Congratulations to Zest on being nothing more than a spoiled brat alliance. It’s sad to see the behavior of one alliance reflect so poorly on the rest of the server. I’m severely disappointed in how this game has crumbled under mega whales and selfish people. I look forward to playing a game where there is a mutual respect and monetary guardrails that doesn’t prey on people who want faux recognition. You that have spent thousands upon thousands of dollars on this game so you can look big and bad should really reconsider your lives. Go on vacation, live real life, gain respect from people who aren’t using you for clout. Goodbye 1956.

Has more glitches than any game I’ve ever played
Customer support is a joke. I have complained over a dozen times and get no results at all. I am asked for screenshots of problems and when I send them I get no results. To add to my review, several days later I get an email saying they are sorry. But instead of just fixing issues they sent me a message to a secondary customer service email address so invalid start my process over and come up with screenshots that don’t exist anymore. Then have the nerve to put a link at bottom and ask me to change review. So I changes it for you, hope your happy

If you have addiction problems DON’T download this game.
I had the game for 3 months… my phone screen time increased 5 to 6 hours extra a day .. sleeping late, ignoring family and being angry and anxious all the time .. all that so they can make you buy stuff so you can feel you’re progressing.. you can’t beat people who has millions of dollars killing time….

Ruins fun.
They don’t put a cap on attacks, so anyone, mostly people 10 levels higher repeatedly attack you. They attack 7-9 times in a row and completely devastate your forces then you spend hours replenishing your troops just for someone else to do the same. They should have a cap of how many times you can attack a base. Because completely kills the game especially if you play casually.
Edit: I got a response. And developer offers no real help. Just buy in game stuff. Instead of limiting how many times a high level player can attack you. Because 9-10 times in a row is ridiculous

After their comments, I STILL insist and emphasize that you shouldn’t waste time playing this game.
While playing Server War, we were surprised by a server freeze that resulted in the deaths of many soldiers without any combat. This forced us to use gems to heal our soldiers and speed up the training of new ones. A number of strange things happened, and we submitted complaints to the support team, who acknowledged the errors but offered a meager compensation that was disrespectful and dismissive of the users. I absolutely do not recommend this game; you'll pay a lot of money, but there's no support team to address the issues and ensure appropriate compensation.
Change is Bad
Game was great. Whether f2p or a large spender, there are many different things to keep players engaged. Then in mid-April, with minimal to no notice, devs completely changed the game by removing a large amount of items, packs and events which had been available to players on a daily or weekly basis. Many of which, were a great tool for f2p/low spenders. Additionally, now that there are far less items available for purchase, it results in less free gifts/rewards for players overall as with each purchase a gift/reward is distributed to alliance members. This hurts f2p/low spenders a great deal.

Got charged twice and got penalized for getting a refund. Then said I had to basically pay the 20 back to get bricks back.
This game ruins lives
Do not download this game. It ruins lives and relationships because it preys on people who suffer from ADHD and other mental health disorders. Many people dump THOUSANDS of dollars into this game, drain their bank accounts to support their addiction, open credit cards and max those out, etc. It is incredibly harmful to society and should be removed from the app store. I hope this company gets sued one day for the damage they have caused to so many.
AI run game
I have been genuinely enjoying the game for the past month; however, when interacting with customer support for the past 15 hours so I have received are generic, nonsensical, AI responses . Play the game, but expect nothing in terms of support when it comes to maintenance errors or in game purchases.
Server Glitches Impacting SvS
Seems the game has gotten more unstable over the last year, not more stable like you would expect with most standard SW developments. This is especially noticeable in SvS gameplay where across multiple servers we’ve been experiencing server lag causing significant impact to seasonal events; to the point of impacting multiple servers rankings with support unable or unwilling to address these challenges.

Nothing like advertised
The game is nothing like it’s been advertised. It’s just a basic MMO mobile game and it’s nowhere near as fun as many of the original MMOs . Don’t fun part, which is kinda like what’s advertise. You can only play that once a week and only for a certain amount of time.
Just for the privileged
Bad game. Wasted time. Alliance wars are deceptive with what the game could do. I saw my alliance lit up by just one weak player. This game is beyond ridiculous. A waste of your life.
Bugged rewards and copy-paste customer service
I’m disappointed in the lack of support for long-term players. My UR Secret Tasks are bugged, and despite sending multiple tickets with photographic evidence, I am being ignored. Every response I get is a generic template that doesn't address the issue or the proof I've provided. The game is fun until you need help; then you realize you’re on your own. Fix the UR task reward table and stop using bots to answer legitimate complaints.
Illegal gambling
Do not download and play this game. This game is nothing like the ad you see. They introduce gambling in their events through roulette, slot machines, and “Find the Queen” card tricks.

When I downloaded this game several months ago it was a lot of fun. Now? Not so much since developers have changed so many things that were helpful to the players. My suggestion is not to download and if there are changes made I will update my review.

Do not play this game! The developers are terrible. They have made recent changes with little warning that ruin the gameplay. Save your time and money.
Fake and Pretending to Care
The most recent update is probably the funniest and most blatant lie yet. They claim to want to get back to their “roots” and even the playing field for non spenders. So what do they do? They get rid of ways to get stamina which you need to play. Get rid of the $5 radar replenishes which is huge for resources. Got rid of the daily $5, $10 packages and “must buys” that allowed you to accumulate diamonds. One of the most important elements. This game is now for big spenders only. They lie to get you to play then they lie and pretend they’re helping. Don’t bother.
Developers Need To Make A Stand
This game has a bunch of excellent qualities that get you hooked and wanting to play more (and spend more $.) The issue is, and why I rated it the way I did, is that the developers and game curators do not in any way stop or prohibit bullying, dictatorships, and other various forms of abuse that make you want to quit and request a full refund of everything you spent on the game. Until they take accountability for the absurd behavior of alliances making everyone on their server want to quit, this game will remain a 1 star game.
Money pit that you won’t win
Most of the servers become ruled by the rich and if you aren’t paying the thousands of dollars they have then you aren’t competitive. It’s a very addictive game that I played for just short of a full year, I played as often as possible and at specific times of day for events. The developers did a good job to make it addictive, but it’s a lot of repeated actions day after day and in the end it felt so good to quit. I do miss my alliance, met some good people in the game but would not recommend it to anyone.
NOT LIKE THE ADS
Why would you put ads out showing one thing and make the players spend so much time doing something completely different. Such a waste of a download.

I’ve contact customer support without any resolution, this game is pretty ridged, a lot of scams and definitely going to take your money, they charge less for the same packs they sell in USA than in China or other countries… Seems like this game will face a lawsuit sooner than later
Mall Updates
The new mall Updates hurt the low spender. So you have to be a whale spender or free to play basically. You say that you're trying to get back to your roots and make it better for f2p but you left all of the $100 and $1,000 purchase options while removing a lot of $5 $10 $20 purchase options from Daily Must Buy. The new updates are discouraging for low to midrange spenders like me

This is a fraudulent, pay to win game, advertisements are a blatant lie. They hook you with AI pay to win slop and try to milk your wallet for everything it’s got. Don’t play this, I wouldn’t even classify this as a game.

If you don’t want to pay money, you will always be behind in this game. It’s more of a time/resource management with huge advantages to those to drop a lot of money. The skill part of the game is the worse part.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This game starts off like the adds say, then completely changes. Unless you want to spend thousands of dollars, you can’t be competitive in this game. You have so many internet trolls saying awful things in the chats and customer service is zero help. The game is stressful and time consuming. Which is the exact opposite of why I downloaded the game in the first place.

Sexual harassment game
A huge money pit. Play to win game and you’ll have to suffer unwanted sexual advances from pervs and customer support will not do anything about it. Pay to win players bully you and no game mechanism is in place to level the playing field. So a player with a 100 million power can constantly attack a 5 million power player and keep you from progressing… it’s basically a game designed for rich fragile egos. You will not have fun. I’ve tried playing for 6 months. Stay away! There are much better games out there!
