Won’t let me withdraw crypto
Kraken hasn’t allowed me to withdraw crypto from a portfolio with $10k worth of assets in it for a month or longer now, all because of a portfolio wide hold involving two deposit match rewards worth around $430, that it must have automatically enrolled me in, because I wasn’t even aware of the promotion in the first place.
Email confirmation does not work
I have been waiting multiple days to withdraw MY crypto and because of Kraken I have lost money and there has been zero urgency to help me.

72hrs after deposit

Horrible- DO NOT USE
This app is nothing but a scam. They suck you in then as soon as you decide to use the app they cut you off, block your transactions accusing you a of scam involvement and then charge high fees to you to get your funds back out of your account. What a crock!!! Oh, and you will get an AI runaround if you ask for ANY assistance! If you are dumb enough to try this, use caution and be warned, other apps are much better!
Worst app I have used so far so trading/crypto.
I signed up for kraken account about 2 days ago and i submitted all my information everything was fine. then I was asked to upload a picture of my social security card fully nothing covering so I did that, I still didn’t get a response i tried texting support over 5 times it doesn’t work all I get is a virtual assistant says someone will be with you shortly which they never came or even emailed me. it said that yesterday texted support today again nothing. I wish I would get assisted with my issue and know my information is safe. Careful you guys support is horrible no help and they make you send sensitive information without even helping or verifying your information.

Been trying for weeks to get my funds withdrawn and it keeps failing with no valid reason. They don’t help either. Don’t put your money is this app!

Failure to fill - beware the free trades
I really thought the 50 dollar a year for free trades (10k a month) was going to be great. However the way the company seems to be sticking it to you is not filling the orders you make. Sure you can do instant trades and get instantly screwed on the difference between the bid but if you do custom you have to choose an amount higher (when selling) or lower (when buying) but it still won’t fill even when the price breaks past that point. It basically has to break far enough or long enough ( I’m not sure which) before they fill it making sure you lose out. It was so bad I thought they were doing a stop limit order but that wasn’t true either. Basically you can’t trust them to fill the bids at a price that is good for you. They are filling it at a price that is good for them. Right now I have an order to buy on or under 2321 and the live price is 2318.8119. That’s a 2+ dollar difference you can see it bouncing around so it’s not like no one is trading. How low does it have to go before they actually fill? Makes you not trust the orders at all
