I had authorized a purchase for $19.33 I was given a discount then somehow something popped up on your website charged me $50 with one click of a button to my account and then when I tried to cancel something else popped up and told me not to cancel my membership I had accidentally pressed something and it charged me $1 I would like my refund of $70.33 on top of that it took away my membership that should have been 3-6 months and somehow I only have it for one month now I will be reporting if money is not sent back this is a huge scam charged $70.33 and only have a member ship for one month when it should be longer in the first place I should receive my refund immediately I have the charges to prove it and will dispute if no one gets back to me this app is very sneaky I went to my Apple to see the charges and it says free when it clearly shows $70.33 on my account

FRAUD - SCAM
Don’t get this app, it is a scam! If I could give 0 stars I would. This app charged me initially. Then immediately within minutes tried to charge double the amount. Luckily it got denied because it looked suspicious. I tried to then email support to tell them I’d like a refund since I had cancelled the subscription, got an automated email. Then the next morning had an alert from my bank that ANOTHER charge had tried to go through. Thankfully they only got the initial $25 as of now, still going to try and dispute that, but they tried to charge an additional $49.99 + $25. Save yourself the time and energy and money.

Charge extra then what was showing
They charged three extra transactions on my card when the actual amount was $38 but they did multiple transactions on my account and there is no support to contact. And then I have to call my bank to cancel these transactions. It’s a scam.

I just got this app. It said it would charge me $10. Ok fine. I go look at my bank and it’s charged me $49.99. I never once agreed to this purchase. I have emailed them. I’ve called my bank. I’ve requested a refund through Apple. Here’s the sneaky thing, it doesn’t even show up in your Apple ID subscriptions. Only in the app it shows your subscribed. This app is sneaky BS and I want my money back. I haven’t even used the app yet because I’m trying to dispute charges.

Horrible- Customer Support repeated error message. Cannot not deactivate, charged my card without an account set up just with an email!!! Even if you delete your account it will not deactivate it!!

This app is scam, it does not bring th date entered, did not honor the trial week and can’t cancel the membership, not support at all.

This app will charge your card more than once, it will not allow you to cancel a subscription cause it never existed but the charge to your card has gone through, mo way to contact customer support it leaves a message basically saying its unavailable.

The food tracking part is not accurate nor does it let you edit your meal.
It’s okay but not free.
Looks like there’s a lot of features and a lot of great items to track your calories and see the different stages of your body when fasting but unfortunately, you have to have premium for you to use them all. Every time you sign in the app, it always ask you to upgrade to premium and with the basic free version it’s very limited. It’s honestly quite annoying when an app is free but for you to use the features, you have to buy the in app premium service, which seems extremely expensive to me just to lose weight. It’s probably cheaper grabbing a gym membership and going to the gym yourself.

It is ok
It has a long intro but overall, it’s really cool! It could be a better, like with a shorter intro or less pop-ups. I really like it! I recommend this for all overweight people, or people who need to change. My brother REALLY needs this, since he’s 274.9 pounds… in other words, a lot. My whole family could use this, actually.
Can’t put in meals
I just finished a 16 hour fast and can’t find where to log my meals. It’s wanting me to start my fast again. I would like to cancel the app and please refund my fees.

Before downloading this app I looked at the reviews it says it's free but really isn't . There are NO FREE features and if they are you would have to purchase a plan which means it's not free ! I wish that's was the first option instead of me putting on my information to then not be able to use the FREE feature smh waists of time and space deleting

Wouldn’t let me “end” my fast
Tried to end fast after 8 days and wouldn’t allow me to because it said it was too long. I tried it multiple times. Am I missing something?? I paid for 3 months and couldn’t use it because what’s the point.
App Not Working
It feels like a scam. As soon as I chose a subscription plan and submitted payment the app stopped working. All I get is a white screen and I can’t do anything. Force close and even turning my phone off doesn’t help. App support doesn’t give an option for this kind of problem! Need it fixed or need my money!

basically they only help you to keep up with the fasting time which you can do that setting up an alarm. Also, I thought for the price that you pay for the app you will have access to good recipes, but there are not good at all.

The excessive emojis kinda of shame you if you’re BMI is higher than normal you get a 😰 which is very off putting. The app is NOT FREE TO USE, it’s tells you how long it should take you to get to your desired weight but then you must buy a subscription for your tracker.

Just downloaded but became very frustrated fast because I tried to enter my weight and height and there are no instructions on how to move the numbers up to what I needed,no matter how much I swiped,pressed or pushed the numbers would only go down

I like the concept of your app but I will not waste my time trying to figure it out to get it to do the simplest thing. I strongly believe that you see the best of app within the first 5 minutes of use. If it’s bad to start with that usually the way it is the more you use. My solution is to delete those apps and reload them at a later date to see if they’ve been fixed

Not free!
Tried getting past the plus page to just try basic and it won’t let me proceed without a credit card. No way am I paying $13 something for one month of an app I can’t even try!!
Frustrating to set up
I suggest you fix your setup so it is possible to set the weight and height! Got frustrated and gave up. Deleting. Poor UX!

I loved the app itself but I realized it was not for me so I went to delete no problem and here I am a month later with a $30 payment trying to go through even though I cancelled my subscription and I don’t know what to do about it so I would not download unless you don’t mind the problem of deleting it!!!.
