It shuts down right before buster night. This is the second time it happened
Figure it out guys. The last message I see is “gump is cleaning off his mask” then shuts down. I redownloaded and reinstalled it is the same.
Good at first - then money grab
I know the game makers want to make money. That’s not a problem. But recently all in game purchases have just skyrocketed and the amount of in game resources available have been reduced - making advancing in the game all about if you spend big money. Really disappointing, if I had it to do over I wouldn’t even start the game now.
Used to be a great game
Really enjoyed the game until they started pricing everything sky high. Used to have $4.99 decent packs available. Cheapest pack available to me now is $50. Ridiculous!!! So disappointed in the recent changes made to the game. It’s impossible to be competitive unless your willing to spend huge $$$.
They moved my account
I’d been playing for awhile. They moved my account to a different server than all my friends and refuse to move me back. I asked for a refund or the ability to be given my characters I purchased on a new account and start from level 1. They refused to do that as well. Not worth the pain or hassle. Won’t be playing again or any game they create in the future.
Customer support
Customer support is poor. Don’t waste your money playing this game. They fail to contact you back in a timely manner when there is an issue.

However, in the last couple of months, the developers have removed more and more packs and event rewards in an effort to “balance” the game. All this has done is made those players who invested early be untouchable and weaker players unable to close the gap between them.
I believe the developers are actively trying to have players quit and end this game as they have done so before in Buildmasters:MarsVille.

I’ve played this game for a long time and have invested a significant amount of time and effort into helping grow my server. Unfortunately, the competitive balance system has made it clear that some servers simply are not given a realistic chance to succeed.
Server 165 has consistently struggled to compete for first place, and despite repeated feedback from many players, the response has essentially been, “We understand your frustration, but we can’t promise any changes.”
The biggest issue is that the current transfer system creates a cycle where struggling servers cannot recruit the players they need to improve, which means they continue struggling indefinitely. Players are expected to keep spending time and money while knowing they have little chance of ever competing at the highest level.
Customer support has been polite and responsive, but acknowledging a problem without taking action does not solve anything. A competitive game should provide every active server with a realistic path to improve and win. Right now, that does not feel like the case.
Unless the developers make meaningful changes to server balancing and transfer seat allocation, many dedicated players will continue to lose motivation and leave the game.

I was a lever 30
I had an account awhile ago with what I felt was a lot of progression and honestly money put into this game. Deleted the game and my wife started playing so I had reinstalled it to find I’ve been reset to level 1 and have literally NOTHING
Pay to play money grab
There is literally an option to buy 10 $1000 gold brick packs a week… $10,000. And there are people who do. They will crush you and make the game almost unplayable since you cannot compete. To even stand a chance you either spend a ton of money or befriend a mega whale. If not, you are just another base to be farmed.
It was fun while it lasted
The game just keeps taking things away from the smaller spenders like daily $5 packs, and doesn’t add any content that is exciting.

Developers allow doxxing
I have had my name, address, email address, phone numbers and family members doxxed 3 times and developers have not banned the member who keeps doing it. The member is BanànaKín on server 2256. They say they take it seriously but he hasn’t been banned yet
Cheating is tolerated
Developers have been made aware of cheating but do nothing about it. Spend money elsewhere.
Hard no
One of the most insufferable parts about this game is the lack of opportunity for advancement if you don’t spend money daily. You can be stuck at a level for two months and not gain 1Mil or better in power. Also, the customer service is one of the worst I have ever come across. They don’t listen, they don’t ask clarifying questions, they don’t fix bugs that are brought to their attention after patches that correct one issue but cause another. Working with their customer service team is like trying to talk to an AI assistant that doesn’t speak your language and they are happy to blow you off. Save your money.
Deceptive in-app purchasing mechanics
Unfortunately we live in a time where it is okay for companies like this to defraud the general public. Misleading advertising, deceptive payment ecosystem and addictive in-game mechanics equals a recipe for disaster. I am almost $10k in the hole after finally adding up how much I’d spent over the past 2 years. You may laugh, which I may deserve, but if it happened to me I think it can happen to anyone. You underestimate how a game that charges you $4.99 here and $24.99 there will add up over years. That’s how they get you - it’s the slow play and each purchase feels insignificant on its own but adds up to a whole lot of you don’t pay attention. BUYER BEWARE!

Game is fun but community is a toxic cess pool. Avoid at all costs. 1 person runs almost every alliance and will block you from advancing in the game for no reason at all.

I keep getting charged for things that I never purchased through the game it happened twice so I called it quits

Be very careful. The Devs will change fundamental game play, pack availability, resource availability and event availability at any time. All the changes being made in the last month or two have completely changed the progression plans that have been in place since the inception. There was no warning. There has been no cost reduction for growth even as the rss becomes harder and harder to get. Player frustration is rising and the devs are not listening. Be wary of committing time to this game at this juncture

I wish I could show the screen shot totally dominated and can’t rebuild center keep getting attacked in my alliance we hav 50 or so players about ten are very active the rest do what they can one player lvl 34 can level our center in a matter of a minute mind you we spend money also and this is crazy because I don’t have a couple of thousands to spend on a game then I can’t have fun this is why most ppl quit you guys need a better plan the way yall are doing the season are way unfair and should be some type of normal play these guys are way too powerful we went to war this morning ant lost in one minute by only 5 lvl 34 players 250 million each I wish I could show the screen shots this is crazy and every one complained yet still no changes that will keep the casual players have any fun like I’m just wasting my little money can’t even play wow I want to just quit but I’ve already spent money on this account
Not as fun
The ads show one thing, they added more of that into the game finally. There’s too much base building and the amount of resources and time it takes it ridiculous. To upgrade everything it takes months before you go to the next level. Not enough mini games within the game but they are adding more and more. Inactive clans and bigger players bullying lower levels could easily be fixed by level and attack caps. The game is controlled by a few clans and players and is not inclusive and they harass, abuse, discriminate, sell accounts and coordinate cheating regularly.

I lost my password even after proving to them it was mine they still wouldn’t help me so emailed apple and got over $1,000 use back then all at they was like we can help you if you stop the refund I said no and left the game with my money if they would of helped in the first place instead of the run around I would of said ok but they way they did me I’m happy with the money back
Not as advertised
The screens you see, I have yet to get to and I have been playing for more then 90 days. What you’re seeing is only on special levels, and the screens you see here… I have yet to get to after 90 days.
Brick purchase fail
Tried multiple times to purchases gold bricks but never received. Website took successful payment and said check in game email which I did and nothing. I have sent literal screenshots to the customer service of it happening live , time stamps included , and I am still yet to have been compensated. Please address.

This game lures you in making you think its a frontline game, when in reality its a money trap. You are better off going on twitter. They make changes with very little transparency and could care less about the customers experience

The game is very bad for Free to play players , for Free to play players minimum they have to spend like atleast 16 hours just to farm or for the digging the treasure. This game is intentionally designed to make more money from business perspective, Not a fun game… The thing this game is spend money increase the power and fight that’s all. No story games…. It’s like PVP battle, Server VS server fights. Whoever spends money will have the raw power and dominates the game.

Major changes in game active players run out of key resources (teleports and speed ups) needed to participate actively. Players are now getting locked out of content after years of playing.

Misleading money trap
Predatory gaming, perfected.
I was lured into playing this game with their completely misleading advertisements all over social media. I had some free time on my hands momentarily and wanted a relaxing game to play (something like moving left to right killing zombies). Once downloading the game in the very beginning it seemed to be true to its ads and was fun and easy going. After playing for a few hours it completely changes into an entirely different game praying on peoples ego’s, addictive personalities and desires to win. It starts with small purchases a dollar here, a couple dollars there, before you know it your deeply involved in the social aspect of the game where you see people (your in game friends) spending hundreds if not thousands of dollars daily on meaningless upgrades just to inch ahead of their rivals. If you want to be any good, you will have to wake up at all hours of the day and night to participate in events or fail your clan and be a pariah. Thats on top of the thousands of dollars you will need to spend over a short period of time. If you aren’t an owner of a money tree, and have and semblance of a life steer clear of this deceptive predatory game. I will say great job to the team of psychologists they hired to figure out how to make it addictive, it does that in spades.

Not for solo players
Game is designed and incentivizes alliance or group only activities. It will not allow solo players to expand or even remotely enjoy the game due to limiting what one can or can’t do. You cannot participate in any growth based content, or end game content without being part of an alliance - disappointing for anyone who doesn’t need a false sense of friendship from other in game players. This game would be so much better if it allowed solo players the same opportunities. It’s also a “PAY-TO-WIN” based system. This means if some has 15 and you have 14, you lose. It means that many people have paid for their accounts to grow and will always win in a matchup so long as they have 1 more point than you.
Last concern is the amount of account sharing, trading and selling that occurs. With proven evidence, multiple reports were made against specific players and FunFly (said they took action) did nothing about this, even after thorough evidence was provided. The players still play, and still share accounts. Thus, FunFly doesn’t uphold its own terms and conditions.

Alliances at the top are all coordinated in making sure lower alliances are hit , so it forces players to buy more packs. It’s a scheme so corrupt that the developers should face legal action. They need to face consequences and repay all the players.

Harrasment is huge and they won’t do anything to players that spend a lot of money. Course you can build your own alliance but it will cost you literally thousand of dollars. Emotional abuse/bullying tolerated and favoritism based on spending habits
Spent 2 years playing on server #1019 to witness a horrible pattern of favoritism and not enforcing their rules on high spending players and alliances. I was bullied and fat shamed in our world chat forum and instead of equally punishing my bullies, I was chat banned for 24 hours and they received pardons and were back laughing about it in wold chat that I could see but not respond to. Save your money and potential emotional abuse and avoid this app before you waste your time.
