Given the growth of your platform, we believe it’s time to offer better customer support options-such as a helpline-so users can quickly connect and resolve issues. Currently, the only way to contact your team is through email, and the response time has been quite slow.

Being one of the early adopters, I enjoyed the app till the subscription model was charged. No transparency in pricing. This app is unreasonably pricey.
They’re frauds and scammers
So I downloaded this app because I like listening to good stories and their stories were good. But after, they wanted me to get the premium in other to listen to any stories. Mind you they had just taken their subscription money from me. Because of that I cancelled the membership. So I just received a billing from them. They took money from my account. When I checked my membership info, it said cancel…be extra careful with them

A disaster of an app
Let me start with the positives first. Great concept, good selection of books. Very helpful. Encourages one to spend their time learning rather than mindlessly scrolling social media.
But there app experience leaves lot to be desired. Horrible app experience. Multiple thumbs down to there product team. Seems trying to do too many things and not too well. Product team seems utterly confused what features should be there which had complicated in app experience. Even the basic functionality of finding a book, start listening to it and then come back and continue listening is overly complicated with erratic behavior

No additional languages
Watched multiple ads that it has lot of languages to listen, but im in the USA and not able to listen to any other language other than hindi and english

Stealing Content for Ads
Downloaded the app because I saw an ad that used one of my favorite audio creator’s voices. They aren’t on this app and didn’t know about the usage. Can’t support a company that does that.
The app is not working anymore
I’m trying to listen to secret billionaire but it’s not working. I’m trying to listen to ep 11 but it keeps sending me to ep 20, 30 or 40. Then it just keeps on loading the play button and freezes after.
Poor content & no in-app option to cancel subscription
Poor content with short audiobooks. I would rather spend little more to other platform for far better content. Also there is no option to cancel subscription from app, you must chat with agent or email. Why not keep it simple for people to edit subscription?

Worst App for people in US
While registering premium I never got OTP , got this registered after customer support . When I opened after 10 days , again the login disappeared and it doesn’t give option in the entry page for login with email or phone number , gave only Google and FB and Apple , which is not getting synced with the email ID . Overall very pathetic UX and UI app , please refund my yearly subscription money and I will never recommend this app .
Most of the contents are NOT available in US
Don’t pay higher premium from US. You may not find all contents/books in US subscription. Though those are available in India
Not recommended. Worst experience and poor books collection
They are keep unsubscribing me even after charging crazy amount of money. And chatting with customer service is another nightmare. I have provided thousands of screenshots to prove that I paid for the app. Also books collection is also very poor. None of the good books are available. I would recommend save money.

Has lot of flaws in the app
1) I clicked on “vellai nirathil oru vaanavil” and it’s not working
2) search with “author” name is not returned with those novels/books even though the books available with manual search. Feel like Testing should be done properly
3) not very user friendly app
4) I am not seeing complete novels/books list under the main topics. Only few books are coming up
5) sometimes audio stops in the middle and just need to forward to next episode for the continuation

Worst support service ,worst customer agent
I have paid for premium subscription and it is not even 15 days and app is asking for premium subscription again.
I have sent all the screenshot and required. But customer agent ended my chat without resolving my issue or even have not asked to end chat. Don’t know what they think customer. Agent I was talking was sanil.

Bought premium subscription but can’t access premium content. When I click on buy premium subscription it says you have already bought it

With the recent app updates, I just see a phone number login and apple login on an apple phone. I have kukufm account with a different email, so how to login via different account?
Unimaginable increase in subscription cost
I’m using this App for past one year and decided to cancel, the subscription cost per year just increased from $4.99 to $49.99. Never heard of 10 fold increase in one shot. It is not worth it.
Let user check the quality before purchasing
The fact that you just let the users to listen to introductory lesson does not make sense. I would like to listen at least one portion of the actual chapter before deciding if the quality of the audio book is good. The introductory part does not add value. No body is going to become millionaire after listen to 1 min of the actual content. Make it free so that we can understand the quality. Also, I could not find a book I was looking for. Improve the search feature. Add more filters so that we can search them using author name as well. I see many books with the same name.

99% content has a bad audio quality
Almost 99% of the content has poor audio quality, doesn’t matter how strong internet connection you have. Explicitly selecting 128kbps quality (HD Quality) will have quality like 32 kbps.
If this is an audiobook platform, the biggest focus should be audio quality and sadly the focus isn’t on that.

Episode not playing completely
Tried the app and payed subscription after watching couple of promotions in youtube. Content is great but audio doesn’t complete the full episode. Scrubber scrolls through the end but it looks like some audio is being skipped at the end of episode.
