhone 16 when I open it. So that is a complete waste of my time! And if this keeps happening I guess it will be time to walk away from the game! Surely this newest event is working perfectly for everyone!
AI Slop
Don’t trust any 4 or 5 star reviews. Heck, don’t trust some of the 3’s either. Most of the positive reviews are AI, and the rest are poorly-developed or low-moral humans. The level of AI in this game and its ads disgust me. I tried to play it for a couple friends and couldn’t look past this BS. AI tools to improve upon a craft would be fine, but so much of this is just rushed AI garbage that I can’t enjoy it. Am I too bitter, or just not willingly-ignorant enough? There are SO MANY better games without AI slop, so why are you even considering this one?

customer support is extremely unhelpful and full of AI bots
loved the game at first and devoted many hours to it. Then suddenly i ran into a bug, and it took me ages to be able to reach the actual support, if i even did. This game will do anything possible to not have to help you out, dozens of walls of ai assistants programmed to wait then respond to make it seem more genuine.
When i ran into this “error code 3027” i tried working with customer support for weeks and it was just a series of bots one after another. Game is false advertisement. What you see in the gaming ads has little to nothing to do with the whole game itself. Also, be forewarned that if you wish to play this game to be extremely cautious of what you say or type in the world chat or alliance chats. Mods are extremely sensitive to each and every little thing you say, so if you wish to banter around, best of luck to doing that in a different game that isn’t full of false advertisement.

When my son wanted to try to play the game he brought the app to me and it said 9+ so I said he can have it since he is 10 and then when the game downloaded it asked if he was 13 and younger or 13+ and we picked 13 and younger since it said it’s 9+ and it said he can’t play since he is considered an minor. PLEASE DONT PLAY THIS GAME

This is NOT A TOWER DEFENSE game like the ads and even the screenshots in the App Store here. That is only the tutorial of the game and then after that does not exist any longer. Aka first 10-15 minutes and then never again.
This is very specifically a mobile micro transaction based idle mobile strategy game for alliance and some PVP, but mostly repetition in many things that aren’t inherently bad, but not along the lines of what it advertises itself to be. Age of Origins would be a better pick for a similar strategy game but also with tower defense elements.
All that said I’ve been playing this game with a few friends for roughly four months now, have a hard time finding the desire to log in even to do daily “chores” that help them out.
I would rate this game higher if it didn’t mislead you as to what elements it was focusing on predominantly.

When I got this game I was expecting it to be like the advertisement but boy was I wrong 😑 the game was no where near how the ad was mentioned to be also SO MANY CUTSCENES!!!
