You can get free workouts like this on YouTube

Even a one star rating is too generous . These people continue to push this app and they are deceitful. Look at the previous reviews and see how hard it is to try to get a refund from these people. They are a joke they continue to take money from me after I canceled, 2 months ago. Don’t get this workout app it’s the worst app ever.

I would give them zero stars if I could. Could not log into the app and asked for a refund. Their response was no refund but here’s 2 free months on the app-the app I could not log onto. Steer clear of this app. UPDATE: Filed a complaint with the BBB.

This app charges you an initial trial fee and then you are charged $50-$90 after that when you didn’t sign up or approve of that cannot reach a customer service person live in the chat box just rotates you back with no responses and says your account doesn’t exist! Scam, scam scam scam

I signed up for one month. No where did I see that it renewed automatically or certainly not $55/mo or I would have never gotten the app. I have never even utilized the app for the first month I had it and they then charge my account $55 with no advance notice. Check what you are opting in for because supposedly there is a hidden $55 monthly auto renew that I still can not locate. Crooks stealing money.

Cannot cancel subscription!!!!
Never gained access to account and cannot cancel subscription because it does not recognise my email. In all my try’s I cannot cancel this, no phone is provided and cannot get help cuz my email is “wrong”. The company does not include a phone number when charges are pulled so they cannot be disputed. Get another app folks, these people are not about client satisfaction!!

Beware monthly cost is $59 per month. I thought it was for the year not monthly.

Do not purchase this app! It deceptively is a monthly subscription that when you sign up does not clearly state costs. I thought I was purchasing a one time fee but have found out that apparently I must have clicked on an add-on. $179 later, I find out there’s no refunds, in addition, mysterious extra changes started appearing! Cancelled membership but not expecting refund. You get better workouts on YouTube for free! No app is worth the money they charge!
Not free like advertised
I just paid $90 for a 4 week walk app. Not really sure how or why that happened. It was supposed to be free. I’m not happy. I really need to learn to investigate more before clicking on buttons that I think are for more information. You have one button that says buy now but the others don’t say that so I think I’m not buying until I get the email from the credit card company that all the extras were purchased. I thought I was spending $9.50 when I was charged 3 separate times totaling $90.00. That’s a scam!!

This app does not work. I’m sorry I paid for it. I can’t even get into the account. It keeps saying to look at the email they sent, but there’s no email not even in the junk file.
Advertising Scam
Advertisement was for a 28 day Tai Chi program for a fixed price. When clicking the link to download the app there was no indication of an ongoing subscription. I was unable to start the program due to unexpected circumstances. To date I’ve been charged $116.34 that was advertised for $15.

Overcharges
I signed up for the free trial. Forgot to cancel and was charged, one month $10 twice back to back at the same time. Next month cas charged. $60.00 and $34.00 back to back. I thought ok oh well if that’s the charge to use the app for a year, bo big deal. Only thing this was a monthly fee. I emailed them and ask about the charges back to back. Asked for a refund and to cancel my subscription. The didn’t not refund my money. They gave me 2 months of free membership instead. I have yet to use the app. Do not recommend unless you have lots of money.
