Ver4.2.3 for iOs 26.4 crashes often
Please update and fix asap. Cur ver 4.2.3 for the iOs ver26.4 is completely unstable and crashes when it remains open less than a minute on any app acttion such as scrolling through transactions or initiating bank transfer etc
Not working from abroad
I can see my wallet but i can’t use money without full access! And I can’t have full access cause sms is not working from abroad!
Support/help can’t help as only robots are there! The only solution they give to call by phone, but I can’t call from other country!

Continuous spamming by the app
This has become a spamming app rather than a banking app. Every day they send several useless, unrelated spam messages, and there’s no way to stop them. Unfortunately, regulations in India are weak, and firms like Kotak try to use this to their advantage, turning it into a nuisance for people forced to use their app.
Blocking the account
Please don’t open the account in kotak bank because there will block the account without any reason
Not able to activate on mobile
Secure sms not working saying send sms from a valid 10 digit number. Then otp also not coming after providing correct CRN
