In apple store and kyte web site says that kyte pro costs $ 9.99. When you download it they charge you $ 19.99. when you write to customer service they reply that they recently updated their prices…. anyway…. misleading

I canceled my service over a year ago and they have been charging me every month. I have stopped auto renew and canceled in the app. Nothing has helped. Don’t use this app

I can’t create a new product, can’t create a new category, everything goes to blank screen and I have to shut the app and open it again, but still doesn’t work. What can I do? I paid a monthly subscription and I’m wasting my money cuz I can’t do anything… please help

Se queda en blanco al agregar productos
He bajado la app dos veces y el problema persiste , al momento de agregar un producto se queda en blanco y no reacciona más . Tengo IOS 14

Tengo dos meses pagando la app para usar el Kyte Web y lo han cobrado y nunca he podido usarlo. No me responden correos. Espero un día me contacten y resolver el problema.

It’s not meeting my business needs .. I’ve not had one sale but I get email about how it’s not working it just spins. I’m in Jamaica and my customers in US and UK keep telling me to get Esty..The app is not user friendly either it sends notifications of discounts for the upgrade but why would I pay for a upgrade and I have not had one sale.

Descargue la app, luego de registrarme al momento de añadir un artículo u otro opción me sale error. La aplicación debe reiniciarse y los ninjas solucionarán el problema. Pero se reinicia y sigue igual presentando el mismo error. Ya desinstale e intente de nuevo y nada.
Great concept - big flaw
I was actually pretty excited about this app. Unfortunately, sales tax can only be pre calculated to two decimal places. At minimum it should be a simple text entry. Let us determine where the decimal goes.
Also, there is an option to have sales tax on, or off, for the whole order. This doesn’t work if some of your products require sales tax, and others don’t.
