Be careful with Kling AI app I started a monthly plan with them months ago they charged me $32.52 tax included. And I realized that doing sloppy AI videos are not really my interest at this time so I cancelled the plan and I noticed they’re trying to charge my debit card almost every day while they stated that you can cancel anytime.

MAJOR FAIL
New user came to try it out since I’ve used many other image and video generation AI tools, but this is one of the worst with SO many problems right from the start. The generate button is completely missing from the screen when using the browser version from an iPad. I tried to create my first video using the free credits they provide once you first sign in - and instead of generating the video, it just took me right to its page trying to get me to buy a plan. So the free credits didn’t even work. So I decided to try the app and it couldn’t even access my photo library from there. So I figured out a work-around and tried to create the video again. And again - it just took me straight to its page trying to get me to purchase a plan. MAJOR FAIL. I actually have many AI subscription, so I don’t have a problem purchasing plans, but when you can’t event get the free base plan to work, you already lost a customer.

Every time I type in anything in the prompt area, I get a blank screen. I’ve tried all different types of generations. I’ve tried creating an element. Text video image the video. With the same result, I’ve made sure that the app is updated and it still does not work.

If you’re coming from Sora, this app is extremely disappointing. It would be good, except the voices are highly inconsistent and it can’t do a child/baby voice for anything.

They must be paying for the good reviews. Here’s a real person. This app is horrible. I tried to re-create some animations and it totally made them all messed up and wonky. You can totally tell It’s AI by the way it had a big black spot on the animation there and it just looks very poorly done very awful very cringe. Very bad quality very AI and I’m a real person not a fake review that bought

I like this average school. I’ve only used it once because I’ve been getting throttled back on the free tier. The model is great but when I generate a image or a video, it keeps saying that the server is full even though I’ve been waiting for two months, I got my credits back, but the server still full.

What a literal scam!!! Watch out! First it wants access to nearly everything. Then when you go to make a vid it says 3mins then jumps to 9 then prompts you to pay for faster generation. Pay $1.19 and it takes you back to the platform and only takes off 1 lousy minute leaving you at 8 mins but it still is taking more than 10mins but wait while you are mid waiting it tries to get access to your WiFi network wanting to know everything that’s connected to it;which I had to deny. What a sleazy app!!! Apple should ban them!

The restrictions are absolutely insane. If it thinks you’re even remotely getting close to breaking the rules it flags your account and ESSENTIALLY locks up whatever credits you’ve purchased because good luck getting it to generate ANYTHING at that point - the app becomes completely useless because it will think anything you submit is inappropriate

Male Ken Doll appearance
I assume this is due to censorship, but despite the amazing animation quality with human movement, the men come out looking like Ken Barbie dolls down there. This is great for parents that like to have their phones and tablets babysit their 5 year olds while they make cat videos, but it’s absolute garbage for people trying to make things with substance.
Another rubbish ai app
Same nonsense results as other apps and with the new version the control panel is not fully fitting within the screen frame , no matter phone, tab or MacBook . Not worth the money , waste of time too. Adios.

These people charged me for my app a $10 subscription and they have not delivered the monthly credit. They have made me purchase all the credits that I have so do not fall into that scam. The only reason I continue is because I need this app for work, but this app is a scam. They will not give you 600 monthly subscription credits that’s a big lie and they make it very complicated to reach out to the developer. I have never heard back from the developer. I spend close to $300 per week on this app. I am actively looking for another one so my job no longer has to use them either. We have never gotten these supposed credit credits that they supposedly give you. They have made us purchase all the credits. Even with a sub subscription.

The app generates good video but the on screen text does not come out the way it’s written. I have done about four videos and the text is just not accurate comes out like in a different language. For that reason I deleted.
SORRY - I’m Not Paying for Error Generated Videos
So the video generator is quite good but VERY often the dialogue is garbled or misspoken by the characters despite perfect clear prompts in quotations. THEN it costs CREDITS to redo errors on that video, HORRIBLE SYSTEM. You shouldn’t be charged unless the generated video is useable and followed your prompts correctly. No easy way to report the issue, sends a support ticket off to who knows where and basically your credits are gone money unrecoverable. Sora was Sooooooo much better 🤣
Expired Credits
I paid around $32.00 a month ago and had over 3000 credits in my account i planned to use for a creative idea i am working on slowly. I had time to use only a very small amount of my credits so far because I been busy with my mom being in the hospital and i finally had some time recently to set aside to work on something and i see that i have no credits to work with because they expired? The best long term services that people truly value are the ones that work fairly. Life happens. Why is something i paid for gone? When you buy something at a store… does it vanish after a while? Mind you i don’t even make a lot of money at my job and i am low income. Wasn’t even able to work on my creative project at all when i finally set aside some time because all of my credits are gone. Buy more credits again and rush to use them? No thanks. If that’s the policy. I will just look elsewhere for majority of my creative work to be done and only use KlingAi sometimes. There are other services if you look hard enough that don’t remove purchased assets. Smh.
