A game for big spenders
Play only if you have money to spend.
Used to be good.
Well this used to be a great game. But about a year and a half ago, they stopped making any meaningful updates. The older servers are dying off fast and the developers have taken away more content than they’ve added. The only small things that they do update are to suck money out of the players, but these aren’t even worth it any more bc there is hardly any gameplay left. U may have fun for a couple months, but you will soon run out of things to do and no matter how many players complain they won’t do anything about it. No server merges. No new dimensions. They leave the most boring dimensions to play each season and have taken away the ones that everyone prefers. This game has become stale and stalled. Don’t bother.
Fix Your Game
It seems like every time we come back from a system update the game glitches more than ever. If you can’t get the fix right then don’t bother trying it until you have it figured out. By your logic you basically fix it till it’s broken. DUMB! Customer service is nonexistent or powerless to help. Same garbage answers given with no true resolution to any problems. There is a big gap between FTP and PTP customers. This game makes it impossible for the average gamer to play without spending an arm and a leg. Anyone can just PAY to WIN. While alliances are just going around and stealing up the best players from every alliance, you’ll find dead servers because people are quitting your game. But it doesn’t matter as long as the game is still getting people to empty their bank accounts for a win. I offered up an idea for allowing people to play in peace by using Green Zones for the peaceful players and giving the war mongers War Zones. Let them burn each other down for resources and leave the rest of us in peace. It’s not fun being under constant bubble because alliances stack their alliances and then go and burn others that are helpless. When they fight back is when entire servers are burned to ashes. Fix your game before you see a mass exodus of players.
Stuck in a server that’s not where my alliance is.
For 24 hours now I have been stuck in server 45/82 when I am supposed to be in server number 219 with my alliance we transferred over from 45. I’d like to know how the heck I am stuck in a server 45 when I logged on yesterday, we had made the transition from 45 to 219 just fine but then I got dropped and stuck in 45 and I’m not sure how it has no issue with how many zone passes I have. I have contacted his developers more times than I can count and y’all keep dropping my case and I am livid over this instance.
It’s not functional
Game constantly lags, kicks you out. It’s on all servers, different devices, widespread. And the devs do not address the issue.

Bad game, don’t play
This game was fun when it first started. But the developers killed it. They don’t care about making a fun game. They only care about money. All new content is pay to win and nothing that adds value to the fun of the game. They stopped caring about their players and everyone is leaving.
Investigate the tampering
Alllllllll of the display is messed up and it’s been that way for a while . I asked them how my cp dropped 6 mill they can’t explain . Research increases points so how do I loose research points gains as well I can’t drop lower than my previous seasons cp lol and when you tell them they act like no one else understands game configuration and when something isn’t right. Be careful the original objective lost.. someone from outside the game needs to heavily monitor this game my game glitches all the time a cp sinks on its on .. if this is pay to play which it is cp shouldn’t go anywhere . Why are we spending money in dimensions with 0 growth objective after seeing as how the game takes back what you gain after dimensions and more meaning I shouldn’t drop lower than my score before dimensions that doesn’t make sense
Support Non-existent
Anytime the game has a problem and you contact support they say “send a screenshot or it didn’t happen and we can’t help you”. You finally have an instance that you get a screenshot of only to be told by AI that they will get in touch with an agent. Two to four days later you will get a response that it is too late to do anything.
LF doesn’t follow their own criteria
Sucks when LF does follow their own criteria when R5 becomes inactive. Sometimes it is 30+ days of inactiveness and R5 is unchanged. This time it is 7 days and system gave R5 to a player that just logs in but does absolutely nothing for the alliance. According to LF, active plater is a player who logs in daily, participates in alliance events and such. Yet LF gave leadership to a player who contributes nothing to the alliance. When questioned ticket is closed without a resolution.

Scam
Played this game on and off for a couple of years and spent $20 - $30 a month consistently before things went south. I purchased something that was not delivered. When I tried to submit an inquiry their AI support was absolutely worthless. It’s programmed to say it can’t find the order number and close the chat. I started a new ticket at least 8 times with the same result. I then went through the App Store for the refund and of course it was approved since the product was not delivered. When I last opened the game I was locked out unless I paid the money for the product that was never delivered. That’s not going to happen. Avoid this game, there are better ones out there that aren’t designed to steal from you.
Worst Customer Service
I wish I were allowed to give this zero stars. It should be called “Last Glitch Underground. Either do not play this game or do not pay and play, you will just waste your money. The customer service is horrible and now even worse since they added AI. The AI said it understood how I felt and said it was going to connect me to a customer service agent but never did and in that in game chat area left me unable to respond anymore. I am likely going to delete the game from my iPad soon.

Be prepared to spend spend spend. The game used to be fun and entertaining. However. They just want to become millionaires so the game dynamics have changed. It's no longer strategy based. It's money based!

Wish you luck trying to get the developers to answer a support ticket. They just close the ticket on their new system and your issues are public to all users.
Record everything!
You can set up this game to have multiple players. I have/had two players (or accounts). One account disappeared a few days ago. Just vanished. I can log in but the system says “no data…”. This company has AI’s running support. The AI’s tell me I haven’t submitted the correct email. I have two emails and I know them both. I have tried different avenues but all I get are different AI’s. I pay money into this game to make the game more comfortable for me. It really ticks me off that this company can be irresponsible for their lack of data management. I’m waiting for a few more days before I delete my account. Lessons learned I guess.

Lost my game saves started me over
If you have a problem, it’s starting over after all your progress and this game is for you. Personally, I don’t like when things do that and I have to redo everything all over again.

You play and mine for months and finally get to the point where you can level up your fort just for one player to attack you 20 times in a row and take everything. It’s not right that one person can attack you that many times in a matter of a few minutes. It’s not even different commanders it’s the same commander. And of course it’s a fort that’s way higher than yours so you instantly loose.

Game algorithms are fake and stacked against user. It is a hidden gambling platform, expensive full of bias and poor customer service. The game does not have a clear end goal, if you stop spending all the expensive stuff you bought becomes obsolete. Do not recommend stay away!

Don’t Do it
I have loved playing this game. But I absolutely DO NOT recommend it. It expensive and it’s on its way out. The developers haven’t built out the game in over a year. The only thing they release are money grabs. I’m a moderate spender and I don’t mind spending for entertainment but there needs to be something worth playing in exchange for the money. The new way they are doing Dimensions is absolutely awful and they will lose even more players in a dying game. Play something else, it’s just not worth it anymore.

Not well designed
The heroes you spend months grinding for and even spend hundreds paying for become completely irrelevant when the next pay-to-win hero comes out and completely imbalances the game. Most of the items you spend money on become totally irrelevant a few seasons later and the rewards the game gives you for free are really bad.

Wasted Years
Unless you have money to throw away and don’t care about success, don’t bother. The only people who are not frustrated here are bullies with a lot of money, everyone else are just victims for the bullies with money. They’ll send a canned response about sorry, but they’re not. They’re here for the money the spenders provide and only interested in keeping the big spenders happy, everyone else is cannon fodder. They have done nothing to balance conditions to give anyone a chance. When 1 person can literally destroy a whole alliance of 90 people and they do quite often, you’ve not created a gaming environment, but an environment to promote bullies.
SPEND THOUSANDS $$$$$$ or get other free ones
If you like a game that LOCKS things off that you work for like the “the New World Protector” locked from repairing with motor parts you earn in battles. You spend your real money on the game and they reward you by keeping parts of the game from you. Then download this game. Spend literally thousands of dollars on this game as others do wasting money like toilet paper. Otherwise, go to games that give you the same things free and there are many and then your life will be stress free. This one has a very toxic environment of people from the world as well. A lot of cyber bullies as unified alliances using big money calling themselves “wales”. Definitely do not let children under 18 anywhere near this game. The chatrooms are dangerous. Governments should monitor them.

I was a whale in this game and left a while ago. It is nothing but a money grab. Forget spending hundreds- you need to spend thousands to keep up (every few weeks). If you don’t, you’ll be kicked out of your alliance because there is no way to keep up to the top without paying. On top of this- the devs are 0 help. If you made a mistake you will not get your money back. If you used the wrong shard ($100), you’re out the $100. It is the biggest money grabbing scam I have ever seen, and it’s been so nice to not spend on a game. ON MY PHONE! Don’t bother downloading- it is not worth it. Also, the game itself is nothing like the ads. You’ve been warned🤣

Extremely difficult to navigate what to do when starting out. The layout of your new fortress is too hyper critical after moving areas about.

Lack of customer support
I have been playing this game for over 2 years. The game itself is fun enough but is ruined by big spenders, pay to play tactics and a complete lack of any kind of accountability or customer support. I have had multiple issues that have never been addressed or resolved. I can handle the the first 2 issues but the lack of customer support is becoming a deal breaker.

They ruined this game
This was one of my favorite games for YEARS. They created Chinese only servers, which is highly xenophobic and focused. Then they merged us with them with them having exclusive content and cheaper prices. And with the updates to season 1 more and more are quitting each day. They turned a game that I spent years playing into another dead gambling simulator.
