I have had problems with Klover making me continuously have to relink my account. It can take days to reach someone and even then they don’t try to solve the issue. I would not recommend using this service. I am going to have to close my anoint due to the lack of customer support or answers to my questions on why this is happening.

Klover Is Scam!
Avoid this app, they want to have control over all your info then offer you nothing and spam you with their affiliate code for other companies. Scam, App Store needs to shut these leeches.

Be careful using their services due to inconsistent advance amounts. You could have been paid every advance on time and they will increase your advance up $750-$850.00 then all of a sudden drop your advance down to $300-$500.00 with NO explanation as to why BUT say it’s about “bank data”.
Scammers With Automated Loophole Support System
That would be a better name for this app. Once they have locked you into a subscription (the only way to get an advance) and have all your information, good luck getting anything to work. Then “support”sends you into an infinite automated loophole of no answers. I’ve never seen an online company take over a week to verify a bank card, while the local fish market can do this instantly. No assistance, no way to login and delete my account or unsubscribe, you tell me that’s not a scam? Run! Quickly! Just run!

It’s a point based system which makes no sense they make you work for the advance by surveys which makes them money then makes you pay them back. Just use other apps that give you money for surveys you don’t have to pay back

I decided to not use the app within minutes of getting on. I wanted to cancel the subscription so I don’t get charged and there’s no option for me to do so. I have sent multiple messages and tried to do chat. I never heard back and they closed my ticket with no response. I’m going to have to report them to my bank. Major scam!!!

The platform offers up to 750 before payday, but then after you sign up and link your bank account you learned that you have to earn points to be able to even get a five dollar advance. You only earned those points by going to third parties that are in the application. You’re better off just going somewhere else directly…. Don’t waste your time.

It’s frustrating having to deal with this app because your bank CONSTANTLY is unlinking as well as your debit card. You also have to build up points for you to be able to reach a higher amount. Every time my bank unlinks I always end up back to $25 cash advance. App sucks! Don’t waste your time!

This app can be good when you ACTUALLY get your points, but half of the time I don't get my points after I have SUCCESSFULLY completed an offer! Then when you reach out to support they "claim" they'll get back with you within 2-3 business days, but they'll actually take up to a WEEK to respond to you, and if you don't respond back to them within a couple of hours THEY WILL CLOSE THE TICKET so you will have to start the process all the way over trying to get someone to help get you your points... They will try to scam you out of your points sometimes so be careful and always remember what offers you completed in case they don't give you your points!!

Great app until something happens like your repayment being charged on your main bank account yet hasn’t updated on the app that it was repaid ! Then when you try to connect with an agent it says 3-5 business days yet the agent doesn’t even seem like a real person but another bot! Fix it! There’s no reason why this company can’t afford live agents that don’t take almost a week to respond!

It does the bank verification where it either sends or takes a few cents to verify the account. It does this over and over and then tells me I need to add my bank account again.

Eligible for advance I can’t take.
Klover apparently changed their policy so that they don’t accept VOIP numbers. Which would be fine, except they also won’t let you change your phone number. So I log into the app after a long time, refresh my bank account info, wait for my card to be validated, to be told I am eligible for a $300 advance- except, I can’t take the advance, because I created my account with a google voice number, and I can’t change the number, I’m being told to delete my entire account and create a new one. The AI chatbot can’t tell me whether I’ll still be eligible for $300 if I do this, AND- it takes up to 72 hours to even delete the account, at which point I would have to wait for my debit card to be validated AGAIN, and at that point I won’t even need the advance anymore because it will be payday and I needed the advance to stretch until then… which is all a moot point because it won’t let me delete the account anyway, it says I can’t because I have an advance history. Lololol. So now I just get to look at the app telling me I can get a $300 advance that it won’t give me. Useless.

I downloaded this. They said they were gonna make a withdrawal and then a red deposited into my checking account which they did and then claim that they can’t do it even though they already did it then when you wanna talk to a live person, you have to wait 2 to 3 business days and they’re a little AI chat can’t help you. I want my membership canceled and they won’t cancel it until they try to make the deposit which they already did.

Can’t link bank or card
Would love to use this app but for MONTHS I’ve been unable to link my bank account because it gives me a “failed to load data” error message.

and my advance amount that at about $275 then all of a sudden I repaid my loan and then they reduced it to $40, back up to $200, $200 again then $175 as my reward points got lower. Now I need to request another advance and my checking account and debit card info needs to be relinked, I used plaid several times to do this and have had to relink my debit card well over 10x at this point I’ve given up and I’m donning this app. I just hate it because I still have over 20,000 reward points to use but I can’t get my debit card to sync so I can utilize anything. Also I am very disappointed by their lack of customer service and responding within a timely manner. I also had to take screenshots of offers I participate in and completed so they could mansard me my missing points.
