Forcing one account…
Not allowing someone to switch between computer and mobile devices as they wish without a subscription is pretty stupid. Switched to bit warden and then payed for their subscription because they didn’t strong arm me into it.

I’M LOCKED OUT!
I changed my email but LP didn’t change the account recovery email! I know my password but LP insists that I verify via email but sends recovery to my old email that I can’t access! I’ve emailed countless times but they won’t respond or fix. They are the ones that didn’t change my recovery email as requested!! And they enabled 2fa on my old email without letting me know! Get a clue LP! Please fix this! I lost hundreds of passwords!
Removing FaceID is a deal breaker.
This decision is such a bad decision on LastPass development that I’m abandoning LastPass and moving to a different solution even though my subscription has just renewed. It’s practically unusable for the purposes I want on a mobile device. Congratulations to whoever made this decision at LastPass. You should change your title to head of subscription-renewal prevention.
No one to help
I had last pass for 10 years , it Was Wonderful! Then they switch to facial recognition , that was great!
Then they wanted my password which I put in ( I used it For Years) now it will not accept it! There is no one to talk to , and the only way to get to the corporate office is to give your credit call number to another site! What a scam !

What once was great has declined and fallen flat
Used to be a very reliable and helpful tool. Has slowly declined over the years and is getting be be unusable
Not the LastPass of old…
Used to be an easy one-stop shop for password management. Now it only works about 50% of the time in Safari and 5% in the browser. I’m lecturing my phone app to find the info and manually transcribing. Kind of defeats the purpose of the app in the first place.
Trying to join family account is a horrible experience.
We have used last pass for years. With the introduction of free users having to pick mobile or computer we upgraded to a family account. I cannot join the family account due to having an existing account, but no where in the mobile app can I change the status. I have followed all the online help steps and cannot access the family account. So frustrating
No updates
LP never creates new pw and site in vault. It never updates version.
Difficult to Use!
Compared to Passwords on a Mac or iPad this app is trash. Very difficult to use and no support other than preselected questions / answers.
Cannot cancel my subscription
Cannot login to website, cannot change master password, cannot do anything the website tells me to do to cancel my subscription. Because it is a Premium trial, I don’t know if I have to cancel. Cannot find a support phone number. Cannot get to the chat box. Submitting support question on the website just sends me in a useless, endless cycle of articles telling me to do what the website will not let me do.
Horrible Support
I have purchased LastPass, have been open for years… But for some reason my password won’t let me in. When I go to their Support ticket it tells me I have to login in order to get support because they only offer support for paid memberships. Clearly I can’t do that because I can’t login. This is the most frustrating experience you can have- save time and money and use someone with better support
Horrible Product
Its genuinely insane that you need to purchase a subscription to be able to use the app on multiple devices. I should not have to pay money to not have all my passwords locked on my computer. Genuinely disappointing.
Latest update broke it
I cannot use Face ID, I’ve had to log into this with my master password several times yesterday. It was an app that worked beautifully, and now it’s an app that’s trash.
No support
The app is great but they have no way to contact support unless you’re logged in. Problem is I CANNOT log in. Find another app.

I paid extra to get the family plan. Now when I try to invite my wife, it says that she is already logged on.

The email they sent me had a link for more information. You click on it and it says something about the salesforce page that it refers to you no longer exists.
I am going to stop using LastPass.

Lastpass WAS to be good
I am not sure what is going on but over the past few months lastpass has gone way downhill and become super buggy and does not work as intended or anywhere close to how it used to work. It was bullet proof but now I have the extension logged in but it won’t save changes or new passwords. It goes through the process with all the prompts but then throughs an error message about not being able to complete the task at that time try again later. Then I tried to turn on the Face ID to logon to my iPhone LP app and I set it to Face ID it seems to take the setting change / turned it on and then it works one time or for one day but then it turns off that option / functionality so it is highly frustrating. All support tells me to do it refresh through options or uninstall the app. So I would uninstall everyday? ? It was never this buggy 6-12 months ago. I was a big supporter and told many many people and orgs to use last pass but I will have a real problem promoting last pass any longer until there are some big changes over the next few months. I have a Keeper account and that seems to be not as buggy so I may need to switch.

Logging in with 2FA sometimes fails for no reason. User gets no feedback as to what is wrong. Account is locked with no user feedback in the app. Suddenly the 2FA starts working. Between this and the data breeches, I'm done with this stupid app.
Locked out with no customer support
I was logged out of the app when I upgraded my phone. After activating my new phone, I tried to log into my account by entering my master password into LastPass. I was not able to login after multiple attempts and chose the option to recover my account. However, the app would not allow me to recover my account. (BTW…I know it was the correct password because I had it documented in a different app.) I contacted customer support and was told that they were not able to help me login or reset the master password and that I needed to reset my account. this resulted in the loss of all my passwords. This also happened to another member of my household.

If you want to complicate your life beyond belief use this difficult to use tool made for people who have the patience of job!
Pretty Good
Been using LP for about 6 years now. Pretty good although the amount of times it signs me out of my account, for no apparent reason, is pretty tiresome. Using the same iPad, same location, and boom, yet again Last Pass tells me over and over, for years now, “we don’t recognize your device or location.” Soooooo annoying!
Clunky
Mobile functionality could be much improved. Clunky when accessing passwords or signing in from phone.
Poor customer service with no live person
Had issues with master password and it was a pathetic on how hard it was too communicate with support. No phone to call, only a forum and spotty emails. Would highly recommend you stay away and seek other alternatives
Customer Support Response Time is Dismal
The app is pretty straightforward though pretty clunky with iOS. The biggest problem is getting anyone from their support team to respond in a reasonable timeframe. For an app that stores mission critical credentials you can’t go a week without hearing back. I’ll be switching to a new service.

Why can’t I export my passwords from my Apple Passwords app to LastPass? It’s the only major password manager that isn’t compatible. Why?
