The struggle
This was bad from the start.I want to become a artist and make music,but with this app I had no clue what I was doing no one is my family could help me out ether and you have to pay to get beats and you can’t even upload your music so I would not get this app
Waste of money
I was trying to remove the drums and there was nothing. If someone can tell me how to do it I’ll be happier

Now the application is crashed happy I’ve lost two very important songs for clients because the app crashed had the sequences no sounds
Basics
It can’t send songs from phone to a different device correctly or at all so good luck wasting your time trying to connect them
Irritating
so i buy the damn app to be able to chop samples easily and the autochop feature is apart of another plugin you have to buy. so stupid. every other daw i've used has a sampler and an autochop feature built in and you're telling me i have to buy a whole other plugin just to not have to individually record what i want chopped? thats annoying. for all that i could've just bought a plugin that integrates with an actual daw. im convinced anyone being nice about this app is a bot.
Needs touch ups. Recommendations for exports
The thing is, I mix stems , not two tracks. So, when it comes to using the “perform” section, it should have and NEEDS options to export what i performed, as stems, even with the fx baked into it. The koala sampler is supposed to make things easier , which it does. Add this feature and when I don’t have to deal with mixing a two track with fx baked into it and I can still have my stems to control the mixing aspect. I’ll leave another review after I release a project with the beats I make using the iPhone.
Why
Why not just charge a fair price for a complete app instead of separating all of the features into several purchases so that the app doesn’t work until you buy this and then that and then whatever. Just release a complete product. 🙃
ItWas perfect
It’s a Very good app except for the fact that anytime I’m doing something in iCloud like opening a video , for some unknown reason koala will open instead of my video file . it doesn’t allow me to view any of my saved videos . I have tried everything and I don’t understand why it would attempt to open any videos. After purchasing the app along with some additional content I’ve had to delete the app from my devices until I receive feedback or a fix from the developers
A wonderful app that is now rendered useless.
It’s been countless times now that I open the app where I have a whole project full of samples of musical ideas, melodies, and vocal clips that I’ve accumulated, only to find an empty project. My previous project, disappears into unrecoverable nothingness. I cannot trust this app with my ideas anymore and have deleted it because of this.

Здравствуйте разработчики , Столько прошло времени , исправили много багов , но вот с сенсором так и не исправили , поту что остался баг ,когда набиваешь на экране мелодию ,касаясь один раз экрана получаешь двойное касание, в секвенсор прописывается одно касание , а звук идет как двойное ,и это неважно на какой платформе или устройстве , раньше в каких то версия этого не было , теперь появилось , и можно было поработать с логикой по работе с сенсором для фингердраминга , а по факту начали появляться паки с сэмплами ))) не хорошо так делать , была супер программа теперь превращается в донаты !!!

If you use Koala for fun in stand alone, then it’s really great. If you use it in stand alone in a professional situation it’s great. If you use it in a professional situation within AUM and assign different Koala templates with different samples to separate channels then it’s very frustrating. When you map on Koala in one channel it voids the mapping on the previous Koala channel. This happens even if you save both in Koala and AUM after every move on both channels. If you go back and import the song into the correct channel it still deletes the mapping data you spent a lot of time programming. Saving a song and trying to use it within AUM on a gig is fraught with saving / memory issues and you cannot depend on it. This creates a lot of wasted time.

One missing feature ruined it for me
I really want to love this app but I cannot fathom why there is not a universal undo button. I have an MPC but 90% of my ideas start in Koala, on the train or on my morning walk. This morning I meticulously chopped up a sample and just as I was about done, the train braked and my finger slipped, hitting the auto-chop slider and erasing all of my chops. A simple undo would have gotten them back. This was the 2nd time it’s happened and I felt so defeated. Please please please add undo. I can’t be the only one who has asked for this.
