Very disappointed. I paid for a full year of access, but after getting a new phone, I could no longer access my account. I contacted support and never received a response. Customers should not lose access to a paid subscription simply because they switch devices. The lack of account recovery options and customer support has made this a frustrating experience.

Charged for a subscription I canceled
I deleted this app the very day I downloaded it after quickly seeing it wasn’t what I thought and I wouldn’t be using it. I didn’t realize even though I deleted the app they were still connected through my apple account where I originally downloaded it. Woke up today and almost 50$ was taking out of my account. I’m a mom of 4 struggling and didn’t have the money to just be taken from us especially for something I was not and have not used whatsoever. It was basically stolen from us is how I feel. I tried to download the app again to get in contact with someone to resolve the issue and ask to be refunded and there is really no way to get through to anyone. I found a email tried to email but haven’t gotten a response. I’m very upset!
Kinda pointless
Asks you a bunch of questions to "build your plan" then just spits out whatever the closest fastfood place is. Asked me where I like to eat and I put chipotle, in-n-out, and chik-fil-a. First place that popped up on my "plan" was starbucks lmao. It's cool if you just want a quick check on macros but if you're serious about dieting and getting in shape you don't need this app.
Outdated app
Most of the restaurants are outdated as well as some of the items listed are outdated, some of the restaurants aren’t even in this town anymore and went out of business couple years ago very disappointing
What’s the point
What’s the point of asking me what foods I like when that’s all you advertise is the food I don’t like? Plus the paywall to get to the app is annoying this my last app I’m downloading from instagram

You basically can’t use the app until I spend money, ofc there’s the free trial but I was still charged by them which was weird

No option to skip the free 3 day trial so if you click it and forget to cancel you pay $40 which is crazy. The app also asks for you to rate it before you try out the app which is odd. Therefore I never tried out the app.

Forced to subscribe for “free trial” in order to get into the app and see what’s it about. No option to decline or get around it. Did not appreciate that. Seems like a scammy way to hope people forget to unsubscribe and pay for an app they were curious about but didn’t want or need. I immediately unsubscribed, but it’s a practice I don’t appreciate, thus the rating. May or may not be a good program; that’s a scummy tactic.

Hey I’m only giving it 1 star because I tried to give feed back and the option isn’t available. As a diabetic I feel it would greatly enhance your app if you added the sugar content on the nutritional facts.

Downloaded this app hoping for fun easy ways to cater to my needs and see better alternatives at restaurants. It asked a bunch of questions when I downloaded it. I even bought the one month subscription just to realize it didn’t pay attention to anything that I put in when it was asking me all of those questions and proceeded to only give me meat options. The settings you can’t even change just absolutely abysmal app really disappointing if somebody is using this for the first time trying to get healthier, I thankfully was only planning to use it as an extra tool.

The took the full amount of the subscription way too early. I don’t even want the app anymore. I should be billed once I see if I like the app AFTER THE TRIAL.
Needs work
This is not worth paying for- yet. The idea in your advertisement is solid. An app that suggests foods and swaps and restaurants to maintain your nutrition goals. However, the app is a disappointment. The only macros it watches are calories, fat, protein. And it doesn’t search very deep. A chocolate chip cookie is a low-fat option from McDonald’s. Not because it’s a good choice, but because the calories are lower than an actual sandwich. You can’t make a profile to adjust settings and even the leave feedback button doesn’t work. Cool idea, but feels like it was made as a school project.
