Perpetually stuck on the reset password screen
Can’t login because I am unable to reset my password. At first it said the passwords “don’t match” but after trying many different combinations, nothing is successful. The screen is just frozen. Doesn’t matter what I do. Obviously a glitch. How annoying! Parents aren’t busy enough apparently.

Just no.
Worst classroom/school app I’ve used as a parent. Access to anything you have to pay for. Not easily or quickly navigated. Never encountered an app yet that you couldn’t save a picture and the picture has a huge watermark over the face. Class dojo, talking points, procare, kaymbu, and Facebook private pages are just a few we’ve used and all of them are MUCH better.
frustrating and annoying app, better options out there
hate this app, it forces updates on you ALL THE TIME. its so freaking frustrating. I feel like I have to update the app every time i open it. Also, what’s with the having to pay to get pics of my kid off the app? so stupid. Wish our school would go back to using class tag, that app is leaps and bounds better

I havent to download it for school but i never get the text i request A new jt ask to wait an hour, then the day and the text never comes, they don’t even have online support how stupid is that
You can’t take even a screenshot?!?!
I wish I could give it -5 stars!!! How miserable and mean in nature a developer has to be for not allowing to take a screenshot!!!! to force parents to buy it?!?! I may have considered buying it but with that attitude I wonder how far can you go. I’m so disgusted! Not professional at all!

I want to buy the subscription level I like, but…
when I put in my credit card in and click pay, it says that level is no longer offered. Why is it listed if it’s not available? Plus, there’s no customer service option. Sad unicorn!
I’m not receiving text verification..
I received text verification, had to leave set up to take a call, and now it will not text new verification code to continue. Can you please provide support. Telephone is correct and I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app 3 times. It’s not working.

Wouldn’t recommend
Parents will have to pay $1.99 a month to use the app. If they choose not to pay then they can go to the website and see the information the teacher posted. It’s very unlikely that the parents will remember to log in throughout the day. As a teacher, I wouldn’t recommend this app.
nagware, doesn't work
App exists to trick parents into paying to see photos of their kids. Please avoid. Horrible.
Super Lame
I will NEVER pay for this app simply because of you watermarking the photos for the free accounts. My son’s preschool uses this app to share their daily photos and I find it absolutely laughable you go to that extreme to try and get people to pay. So tacky.
Forced updates every freaking time I want to use it
It’s a fine app, but I’m basically giving up on it. I don’t want to have to update every time I use it and they force it. So dumb.
