Unresponsive support system
I’ve made a purchase on their official website and didn’t receive the items. I’ve used their in-game support system, link on the website, I’ve looked on Discord for help, and have sent emails but can’t get anyone to respond. The system of purchasing gold bars on their official website is their way of getting around in-game purchases, which the game developers in-turn pay a fee to Apple or Google. All of this after spending hundreds of dollars on game purchases. I feel this game is nothing more than a money grab. It’s not worth the trouble.

WARNING TO MULTI ACCOUNT PLAYERS
I recently updated my game ( 4/19/26 )and have had no issues going back and forth from my farm and main account with a verification code sent to my email since December until now. The same day I updated was the same day I went to switch from my farm to main and the verification code would not send. I’ve tried to contact support with no answers and the only reply was at the beginning from a bot with a prompt of steps to help. After I sent over all the information.. nothing. My main account is much more valuable with money and 100s of hours invested and every time I try to access it I run into the same problem “system issue email was not sent”. I was so desperate I even tried downloading it on another device and still face the same problem. I’m not sure if the update had anything to do with it or not but it is aggravating to not have help for days.. I’m losing out on points with SvS risking to be kicked out of my alliance or even worse losing my account completely. Also to give context my farm is in a different state because my main alliance migrated at the end of season 2 and I didn’t get my farm to lvl 20 HQ to be able to qualify for migration. I was absolutely addicted to this game playing every day and really enjoyed making friends and growing with my alliance. This game is so much more than just a kill zombies and survive, its community and growth. I genuinely looked forward to starting season 3 but if I can’t access my account I’m going to fall behind and get to the point where I’ll stop trying. I write this review to warn others that this is an issue that needs to be resolved immediately especially if you’re constantly switching between accounts and investing in them. It wasn’t until it happened to me is when I saw Reddit posts about this issue so I know I’m not the only one. If you’re going to invest any time and money please take my advice and be careful. I hope to see my account one day soon or at least get a real person for “support” and I hope this review grabs their attention to fix the issue. Until then my review will stand how it does even with enjoying the game because how can you have people invest into a game with the possibility that you can lose it all over a “system error” UPDATE 5/1/26: still no update from support not a single word.. and even with updating the game to the latest update I’m still unable to access my account. I’m officially quiting and please take what I said above as a warning…
Bait and switch
Tons of glitches, cont compete with f2p, and much of what you have to purchase glitches. Customer service and tech support is basically non existent. Responses take weeks (or never), and even then they refuse to refund or credit the purchase that didn’t work. Would avoid.

I don’t understand how the game makers don’t see majority of the people stop playing due to lack of resources. What starts off as a fun game grows into anger and drama between alliances on the same server and people start quitting.
Customer service will not help you
If you experience a problem with the game play it is pointless to contact support because they will not help you. They just have a bot running… terrible experience

In game transactions are just insanely expensive. This is a pay to play model and if you don’t pay the power difference between you and others will leave you hating the experience. XBOX is cheaper and much more enjoyable!
Great Idea but poor execution
Way too much PAY-4-WIN, and built-in game politics. You have no recourse against abusive larger accounts unless you want to spend a lot of money. And it’s A LOT. Many of these people spend a new car payment every month. Would be fun if money only bought exclusive decorations. But the only way to be in the elite class is to spend spend spend. I was a high level player in a top alliance, but I couldn’t keep up with far less skilled players that spent money on the game literally every day.
Pay to win, not strategy
If you’re not a top-level HQ, you won’t enjoy this game-even in an alliance. There are no limits on stacking high-level players, so one mega-alliance ends up controlling the entire server. If you don’t follow their rules, you’ll spend all your resources just avoiding attacks, which kills your progress. Step out of line, and they can pressure your own alliance to turn on you-or wipe everyone out.
The level gap makes it worse. Two level 25s can’t beat a 27, and even five 27s won’t take down a 30. Mega-alliances are packed with 30+, so mid-level alliances don’t stand a chance.
Otherwise, it’s the usual “gather, grow, repeat” loop-but progression slows heavily over time. Speed-ups are limited, so real advancement leans on spending. While that’s expected, the pricing is steep-some players spend hundreds, and accounts reportedly sell for thousands.

Scam, revoked purchases, etc
This scam of a game offered premium heroes for sale in game, which I purchased. The game later decided to revoke my purchase and take away the premium hero because “it should not have been available yet.” They did not offer a cash refund. I would not have made any purchases in this game if it weren’t for the premium hero that was initially offered for sale, including all of the subsequent purchases I made to power up the hero. This is scammy behavior.

The administrators of this game will freeze your account without proof of wrongdoing. They want us to spend a lot of money to upgrade our accounts as fast as possible, then take action against those who do, expecting additional funds to unlock frozen accounts that have obviously been hacked. Those who spend hundreds to thousands beware: They will come for you for more. Punishing those who make this game as successful as it is, is sneaky, nefarious, and wrong.

Gold bar a purchase
Since the switch over to buying gold bars to purchase stuff in the game store it has been a disaster You go and purchase stuff and never receive it then you reach out to customer service which only gets one answer and that is you received it when you have proof in game you did not it sounds like a scheme to steal your money this app needs to be reviewed by Apple
Support Team never gets back on issues
I’ve been playing for 6 months and for the last couple of months their support team hasn’t responded to issues I report. Kinda starting to p me off. Maybe others have better luck.
Pay to win
I quit the game mainly because the game is surrounded by micro transactions. Everyday, every week, every month. Non stop. The only winners here are the developers who suck money out of players. Also, whoever spend the most in the game becomes so strong that other players can’t compete against them. I just ended the State Ruler event where a single player was dominating the whole battle. Absurd!
Unresolved Payment Issue
The game, which is so much more than a shooter game, leads people to hundreds and thousands of dollars to keep up with play. I ended up with a double charge for an Easter package and a double charge for a hero package. They make excuses, extort by turning off chat features, and at the end of the day support cannot seem to add. They are thieves.

Boring and generic
The game misleads new players by hiding what the actual core gameplay is. After you reach a certain level there is nothing to do besides alliance events. There is almost no progress if you do not spend money daily. Alliances are confusing and NOT fun, especially when “leaders” tell you to hold off with attacks, collecting resources, and PLAYING THE GAME. I would not recommend this game to anyone. Spend your money on competitors, you’ll have a better experience.

El juego es entretenido pero DEMASIADO CARO Y COMPLICADO. Los tiempos para construir son exagerados! Semanas y hasta meses para progresar. Solo invirtiendo dinero(REAL) se logra progresar. Deben bajar los precios y los tiempos de las mejoras de los edificios y soldados.
Listen to your players and answer support
Been playing for almost 2 years getting ready for season 4. No one has answered in support. Also you need to start offering things for your free to play players. We have had people quit that can’t compete because you only focus your events on your spenders. You have a good game but poor support and nothing for those who can’t throw in tons of money.

That preview is deceiving. That type of game is 1/20th of the actual game - visuals in game are not the same. This is mostly a looting and accumulating resources game vs an active shooter game. Like risk
