앱 자체는 보기 편하고 직관적입니다. 하지만 정작 Kream에서는 전혀 사용자를 고려하지 않습니다. 배송 일정은 늘 지연되고, 검수 과정은 불투명하며, 안내되는 예정일은 사실상 의미가 없습니다. 고객센터에 문의해도 상황에 맞는 답변은커녕, 매번 똑같은 매뉴얼 문구만 반복합니다.
리뷰만 봐도 같은 불만(예상 도착일 오기입, 검수 지연, 매뉴얼 답변 반복)이 꾸준히 나오는데도 개선은 없어 보입니다. 결제는 빠르고 간단한데, 이후 과정은 느리고 불투명하니 소비자로서는 신뢰하기 어렵습니다.
겉으로 보이는 앱 사용성을 다듬는 것보다, 서비스를 개선하는 것이 먼저일 듯합니다.

Unable to sign in, so frustrating
I tried several times with different methods to sign in, but I couldn’t. It always says it has a temporary error, but it was a lie - definitely wasn’t temporary. I’m sure they are not working on it, and it still has bugs. Please fix errors that happen after phone number verification.
Trash customer service
Extremely poor customer service. Would recommend not to use this app and use other platforms like StockX, Frog, Xxblue, etc
