Horrible UX and EXPENSIVE
What an absolute scam of an app. I downloaded it because I have a card I would like to track benefits on but there are no useful features unless you pay $100 A YEAR! That’s more than the annual fee for the card. The setup was extremely clunky, they take and sell your data AND the UI is absolutely TERRIBLE. These reviews have to be fake - take it from me and do not waste your time on this vibecoded SCAM.

Scam-like practices: unless you want another subscription, don't waste your time.
You need to purchase the premium membership to use the app. I’m not sure why it’s called a “premium,” since it’s required for it to work. The first time I used it, it took me about 30 minutes to set up. They make you spend time connecting every one of your accounts individually, entering personal information, verifying your email, and phone number. Only after completing all these steps do they prompt you to buy the membership. I feel this feels like a scam or at least involves unethical practices.
Total Bait and Switch
I’m sure the app functions fine, but it is a total bait and switch. You have to connect all your bank account and credit info, only to find out that you need to pay for the premium version to receive ANY of the functions within the app. No thanks.
Fairly Useless for Reward Tracking
Doesn’t add any value for card reward tracking. Also beware of “money back guarantee” - you have to take the money back in credits that you can redeem for things like gift cards. It’s not your money back. Very misleading.

I downloaded this app to see what deals I’m missing from my three credit cards and after spending 20 minutes, connecting them all I get this endless loop of pop-ups that forced me to sign up for their premium program the cheapest of which is $15. I’m sitting there thinking to myself. Why would I pay you guys when I have not even tried the product? Finally barely honestly don’t even know how I did. It got rid of the pop-up that said to sign up for premium and then i still couldnt figure out where my card savings were since the main dashboard was also filled with ads for signing up for their stupid premium platform, I deleted it never to use it again
Asking for obligate subscription or payment after connecting and collecting all informations?
This is crazy. Cant even delete my account and info cuz i stopped at the purchase screen, after all informations and credentials connected.

They make you go through a long sign-up process and connect all your credit cards just so they can steal all your data before they tell you you have to pay a lot of money to have access to the futures

Total waste of time. You set it all up, get hit with a paywall it took me 15 minutes to figure out how to decline and then all the features are locked and product is riddled with ads to upgrade.

Takes your data before you can even access the app
The app has you sign into your card accounts, downloads your transaction data, only to reveal you can’t access the kudos app without paying for an expensive premium membership. It’s a data collection app. Perhaps it’s useful at premium, but I find this to be really scammy behavior.
Registration Issue
Issue creating account when wrong email was initially submitted. On an endless loop of saying there is an error and not letting me change correct email address when I already linked all my cards.

Difficult to use on Safari
I tried using this app. But it’s extremely difficult to use on safari. Very confusing to set up. After 30 minutes I just deleted it. Not worth my time.

This app is not as convenient as it may seem. Everything worthwhile is locked behind paid features. Data hungry for your accounts info.

This makes no sense. I connected all my cards and then it makes me sign up for a subscription without even being able to see the functionality.

Total Scam. Don’t Pay
This app is a total scam. It portrays itself as having an ability to audit your credit card offers/perks, but that’s not the case. Once you pay the fee, the best you can do is enable a browser extension which hijacks your online shopping. There are better apps which actually connect to your credit card account and fund opportunities. This ain’t it.
Not always accurate
I’ll continue using the chart I made in Google Docs to keep track of all my cards benefits because this app isn’t always accurate

They immediately demand you to upgrade before you can access or see any relevant data. Idk, a 24hr free trial just to prove that their tools are accurate before paying for it would be nice.
