Years Old Glitch Not Fixed
You can’t cancel a stuck generating video. Devs clearly too pretentious to think anything bad could happen. Good now, but the team shows this app and AI is going to fall way way behind.

Trash app
I’d rather spend thousands of dollars on a professional app than this piece of garbage. Don’t waste your time trying to change prompts over and over again as the outcome will be the exact same. They do that to force you to buy more credits. They must want to pocket all of our money than improve their app. Hopefully a better app will be made and available to us all to create videos from images better. My 13 year old son can design better things than this

Please don’t waste your time with this especially if you plan on using this for content it’s absolutely terrible the typed in my prompts and it took me hours to find the perfect one and it just sent back the reference photo it made just Bs.

Not worth it even if free
I’m convinced the top reviews are paid reviews. It does not follow the prompts as written. The audio sounds like someone having a stroke, it’s usually gibberish. I’ll give them props for character generation, but that’s about as far as it goes. It’s not worth paying for the subscription, and I definitely will be going elsewhere.
Zero customer service
I had hoped to hear back from one of the many email attempts to discuss the functionality of this tool. I’m disappointed that I’ve dished out almost $100 in 3 days just so I have enough credits to correct the incorrect iterations. I provided documentation showing my prompts and the output indicating a flaw; but no one has returned my emails. Would not recommend.

I have just paid $290 for this and when ever I tried to generate I got message that violation? 3 time I tried and all my credit are gone what the hell? This is misleading and unacceptable and not trust worthy

The server is constantly busy for users without loading, scroll at any time. I haven't been able to generate videos for two days now.
Reference limitations
I have pictures I would like to use as a reference to generate a video but it will only take the first and last image to generate a clip instead of making an accurate and unique video using references
Terrible app
I purchased credits to use the motion ai on my photo and after a dozen attempts with different photos and motions it has yet to work. The support said they are unable to do any sort of refunds too. Do not waste your time with the long wait to generate ai that ultimately fails to generate at the last moment.
It’s 100% inaccurate
What they put on ads is not what it can do, the AI is very, very inaccurate, it’s not worth paying for, all they are interested is in to collect that first subscription it’s a total waste of money

Can’t follow a simple prompt
I had detailed, clear, easy to read instructions to make the background a random parking lot and the woman’s outfit - white flowy top, jean shorts, pink stylish cowgirl boots and a pink cowgirl hat. I had Claude make me the prompt and I even ran it through Grok to test it.
I received a coastal beach background, brown cowgirl boots and hat, and pink top. Not at all what I needed. It’s expensive, I had to pay and there’s no free regeneration. Waste of money! You are taking a gamble!

Way too expensive
Ok I was really chuffed to be recommended this and it works brilliantly! But here the catch there no free version . You have to pay . But they work on credits but one image one video is almost 80 credits . You are literally going to pay $5 per day to create affects . Who can afford that ? Not a normal Jo who wants to make a funny image move ! This is for your serious creaters who don’t mind paying $200 plus . It’s not sustainable . Kling you honestly cannot be charging these rates when everything in today’s world is financially crippling .

It’s funny that you guys have an ad claiming that anybody can use this and create free AI videos in reality you have to pay for it.

UNBELIEVABLY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I can’t log in to my account and have been emailing these people for a month while they are charging me. I will begin having my bank do charge backs starting next week if you people don’t email me back.
Money grubbing
Awful, it costs credits for every little detail. Want the video to be longer by a few seconds? Credits. Don’t want to pay for premium? Congrats, you’ll have your video in 2 hours. All for the money. Sora was better but the elites don’t want things to be free for normies.

Honestly really disappointed with Kling AI lately. The realism is amazing, but the pricing and credit system are way too expensive for creators. Credits disappear so fast that it feels impossible to create consistently without constantly paying more money. It’s frustrating because creators are the reason platforms like this grow. The app has huge potential, but the current system feels unfair and discouraging.

Gives you tokens but fails to generate a video everytime so you run out of tokens retrying and retrying to generate a video everytime

If you don’t want to be charged after cancellation and deleting your account don’t do it. If you want proof, I have 8 after cancellation attempts and 2 cancellation screens.

This app is terrible! It want to create videos with the templates so I click recreate and before it even gives me an option it just uses the default video without letting me replace my image and making me waste my points that I spent money on don’t buy not worth it!

Professional scammers
Extremely misleading and borderline scam behavior. The app advertises ‘free’ video generation and even offers a one-time purchase option, but after paying, they suddenly tell you the credits included are nowhere near enough to actually generate the video. I paid thinking I could finally create my video, only to discover I would need to spend even more money just to finish the process. First they claim servers are ‘busy’ unless you pay, then after paying they lock the actual feature behind thousands of extra credits. This feels intentionally deceptive and manipulative. Be transparent upfront about the REAL cost instead of baiting users into paying multiple times. Very disappointing experience.
DONT LET THEM STEAL YOUR MONEY
Twice now ive spent money on tokens to make videos. I used some then went back the next day to make a video requesting 60 tokens to generate while i have hundreds but it wont let me and only prompts me to buy more tokens when i try to generate a video. GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY!
