Terrible customer service
Been playing for 4.5 years never had to use customer service, a gacha used my paid crystals but flashed glitched and never did the pull, no none of the units appeared on the unit tab, customer service said they had no history of the pull, that’s kinda of the point. After 4.5 years and 3 years as both LC passes holder, I can’t support this took a 8 month hiatus came back to visual bugs and now core mechanics bugs. Y’all better leave now, because if you have to contact support they’ll just ghost you if they don’t get your problem right the first time.
In game purchases are insane
I spent $13 during an EVENT to purchase what I thought was 4 tickets for characters, which is a bad deal for pixels on a screen. Turns out it was for PRISMS which are essentially useless. $13 for an extra point in skills, and I emailed support and they don’t give refunds. Insane lol. Guess it was a $13 life lesson on mobile games being terrible soul harvesting farms. They literally want your soul bro

Make quest hard for no reason ion gotta fight a boss every 2-3 episodes is annoying have a lot of hp which is again dumb cuz we barely get any characters good and if we do you still gotta grind and lvl up takes long and need to much materials
Cannot get account back
Despite giving highly specific details about my account, they still couldn’t find it. There’s no way that there’s someone with the same exact units, arks, and equips on specific units. I doubt they bothered to look.

Not worth the time
I think rpg devs should understand there’s a market for good pixel action rpgs. Outdated and predatory gacha has no reason to exist in today’s market
Pay to Win/For the Whales/Had so much potential
This game seemed like it had so many good things going for it till you actually get into it. They separate the paid and free premium currency so that they can gate keep free players from doing step up and guaranteed summons making it so the gems look the same but if you didn’t pay for them they can’t be used on certain actions. Also getting later in the grind for free players becomes immense. Not to mention how abysmal the gatcha rates are.

Brave frontier player
Honestly I was a little septic at first but once I got into the game deeper I felt a lil connection with it like I did with brave frontier and that game was next level peak spent years on it and now I’ve found something similar and pretty fun I would definitely recommend if you enjoyed games like brave frontier but when it comes to micro transactions brave frontier can’t compete you need to spend money to obtain a weapon for a certain character
App crashes on iPad(iOS 18)
I played this game 4 years ago and was excited to go back for the code geass collab but the game can barely run for 2-5 minutes without crashing. Trying to summon a unit? Game crashes. Trying to play a story mission? game crashes. I tried deleting and reinstalling the app, updating my iOS and if I go on my phone and the game works I will be even more frustrated because it looks so good on iPad but clearly was not give the stability check on other apple devices. Two days of constant crashing and an inability to bind account to Facebook Apple ID gmail in 2025 is inexcusable for a gatcha game with as bad rates
Game is great
The game is great but only has one flaw when utilizing knight of pale flame special at some point two or three times game crashes. Tried every solution restarted uninstalled game reinstalled same problem.
Communication Error?
There’s no notice for a shutdown for an update, server issues or anything during the times I tried to get in, the game just never let me in. I’m not sure if it’s a bug or not.
