How does a global airline only offer their frequent flier app in Spanish? On the LATAM website it says they communicate in Spanish, Portuguese & English. Well I guess someone didn’t get the memo 🙈🙈

No han actualizado las nuevas reglas de acumulación de millas. En este app siguen hablando de segmentos y hace unas semanas anunciaron cambios en los que este concepto desaparecía. Además, la explicación de bonus latam es confusa. Muy enredado este app.

Why is my app in Spanish?!
When I downloaded the app, the language was as automatic to Spanish for some reason and I can’t find anywhere in the app the option to change it.. wth?!
