Won’t work

App freezes on loading screen
I have been unable to play the game because it freezes on the loading screen every time I open it. I’ve tried reinstalling the app, restarting my iPhone, clearing Safari data, and even removing the Facebook login, but nothing works. The game does not get past the loading screen. I’ve contacted support, but the issue persists. Please fix this the app is otherwise fun and enjoyable, but currently it’s unusable.

6/12..The amount of ads are ridiculous plus they’re invasive. Using up my games and then deleting app. If you charged $1 a month to get rid of the ads, I would pay that. But your monthly prices are stupid.

Ads cover the rack!
This game gets more frustrating everyday ! So much for “merry Christmas”! I have earned enough points to play the Krysmas daily puzzle each day since dec 1, but it will NOT open! I merely get a spinner and no puzzle. I would appreciate some free games as compensation for my frustration!

Since there is no help or contact button on the game, and when I go to the App Store to contact you, but those links don’t work, i have no choice but to leave my issue as a review. It takes me between 10 and 30 times to access this game. It will immediately drop out after I click the cancel button because I don’t want to connect to Facebook, or it will partially load and then drop, or it will fully load and not stay stable and will then drop out. Please address this issue!

This ap is continuing to show ads in front of the board preventing me from taking my turn. Tried to report the issue but links from the app support page do not work. This game is getting very disappointing
Ads becoming awful for gameplay
For the last month, all of the sudden ads are coming up in the middle of a game and there is no way to make them go away and they cut off a good third or more of the board while you are playing. There is no way to avoid and it can totally mess up your turn. The ad stays up for at least 10 seconds.. This needs to be fixed ASAP. I don’t mind watching an ad after I play, but in the middle of a turn is ridiculous.
Good game ruined by ads and microtransactions
The game itself is very fun, but that tends to be undercut by the assault of ads you have to watch to use the app, especially when those ads end up being essentially soft-core AI porn.
New phone, can’t log in
I got an iPhone 17 and cannot log in to my existing account. The email
login screen keeps bouncing when I type in the password field and when I made a mistake it would not let me backspace. Also, I use a password manager app and Kryss would not let me past in my user name or password.

I love playing this game. Starting on Friday, I cannot bring up this game, it keeps crashing when I bring it up. This is the 3rd day of this happening. I am using an iPad to play this.

This last update helped me realize that I’ve had it with this game. I just “lost” all of my games because they timed out. The problem being that every time I went into the game it showed I was waiting on the other player. That combined with the changes made to be ad free after I had already paid to have premium are more than enough to convince me to delete the app and never play again.

All luck little skill
At first this game seemed appealing as I like crosswords and love scrabble. I was soon very disappointed because it has become “luck of the last letters” is the winner. There should be multiple of every letter and not only what is available on the board. Some people save the bonus letter until their last turn which makes for an easy win. Using all your letters should add a bonus score, not just plus 1 for each letter. You can place 90% of the letters and still lose which is crazy and a huge design flaw.

It says you can do solo play, but you can’t.

They made it so you cannot close the ad. You spent two minutes playing the game in five minutes trying to get out of the ad. It’s crazy.

My favorite game, however. The past few weeks I keep getting kicked out of the game. So annoying. Don’t know if there was a recent update or what? Considering deleting game. Still having trouble. Now as soon as I get in. I get kicked out. I can’t even play my favorite game anymore. What’s up? Was told about upcoming update. Still waiting.

Way to many adds no need to have an ad after almost every turn and I’m not paying money to be ad free game would be more fun without the ads

The scoring system is ridiculous when you are a higher level player. They also reuse the same clues over and over so not much of a challenge after a while.
Stop the pop up ads in the middle of the game
I use to enjoy the game. But now I’m thinking of deleting it, because of all the pop-up ads in the middle of you playing, especially when you have 60 seconds per round. Why would they do that.

Enjoyed playing the game. It’s getting incredibly hard to play now that the new ads system ads will take up half the screen and there’s no way to clear them or play on half the board so your turns will time out.
Pop up ads in the middle of game
I’ve had the game for years and really enjoy it. I’ve always been fine with the ads because that’s how they get compensated. However, recently, there have been random pop-up ads that appear in the middle of a timed game that cover more than half of the screen (not an interrupted video ad but one that covered the board in real-time). I even considered paying for the $15/month subscription even though that’s steep for a game that’s not played frequently. Still, the way these particular ads pop up make me question the company’s priorities.
Need to fix ASAP
Please fix the pop up ads that come up while in your puzzle board. You can see the board and time is still running, can’t even click out of it. Really annoying.

I have played this for a year or so, everyday. Now, I can’t even get through one puzzle without ads. Had 4 of them us just one puzzle. I guess it’s time to find a new game.
Great game, but…
I’ve been a daily player since the game first started. But here the last week or so, it’s been too glitchy to even play. It shows me defaulting on games because it isn’t showing me it’s my turn, and because of that, it’s dropped my score from like 1700+ down to 1500+ and I am not happy about it. Especially since I pay for a monthly membership and all that as well. Or when it does let me play my turn, it shows as my opponent’s turn, but notifications will tell me it’s my turn, and then when I do open the game, it might show 0 minutes, and then every time I play my turn, it doesn’t stick. And I have to keep playing the same turn
Ads Ridiculous
The ads are entirely too long! It’s like they freeze up and will not return to your game. It’s like they are trying to force you to download, ridiculous!

Really disappointed because I love the game but it has way too many bugs. The game often tells me it is my turn yet it doesn’t give me any letters to play with, so my time runs out without any chance to play. This often happens several turns in a row. Too bad because I really would like the game otherwise.
